I usually never come to this Target, but I showed up tonight because I saw they had the Twice album I wanted. I asked the employee Jarrod about it and he helped me get the album I wanted. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I literally had this poor man go to the back of the store (3) times and he did not show even one ounce of annoyance. I truly hope this man gets a raise. The worst customer service and longest lines! Target has really shocked me....there were only 4 lines open on a busy Saturday! I waited over 15 minutes and my cashier was extremely rude! She stuffed 15-20 articles of clothing inside one bag. She didn't care that she was wrinkling them and acted as if Target was low on bags! I spoke with a supervisor on my way out because the service I received was so bad....there was no greeting and she seemed to have an attitude. Renovations complete! This target looks better than ever. I came in during renovations and even then they were great at providing customer service and making sure the place was easy to shop in. Now it's finished and I am very impressed with the outcome and soo worth the wait The shopping experience is better with everything in perfect display order, a lot of areas that provide inspiration when it comes to home decor and apparel shopping and the beauty isle is very attractive. My standard Target that I go to for everyday home goods. I live relatively close to the store and never had any problems there. The store itself is located adjacent to the Pembroke Lakes Mall and is easily accessible from many entrances. Check out is relatively fast. If you don't have a recycling program in your neighborhood/complex/area, there are bins for aluminum items, plastic items, steel items, and glass items. Definitely a good thing for the environment! read more

Drive up! I don't know what's going on with Target lately but the lack of customer service and providing it effectively has been ridiculous. I placed an order at 3pm, drove to the target before they notified me, waited patiently and at 5:15pm still hadn't gotten a notification for pick up. I asked one of them team members that was doing the drive up (young Hispanic boy with a man bun) to check what is status and how much longer was it going to take and all he said was "I'm sorry, I walked up to the wrong car" when I denied what he thought was my order. I had seen many cars for the hour and a half that I was waiting that had received their order. I called the store 3 times and no one ever picked up. People need to be trained again in customer service and how to helpful. The reason why I couldn't get off the car to go inside was because my daughter (4years old) was already sleeping in the car. Target has really stepped up their game their clothes are nice but they were getting a bit too happy for me on the pricing but i think they got the message because on this visit they were reasonable but i wasn't i went a bit overboard but how could i resist a sea foam green sweater that zips in the back and fits like a jersey so comfy and the style so unexpected, I purchased two pairs of jeans and a dress. I bought Chobani yogurt... as I'm preparing to take the bite into my yogurt something didn't sit well in my stomach after the bite. I look at the tag on the yogurt and it expired March 18, 2019! This target used to have good customer service, I don't know what happened but the customer service is horrible now! I did not wait in line at the online pick up area, I was helped immediately, but I waited for 15 minutes for someone to find my order! They sent someone to the back to look for my order and instead of bringing my order right away the person loaded up a cart with about 50 other orders and brought it to the front while I was waiting for my order! If I'm a customer and I am in the store and I am waiting for my order there is no need for you to be in the back packing up other orders. The present customer should be first priority not organizing other orders to bring to the front! Upon speaking to a supervisor about this problem all she could say is there are a lot of orders. This Target never has enough registers open. Basically its just an ok Target. I prefer the Super Target in Miramar. One thing that annoys me about this Target is Managements requirement for the cashiers to push on you a Target Debit Card. Why? Why? Must you do this. When someone is at the cash register chances are they just want to get out!!! If they don't guess what then chances are the person standing behind them in line just wants to get out!!. We don't have time to fill out an application for a card at a Target! You are not some furniture store where I need two years interest free financing. This Target doesn't have an elevator but it's still retry nice. Just went here during their massive swimsuit sale, where they had bathing suits, beach bags, coverups, sunglasses and much more. Not to mention their grocery department and Home section (which is my fave)!! read more

I was pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of this store. It was also huge and organized. Staff was courteous and didn't mind assisting.

Was there last night and could not find help. Asked one person near electronics that was on their phone and they said they were on break (while looking at things on the shelves in their uniform). They said they called someone - no one showed up. Tried the red phone to get help - no one picked up on the other end. Went to another staff and THEY were on their phone, would not even look up at me. So sad. read more

This is my go to Target! They never let me down. If I am in a bind and need last minute gifts or supplies...I am always able to find what I need at this Target. They have great deals on a regular basis. The toddler and the girls clearance rack often have markdowns as low as $2.99. Some of these items were once $15.99 or more. I am a huge bargain shopper! Needless to say, this always puts a smile on my face when I find deals like this. The employees are very helpful and friendly. What I love the most is that they keep an eye on their check out lines. If the lines start getting long, they open up more lines or they send people with a small amount of items to customer service. Customers can also get an extra 5% off with the Target Red Card. They have one that can be linked to a debit card and on that is a credit card. It's all about savings when I walk into Target. I LOVE IT! read more

I always come to this Target as it is in the corner of my house. Usually everything seems to be okay. Messy at times. But over all okay. A lady that works by the bathing suits or was working in that department that day was a bit rude. Clothing was on the floor and talking to herself states " These lazy people never know how to clean up after themselves, I'm tired of having to clean up after lazy people" If that is the case then maybe you should be getting another job. I'm sure customers don't intentionally drop the bathing suits I'm sure it happens by accident, if it wasn't for people being "lazy " maybe you would not have a job. Went on Monday for a Target run! I was out of some my favorite snacks and foods I normally buy from there. As I get there I go to the $1 section and it was a bit messy didn't like much of what I saw except a little candle for $5. The selection of foods was ok but I was disappointed some of the items I normally buy were not there. In the mini produce isle this guy had the whole vegetable section blocked I couldn't even see if they had zucchini or the avocado dip I like. So I'll be buying my produce elsewhere. I was able to get organic grapes and 1 lemon. Also a lot of creepy men go to this Target if you're alone I feel like they follow you. The cashier was hardly even talking to me didn't ring up my only 4 items of clothing with the food I thought it was time to pay but she totally confused me. I will go back maybe or maybe I'll go to another Target in Broward but definitely nothing to brag about the one in Miramar is nicer. read more

Now Oct 26 took it back to Pembroke Pines target I don't know their names but they were so nice,professional and put it back on my target red card.
