I had to reschedule in order to come again to see a doctor and the prescription was still wrong. And they are refusing to refund me the $119 it is for exam even though I've already wasted my time there twice with no results.

This is something that should be stated up front, NOT surprise, "I'm a medical doctor now and I get to charge you accordingly". Very disappointed in the whole experience. Even the front desk and check out person were nowhere as friendly as they usually are... Lastly, I've been a patient at Lux for at least 7 years and I was treated as if I had never been there before!
