Whenever I shop at Walmart I pass by this place. I asked my friend that works at Walmart if she had any problems and highly recommended them. She told me the pricing is VERY reasonable. So I decided to try them out. I didn't need an appointment. I just walked in on a weekday after work. Elijah helped me both times (drop off and pickup). I already had my glasses (I ordered them online through another company) and prescription with me. The process was so fast and simple. I used a progressive lens and I upgraded to no scratch instead of plastic. I also got the lighting control due to my job. 8 hours in front of the computer. After the measurements and processing, I couldn't believe the pricing. It's much cheaper than all the other places I've been to including Lens Crafters. It only took a week. They send it to a lab for processing. Then when it's ready, they send you a text. You have to pay IN full before they send it out. When I went for pick up,, I tried the glasses on and loved it! The lens was super clear. Better than my primary glasses I currently used. I had some adjustment made on the fitting and I was good to go. I ordered a couple more frames through another site and will be coming back very soon. My Mr also wants to try them out. Currently, they don't have an optician at this location. They are still hiring. But when they do next year, I will be using this place. Btw, they have a great selection of name brand glasses and sunglasses. Pricing is definitely affordable. They don't have an optometrist, yet but they're working on that, and in the meantime they're accepting prescriptions from other places. They offer a plethora of different frames and lens options to choose from to customize your experience and fit any price range. Melissa was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. I brought in three frames of my own and she helped fit them for my lenses. I opted for standard lenses with anti-glare and it was only $125 per frame ($20 processing fee for bringing in your own frames). Considering how much I've paid for frames and lenses elsewhere, I'd say I would absolutely come back here again.

The glasses is brand new and we keep the receipt to prove it worth $230.Which means we not only can't not get the full compensation, but needing to take their services again to receive the discount. It is impenetrable that they admit their problem and can not give any "real " compensation. If anyone comes to some service for your own glasses , please notice that you may get a broken glasses with some discounts you can use in your next orders.

Not only did she get my glasses quickly, once she found out I wasn't using insurance, she inquired if I had AAA. Having this membership qualified me for a very nice discount that I was not anticipating. Because of this unexpected discount, I also purchased some designer sunglasses. Something was stuck…read moreunder my upper eyelid and it was extremely uncomfortable, so I called to see if they could help. I wasn't a patient, but they worked to get me in right away. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly--they made me feel comfortable (I've never needed to see an eye doctor before). Dr. Malof was able to remove the debris from my eye quickly and painlessly. Hopefully I don't need glasses in the near future, but if I ever do I'm definitely going here!

So 2/22/24 appointment - front desk associate begins the basis eye pictures and eye pressure tests etc. He is nice and courteous but perhaps to slow because manager lady , Brandy, steps in and grabs my sons head and holds and adjusts as she says fit telling the guy to just take the picture. That Brayden my son needs to get to the doctor. Hmm,little rough,man handled and didn't ask if Ishtar was ok to do, but ok we got the job done. Next, room with the doctor. He is excellent and informative... follow that with sitting with the manager to order my son's glasses and sports goggles for baseball. 2 weeks they will be ready they say. It went a little past time but ready to pick up. Here is where it really down spirals. I show up to pick up. Took minute the front guy found my son's order. We sit to try on. The front guy does not know how to put the band only on. Sport glasses arrived half and half to show and other associate had to call manager to figure it out. While I was reading the little paper trying to find instructions. Finally on to the glasses part. My 6 yr old was so excited but glasses were not straight on his face. The other worker she tried maybe 4-5 times to fix straight on his face and told me she don't know what else to do. They kept raising up or toward the right and all she would do is level them with the table. I even stood behind her to give her the benefit of the doubt. I told her I can't believe no one here can adjust glasses. And how first impression is everything especially in school and they should know that. The female worker instructed me to just leave she can't deal with this and me any longer. I said don't raise your voice at me I want this to be a pleasant experience but I want you to know How disappointed I am spending about $1000 on glasses and being sent home crooked and told to come back when the manager is available because they are new. I drove 40 minutes to the location to receive my product and no one capable or fully trained to send us home satisfied. NEXT day closed then followed by message from the manager Brandy to call back and speak with directly. I call back then she returns my call saying that I disrespected her two employees with my tone even though I did not say a single bad word. Brandy stated I had her girl crying in tears and that the employee forgot to lock the door because of me. Manager said she watched the video and that it was then after 6 pm and they are both new and I should have just came back a different day. That it's normal not to be able to adjust glasses sometimes they even break frames. That she is not sorry and will not apologize because she doesn't like my tone and I stated to her I am not going to apologize. I did nothing wrong by stating I wanted the manager s card and informed them that I would be calling. The manager stated I was rude saying all that. The manager Brandy also stated for me to go to any eyeglass place and get them adjusted that her and the doctor are fine with me and my son never coming back. Wow Customer appreciation right there. My time my money = your job security And because I m a mom worried about my son being bullied at school with crooked frames you tell me I'm out of line find another business to fix his frames. Or that I can schedule with her the manger Brandy but I am lost for words. That manager basically told me take a hike and I plan to find another company 100%. With an insurance change we were required to find a new optometrist after 6 years being with our…read moreformer Dr. We are so pleased with the family oriented and customer care provided from the reception, to eye photography assistant, the Dr and follow up contact education. Our Dr was very complete and offered an experience we haven't experienced since relocating 6 years ago to Ohio. As a result, the entire family will be coming here. I really appreciate the 1:1 contact education for my teenager who will be a new user to contacts. The instruction was delivered with encouragement, patience and understanding. Thank you! The office is very clean. The parking is across the street behind the bar/restaurant. Be careful crossing the street as there are lots of crazy drivers.
