This place is awesome!!…read more I was in need of some new specs and was looking for a unique set. The run-of-the-mill frames just don't do it for me and was looking to be inspired. Well, I found my inspiration at York Vision. First, their inventory is VAST. I don't know if I have seen such a selection in my life. Brands i've never heard of, styles I've never seen. This place honestly has it all. The sales associate (forgive me sir, I have forgotten your name) was super respectful, gave us space, shared information when necessary, and proved to have a wealth of knowledge over the materials. He also helped us with payment information and ways to seek reimbursement from insurance. I was on a time crunch, leaving the state in 14 days, and was concerned I wouldn't revive the glasses in time. The associate offered to ship the glasses to me if they did not arrive before my departure, but was pretty confident that they would arrive on time. Sure enough, the glasses were ready in record time. I absolutely LOVE them and couldn't be happier with my purchase and York Vision. Check this place out and im sure you'll be pleasantly surprised

I asked the lady in front of me if anyone had assisted her and she replied no one had greeted her either. I can see why this place has such poor reviews. The woman sitting at the desk looked up at us standing in line but never said hello or called anyone to assist us. A man came from the back, looked at us in line and returned to the back---twice! Not only was this terrible customer service it was rude and offensive. Shame on these "employees" at Pearle Vision.

They hadn't come in. They told me then it can take 7 - 15 working days. I was in the neighborhood late in the day Friday the 21st, so I dropped in. Surely they are there and just hadn't called yet. Nope. They gave me the excuse the frames had to be ordered and hadn't made it there yet. My son ordered the same pair of glasses two days after I did from a different location and they came in last week. Who dropped the ball? Did they forget me and are making excuses? I'd think for an $800 pair of glasses paid in full by the way, not counting the exam things would have gone a little smoother. Needless to say I'm a little put off and out. I'll go somewhere else next time. ‍

I came here mid-December after my glasses irreparably broke. I had tried going to my eye doctor,…read morebut they didn't have an frames I liked and their turn around time was over two weeks. Since I wear glasses 90% of the time, I needed glasses I really liked and that I could get ASAP. I thought I had found these at Eyemart Express when I located a pair of Guess glasses that closely resembled my prior pair. I purchased them and provided my prescription, and within an hour, I was on my way with my new glasses. Although I liked how they looked, something was definitely "off." Although my prescription had not changed, the glasses gave me headaches. I thought it was because their fit was a bit off and were pinching the cartilage behind my ears. After having them adjusted a couple times, it became apparent the problem was that the bridge of nose being too narrow. The great thing about Eyemart is their 30 day guarantee. So I went back and tried to find a different pair. I spent probably an hour and a half to two hours trying on nearly every pair of glasses in their store. Sarah was super helpful and tried to help me find glasses, with no success. Obviously, I'm too picky. But every pair that I liked were too narrow and the pairs that fit, I hated. I gave up and left. I ended up buying a pairing of frames elsewhere and returning to Eyemart to return the glasses. In order to process the return, you have to go to the same location you originally purchased at and the store manager must be present, FYI. I had no problems. The one thing that lost them a star for me was customer service. Don't get me wrong, everyone was very helpful and friendly... but I was in their store at least 6 times over the course of 4 weeks and despite the fact that I interacted with the same people every time, they never seemed to remember me and I would have to explain myself from the beginning every time. Regardless, there is something about getting a pair of glasses same-day for an affordable price. I wouldn't rule out coming back here when I need my next pair of glasses.
