Target is my favorite go to place for a lot of stuff. If I know exactly what I want, I use the app and have it brought to my car. That way I'm still avoiding crowds in stores. Sometimes I don't know exactly what I want, such window coverings. Then I go look over the choices. I did that a couple of months ago. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention and got one pair of curtains the wrong size. But it was a simple process to exchange them. Most recently I bought a digital food scale because the recipe I wanted to make had all the ingredients in ounces--even strawberries. What a lot of choices! I didn't have to go inside for this one. I was also able to buy an ingredient I didn't have at the same time! Target is such a convenient shopping experience and the prices are generally pretty good too. read more

This is the target I love closest too and honestly it's one of my favorites as well. I'm a Pokémon card collector and they always have a decent selection of Pokémon cards so I know my hobby is covered lol. I go during evenings and normally always see employees stocking or cleaning aisles. I would say that target is normally pricier than other places. I just think they carry pricier brands which is nice because you can hope they're a bit more quality but if you need something for a one time use I'd go to the dollar store or Walmart. read more

On my way to a brunch I realized I didn't have my yoga mat for a class after so on my way to the Blackstone I stopping in here thinking I could pick up a $5 mat from the dollar spot (the one on 132nd and maple had ample supply) and to my surprise they didn't have any fitness items here. I was pretty disappointed as the next mats were close to $20 and I'm definitely not a yogi, but it was better than the floor. They definitely have a small dollar spot, but they do have a ton more clothes for juniors/womens. I saw so many items I'd never seen at either of my targets out west (and I'm there a lot) This may be a go to spot for new fashions, but definitely not anything on a budget. read more

I use drive up services because of medical issues. When I came to pick up a drive up order today, nobody came out. I called and was told staff would not bring it out because the weather was cold. I remained calm but said it was inconvenient to drive all the way out there before finding this out. The guest services person was dismissive and sounded annoyed. She offered no solutions. I tried to cancel my order online but it wasn't working. I tried to call back for help canceling the order several times and got no answer. I suspect my calls were being screened because I had annoyed the guest services person. This is the worst customer service experience I can recall having anywhere. read more

This Target store caters to everyone downtown and midtown in Omaha. While it is the only surviving anchor for the sad Crossroads Mall, it keeps busy all the time. Standard Target experience, but careful during back to school season. Due to location near UNO and Creighton it is both busy and stock gets wiped out. Some of the West Omaha Target locations are a bit fancier and larger if you ask me. This location has a Starbucks inside! read more

I am traveling for work in Omaha and completely spaced and forgot my phone charging cable. Target is always convenient to quickly get what you need. I ordered a bunch of expensive makeup items online and I picked up my order at this store. I used their contact-free delivery (where a Target employee places your order in the trunk of your car). When I got home, I was horrified to find that I got someone else's order. I had a birthday party I needed to attend today, and now I don't have their gifts. Target needs to hire better people; this is a stupid mistake. I can't even return the incorrect items because Target says I received the order. I will never shop at Target again. read more

I went to this Target to pick up an order. They had the item I wanted and my normal store in CB didn't have it. I go to pick it up from the customer service area on the left when you walk in, and the younger woman that helped me was super nice, energetic and gave me my order super fast. This Target recently got a nice facelift and she's looking good! This location was undergoing renovation and they redid their makeup and grocery section! The whole Target is very organized, has a lot of food options, a home decor section, the newest makeup brands, and of course the usual staples any Target will have. This location includes a Starbucks as well. It's never too crowded here and the parking lot is huge - you won't have any trouble parking. For some reason, I don't make it to Target very often despite its convenient location which is probably a good thing since every time I'm there, I find something I didn't know I needed. :-) I find this store brightly lit, cheerful and easy to navigate unlike some other "big box stores". The grocery section has really grown in recent years. Their clothing is probably a little more trendy and higher quality than similar discount stores (Walmart I'm looking at you) yet still reasonably priced. A solid 4 stars for Target! Staff is friendly and the layout of the store is easy to navigate. There's a Starbucks in da house so you can get your caffeine on whilst shopping! The kids' toy selection is good and the prices are reasonable. The electronics department is also a force to be reckoned with. The latest game consoles and games here as well as those good ol' flat screen TVs. Good stuff! Their grocery area is decent enough where you can pick up some essentials. It even has a few organic items if you're in a non-GMO mood. Of course the prices are competitively priced too. Even if they're a bit higher, it saves you an extra trip to another store. read more

This target is located on the main bus line (dodge) and it's easy to get to. I really like the Up&up brand (target's generic line) and you can save good money buying their products. I often find some of them are better than the name brand, like baby wipes and diapers. This store has a decent selection of food items at slightly higher prices (between 25¢ to $1 more per item than say Hyvee or Walmart), and the produce is usually decent. I did unknowingly buy an expire yogurt here once, so make sure you check dates just in case. MOST of the time the items are well stocked, but if in doubt, call first. My issue is some of the employees are rather rude/don't care at all about helping you. Customer service is annoying, either the person is wandering around and you stand there waiting for them to return OR they have 1 person working it who is slower than Christmas and they have a line of people. Also, I remember coming here once and asking a dude for help and he goes "yeah whatever" and walked off... okay bad day? o.O There are also some departments that need better organizing. Baby section is usually crazy or they're always resetting their mods, maybe I just pick the best times to go? Don't even get me started on ANY of their clearance sections or clothing aisles. Oh and they don't have a hardware section, which I find bizarre. Pretty good location, just take it with a grain of salt that it's still a big box store so you'll get that level of customer service. read more

This was my first visit at this Target off of Dodge and 72nd. I usually visit the Target off of 180th bit decided to give this location an opportunity to see how well run and organized this store was. I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean store and ample parking. The employees were pleasant and the items were easy to find. Check out was simple, either through the self checkout service or finding a cashier. Lights were bright during the evening hours and there were plenty of carts and baskets. Overall, it was a good place to shop vs the crowded parking lot of Walmart up the street. read more

They took out 1/3 of the parking spots when it was already a pain to park there for what??? I understand what they were going for when they updated the beauty department. I have been visiting the Target on 72nd and Dodge since I returned to Omaha. Every time I visit I find the staff helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They seem to go out of their way to assist the customer in every way possible. I have a European GSM Phone and I was looking for a Mobile Phone Provider that would enable my phone to work in the US. The staff member at Target pretty much gave me an education on cell phones, and answered all my questions. I was unable to get a service without buying a new phone, the staff member referred me to AT&T and even called his friend at the AT&T shop in Omaha who was expecting me when I arrived. I have to agree with Jason G about the prices being a bit more expensive than Walmart. However there are incentives, sales and coupons that you can use to cut down your overall bill. The grocery section is adequate, clean and laid out in a way so that you can find whatever you are looking for quickly. read more

There are quality items in the kitchen and small appliance sections. I like the wide range of merchandise. If you can grab one (they seem always busy) the red-shirted team members are helpful. I like the popcorn and the Starbucks. I like the red card. I like that this Target keeps the old Crossroads alive. The worst experience I've ever had at a Target. This store is absolutely filthy, the bathrooms have feces and urine all over the walls, the staff is horribly rude, and they were out of stock of just about everything I came to get. I definitely will not be returning to this location and to be honest, I'm not impressed with the direction Target has taken recently! They claim to be prepped for Covid-19 prevention as well but I was crowded the entire time there, and nothing was clean. Just awful. Do better Target. read more

We live in Dundee, so this is the closest Target for us. Most of the staff is outstanding, and I find them more pleasant than the staff at the 180th & Center street location. The security here is also outstanding- not only do they seem to watch the premises well, they are very friendly. The reason for the 4 stars is just because of the crime in the area- nothing Target can do about that, but 72nd & Dodge is not as safe as it used to be. If for any reason you don't appreciate this Target, go up to WalMart on 72nd street and you will VERY much appreciate this Target lol :-) read more

Who doesn't love target? I do. A lot. Like my lady friends and a few gentlemen I know, target gives you everything you want and need at the same time. Food? Got it. Furniture? Got it. Electronics? Yes. Apparel? Yes. Pharmacy? Yes. And much more. I'll come in to buy one thing and leave with $200 worth of things not on my list. So basically it's the better version of Walmart. I saw a pepper spray fight in Target once but it's nothing compared to the fear I anticipate when I have to drive to Walmart. Added bonus: they treat their workers much better. Return is usually 90 days and they can look up your purchases on your card if you lose your receipt. read more
