It is COVID-19 time. I had to stop to drink some water to go to the restroom. The water fountains were closed for probably sanitary reasons maybe?! However they have next to it plenty of water to buy which I did. I went walking around I bought few things including their clearance St. Patrick's Day items. The place was clean. Two ladies at the front desk were cleaning the carts and offered one to me. Parking was ample. Nice location close to the highway. Not a very busy location yet because the area is still under development.

This Target is an awesome location. Friendly service, Always clean and things are easy to find. One thing I really like about this location is the fact that I rarely have to wait for a check out lane for long. A lot of times when they see more than 2 people in line someone opens a lane and invites you over to check out quickly. That makes you feel very important and that people genuinely care.

Store is always clean. Love that they always have someone cleaning off the carts and sanitizing them after each use.

We appreciated the follow up and the correction of the situation. Increased rating to 4 stars given the professional corrective steps taken. ************************** My wife and I ordered a custom set of bar stools and a custom storage king bed with a matching chest of drawers last July. The purchasing process was very easy and the staff was professional, however, after waiting for over seven months, the bed we ordered was not made correctly. We contacted the store and followed up with the issue in person and was told Mike was the only one who could remove the issue. It has been impossible to get ahold of him to resolve this issue and we have paid a large amount of money for an order that was made incorrect. It pains me to write a poor review of a Stillwater area business as it is important to me to shop local as much as possible, but the experience has just been bad. Great quality of furniture, but a poor business model lacking customer service and follow up after the money is paid. I would recommend other customers find another vendor who sells high end furniture brands that Simonet's carries and avoiding this store due to the poor customer service experience I encountered.

I was looking for some living room furniture, I didn't mind if it was gently used, I just wanted something that was in good shape for a fair price. When you shop at a consignment shop you expect to find reasonable prices but that's not the case here. I was surprised to see that the majority of the furniture is pretty expensive, especially for used furniture, so don't expect to get any deals here. Her prices are not much different than what you could find elsewhere except that you'd likely find better quality new furniture for the same or similar price. And in some cases for a little less. I didn't really shop around as much as I should have and that was my mistake. The shop owner was not very warm or friendly. That should have been my first indication to turn around and leave but I thought maybe she was just having an off day or something so I just continued browsing. I noticed a matching love seat and sofa set in the back of the store. They appeared to be in good shape and I liked the color and style so I asked the shop owner what the price was for the set. She quoted me just a little under a thousand for both. That should have been my second indication to leave, and yet for some foolish reason that I will never understand, I didn't. But I will readily admit that this was kind of an impulse buy for me. I had recently dealt with the loss of my husband and decided to treat myself to something new (to me) and different because I just needed a change. I completely fault myself for not taking a closer look at the quality of the furniture, or lack there of. The shop owner told me they were priced just a little above what she paid for them so I didn't want to start haggling, although in hind sight now I wish I would have because the furniture isn't worth anywhere near what I paid for it, but at the time I wanted to be fair because I figured she had to make a living too, right? *sigh* I came back the following day and purchased the furniture. It wasn't long before I realized I had made a huge mistake and wasted my time and money. The furniture is very cheaply made. The fabric snags easily and puckers, the back cushions are lumpy and the seat cushions slide around constantly. All of which is hard to see or notice when it hasn't seen much use and you only get to sit on it for ten minutes in a store. I take good care of my things so I was expecting to be able to enjoy the furniture for years to come but I quickly realized that's not going to be the case this time. I am so disappointed. Unfortunately I can't afford to replace it right now so I'm stuck with it for a while and I just hope that it will last for at least a few years while I save some money to buy something of better quality. Overall I think she does have some nice items if you are just looking for home decor but if you are shopping for an expensive big ticket item I'd advise you to think twice, do your homework, take the time to look very closely at what you are buying and most importantly make sure you are getting what you are paying for. If I'm going to spend that kind of money the next time I buy furniture I will be sure to shop at a reputable furniture store and buy new. At least they usually have some kind of return policy if you aren't happy with your purchase. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

First, the couch had a stain that resembled a blood stain underneath the back cushion. Next, the dining table is an extension table. One end of the table makes a squeaking noise when leaning on it. When looking underneath the table, the rails underneath are not the same size as the other end of the table. Which is why it is squeaking/knocking. I contacted our salesperson who then told me the process of submitting a ticket for someone to come out and look at the pieces. A few weeks later, someone came out to remove the stain and then tried to fix the table with no such luck. He did try to put some sticky felt on the railings - which is not fixing the problem, just patching it for a little bit. Needless to say, the felt did not stay in place. We were told we can replace the table or receive our money back. We opted for replacing the table (supposed to be delivered this week). Now, last night I was sitting on the dining chair (which I haven't really sat on) I heard something drop on the floor. Here a screw came off of the bottom of the chair. How I know this? I had to turn over the chair and noticed where it came out of. I tried to replace and it was stripped. I then looked over the rest of the dining chairs and the majority of the screws were very loose or missing. The loose screws were stripped from whomever put the chairs together. Long story - I know. I had to put another ticket it for the chairs now. I love the sofa, chair and the dining table. However, paying a large amount of money (at least for our budget) it extremely disappointing and knowing I will not be buying anything from this facility again. I will write a follow up on the table and chairs.
