This Target is the worst. I work down the street and almost weekly I place a Target drive up order either near work or near my home. About 5 weeks ago I tried to place an order at this target and after 6 hours I had to cancel and reorder at another Target. Today I decided to give it a try again to see if it was just a one off. But unfortunately I just had to cancel my order again and reorder at the store by my house. Numerous reviewers are saying the same thing. If staff at this Target are unable to fulfill their pick up orders, Target should either fire them and get people who actually do their job, or stop offering pick up at this store. read more

This is my go to target. They usually have what I need in stock and I order pick it up, especially baby stuff which is great for a time restricted new mom. Certain things cannot be picked up, like food items, which is a bummer. Lines are long in the late afternoon/evenings; I usually use self check out. There is a Starbucks and pizza hut if you need a quick snack. read more

I don't think I'll ever come back to this Target thanks to this lady who turned her #6 light off. Not only did she told me her register was closed when I saw her light still on when I was pushing my cart to her register, she turned around and ignored me like I wasn't there. Placed an order for pickup over 2 hours ago and still have not received a notification that the order is ready. Called and asked to speak with a manager her name was Jackie, who did not Help resolve the issue but instead compared my situation to another customers who had the same problem. I also received the excuse of being "short staffed" but literally have never walked into any target and have seen the pick up line long. Ridiculous...Placed an online order for pick order at 6pm. I called to get status an not one department picked up call for until 8:30pm. Luckily, electronics dept. rep answered call after several attempts to get through to someone for over 2 hours. So what's the point on online pick order???. Looks like Global Corporate needs to find a better system to notify online guests customers that orders are delayed at a specific location prior to wasting time choosing what you are going to purchase!!! I would have chosen 0 stars but I guess it defaults to low 1 star to give a benefit of the doubt!!!! read more

I love target and it's my daughter's favorite place to shop. There's always something cute to look at and I ALWAYS leave with more than I came for. Any who, my review is for the excellent customer service provided by our cashier Chris C. He had a very great sense of humor and was extremely friendly with both my daughter and I. No restrooms, the only restroom they have is dirty all the time, and when I say dirty it means urine and poop all over the toilet seat, toilet covers on the floor, water with mud all over the floor, I've seen homeless come out of the restroom they take showers and clean themselves, no soap. I complaint to someone in customer service, she even told me that's just the way they are all the time.!!! read more

The lack of COVID protocols really blows my mind. The store is clearly overpacked to the max and the lines have people standing side by side with each other. They were taking COVID protocols seriously for a week and now it is all gone. Multiple employees have their masks on their chin, they don't wipe down the self check out after each customer and the store is at max capacity non-stop. read more

This target is absolutely horrible. It is disgusting no matter what time of the day you shop. Stock is never filled in or organized. The employees try their best and give as best service as they can but clearly management needs to hire more employees. Such a shame I used to love this location. read more

Probably my favorite Target since it's near my house. My son and I take trips here when we can't find something to do. We walk around look at clothes for him, toys, paint, crayons and such. I know this store pretty well and know where I want to go. The store is pretty clean and the employees don't go out of their way to bother you but at the registers I usually find a friendly cashier. I bought some popcorn for my son today so we can have a movie night and it was a dollar something for a bag of popcorn which is super cheap. The employee at the food court (an African American guy didn't get his name) was very friendly even though it was 8pm. He was super nice and was cleaning when I arrived, stopped what he was doing without attitude and made me feel happy as I left. He probably needs a promotion from the snack area and he should get one! Anyway, this Target's parking lot is always packed but I have my ways to finding a good spot. The only critique I would have is not for Target itself but every time I come I see a new homeless person at the entrance to the parking lot asking for money. I don't feel as safe at night while I have my son sometimes. I would recommend this Target but I wouldn't because I want it all to myself lol it's crowded enough haha. I always leave with goodies for my son and sometimes one or two things for me. This is my go to store for pretty much everything except full on grocery shopping. I come for NyQuil, hair dye, kids clothes, toys, snacks and love looking at all the holiday or season items displayed. I can just want around in here without buying a thing and leave happy. I have never had a bad experience here *knock on wood*! Anyway.... When it comes to it Target over Walmart anyday. I use to be a WalMart girl when I was younger and after several terrible experiences and many different WalMarts I have left that store. Stopped in to get a chai tea latte on the way to San Diego, and use the restrooms. This used to be my neighborhood Target 10 years ago. Employees were friendly and store was nicely laid out. Bathrooms were a hot mess, but served the purpose. Starbucks inside is convenient but weird they have an actual Starbucks in the same parking lot. It is right off the 605 so you can hop right back on. read more

I needed help looking for a registry, (yes I needed it for a baby shower) and I asked the woman who was working at the front with the shopping carts for help. She was kind enough to go with me and do everything for me. Also, when I was paying at the cashier I noticed the guy turned his cashier's light off after me and my family. People still lined up after us and he was nice enough to assist them and keep a smile on his face. I really like this Target :) P.S there's always a homeless man who stands between the entrance and exit. He carries a cute poodle mix named 'Pretty' :) so cute! I love Target, but this is the WORST one I've ever been too. The fact that I have to check everything before I buy it, because I've gone home so many times with a box of this or that. Only to get home and realized it's been broken into and stuff is missing! So now I check everything, and the employees stare me down like I'm stealing. No! I am not stealing! But I am going through box after box that claims to have 5 of this, and 10 of that. Only to find 3 of this and 7 of that. Where are these employees stopping these idiots from stealing? I always use self check out here and it's pretty fast. They do have about 4 self check out registers so if someone has a big order it may take a while. Overall very organized and clean. read more

This is my go to local target. It's a bigger target to they have good variety of things. They have a large clothing section which I love. And it is pretty clean and organized. On weekends it's crazy busy so be prepared for long lines. I usually do self check out so I do t really interact with many employees. They have a Starbucks at this location which I love. read more

I just want to say that who ever stocks the shelves should be more careful with the merchandise. I went in looking for Funko Pops and the Pops that just came out that morning all the boxes were damaged. No one wants to buy damaged goods. Get it together Target! Cleanliness: This target is pretty clean, came on a weekday night some of their end caps needed to be refilled and a few misplaced items but nothing icky. Check Out: Fast, they were opening up lanes left and right to keep the line down So why the two stars? The parking lot situation is horrific compared to other target locations. read more

Have some back up choices when deciding what you want....they don't have too much stock of anything on the menu. If you're stopping by just for a drink, then you should be fine. The one star is because they have 3 different options for those of us who drink diet soda: Diet Mt Dew, Diet Dr Pepper & Diet Pepsi/Diet Coke (I count those as the same when counting different flavors of diet drinks) I left a tip here the day I visited, but it doesn't show. (Basically, they ran out of grilled cheese sandwiches, harvest chicken salads, pasta marinara, and spinach flatbreads all at the same time. Matt made shopping very uncomfortable. We borrowed an electric wheelchair and we asked a security guard to allow us to take it out to the car for obvious reasons and were granted permission. Matt said we couldn't and when informed that we were given permission he followed us out to the car to get the wheelchair. Felt so uncomfortable that he had to do all that and follow us very closely. We felt rushed and even inside the store he kept looking at us as we paid. Matt needs customer service skills and not be that way with other customers. Allow people to shop in peace and let customers feel welcomed. read more

Long lines and slow cashier's was today at this Target. Head cashier talking on phone and was not concerned with the lines. After ten minutes, we abandoned the shopping cart full of merchandise and left. Even the self checkout was a mess and not an option. Very poor organization. read more

Target is singlehandedly the absolute worst store there possibly is for exclusive action figures. This store rarely has any of the exclusives they're supposed to have. And in the very rare instance that they do they have an incredibly small quantity that they let one person buy out and then never restocks those figures. There pre-order system is a joke, which their own customer service rep has admitted doesn't actually mean anything. Seriously, go to reddit and you'll find the post of a conversation between a customer and a rep where the rep admits that pre-orders aren't a real thing and that target doesn't care. Why Hasbro, McFarlane, funko, etc continues to give them exclusives is a mystery and every figure released as an exclusive is a slap in the face to the customer base. It's an absolute joke and I can't wait for the day that companies wake up and realize what absolute garbage this company is. The ineptitude isn't just restricted to exclusive figures. I bought a book last night on the website, which said 4 were available at this specific store, and selected pick-up. I get my confirmation and a few hours later I get an email, which should have been the confirmation that it was ready for pick up, but instead was a cancellation notice because all of sudden the book wasn't available Either one of two scenarios were at play. Either the website can't keep accurate count of an item or doesn't validate that a store does actually have it and allows you to put in an order OR the employees don't go and grab the item and put aside for pock up when they should and other people in the store are able purchase the item when they shouldn't. Either one is absolutely unacceptable. Speaking of the employees. You can go go online and see many, many, many people brag about paying managers to let them know when they get a shipment of exclusive figures in so they can go and get them. Some managers even hold the box in the back, never put them out and wait for that person to get there so they can give it to them personally. There's even as many posts of target employees selling these figures for 3x the price because they keep them in the back until their shift is over and then purchase them. Some of those people are so brass that the pic they post on eBay includes them holding the figure while they're still in the store/in uniform/ in the parking lot! WTF Target?!!! Target even has some weird email they send when a pre-order gets delayed where you have to confirm that you're okay with the delay within an incredibly small window of time or they just cancel your order. No other site that sells figures makes it mandatory for you to confirm your okay with the delay or they cancel the order. They just send out a courtesy email about the delay because they know if you're not okay with it you'll just manually cancel it yourself. They don't take it upon themselves to decide whether or not the order gets cancelled. NEITHER SHOULD YOU TARGET! IF I'M NOT OKAY WITH THE DELAY I'LL CANCEL IT MYSELF!!! And then you get register locked when you go buy a figure because THEY made the mistake of putting the figure up on the shelf before the street date. How hard is it to not put a figure up on the shelf until the day you're supposed to? If it's on the shelf I should be able to purchase it. Because I guarantee you when I come back to get it on release day either A) a scalper will have gotten it either with or with out the help of the staff or B) one of the employees will get it and put it on eBay. Lastly, the online pre-order system is a joke. It's basically bot city and Target makes almost no effort to prevent that. So many other sites actually go to the proper lengths to make sure that bots don't get the majority of the figures, but somehow one of the biggest retailers are unable to? No, it's willful Negligence and apathy. So many people have brought this issue up and it's been going on for so long that's it's now painfully obvious and undeniably because target doesn't care and/or is too lazy. They also don't bother to limit the amount one person can buy online or in-store which so many other websites and retailers have no problem doing. And on the off chance you actually manage to pre-order item chances are a week later you'll get a cancellation notice because like I said earlier, they pre-orders don't matter, and they take more than the amount of a figure they actually have. It's an absolute joke. If I could give Target less than one star I would. They are a terrible retailer when it comes to exclusives and anything that isn't bedding, average electronics and toiletries. read more

I LOVE Target. I can never go to a Target and come out empty handed. It's just not going to happen. If I go there for just toothpaste, I come out with like 3 bags full of stuff that I "need". I mean, they have everything! I enjoy taking my time walking the isles looking for deals. They just have the cutest things for bedroom/home decor. Their stationary selection is pretty awesome! The store is kept pretty clean and the employees are friendly. My only complaint would be parking. It can get a bit hectic but there is plenty available... way done the rows. The cashier lines are usually on the slower side and there never seems to be enough of them open so lines can get long quick. There's sometimes homeless people on the sidewalk bordering the parking lot and the street. One time there was a sketch person inside talking to himself and trying to talk to me. Ugh... first of all... the parking. Man you better learn to dodge and swerve if you wanna park up in there! We avoid death somehow, park next to a shady-looking bunch of creepers tailgating in the TARGET parking lot (wtf?) and head toward then entrance, where we are besieged by panhandlers, kids selling overpriced chocolate bars, and people trying to get us to sign petitions. Somehow, we make it past that war zone, and Sister and I reach the promised land: the inside of the damned store. We decide we want a cart, but there are none, so we just shrug it off and decide to carry our goods. After half an hour of pushing our way through whole families (think 3-4 generations on a Target outing - guess the mall was out!) we decide that we'll take what we've managed to wrest from the crowds of people and go to the registers, of which only three are open. The lines seem insurmountable, but we somehow suck it up, wait our turn, pay, and leave the store as war-worn heroes, clutching our two pitifully small bags containing our vital, on-sale Luna bars. We are accosted yet again on the way out by the same elements that dragged us back while entering the store, but we persevere, make it back to the car unharmed (mercifully!) and then we fricken kick rocks.
