This is the first time I have ventured into a non-grocery type store since March of this year due to Covid. I recently had a child and moved into the Mt Kisco area from Manhattan where I would frequently shop in many GAP locations. Financial district location being my favorite. The service is always excellent and the people are always helpful. Diane in the Mt Kisco store is extremely rude, very unhelpful and it seems she doesn't want to work. I have visited the store numerous times in the last 2 months and I always receive stand offish treatment from her. I am a African American women I'm not sure if my skin color is the reason but perception is reality and that's the way it appears.
