I really like the new layout of the pharmacy and cvs as a while. It's much easier to find items and more spacious. I like that I don't have to wait online in the feminine care aisle anymore. That got awkward fast. Overall the place is great. I only wish the carts weren't so short and that they would clean them more often. Just got one that had gum stuck to the front. Another was broken and I couldn't move it. read more

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, particularly a 1-star review. I've been coming to this CVS location for over a decade, and every time I know I have to go, I dread it. The staff has been rude, they have withheld prescriptions, and on several occasions, they have given me random prescriptions for random people. Honestly, I wish I could go elsewhere, but it's the most convenient location for me. The only good thing about this CVS is the ample parking in the free lot. read more

Always short staffed, making the customer's wait unbearable. Unfriendly staff, especially some of the pharmacists. They act as if they are doing the customer a favor by helping them. read more

Everyone in this location is amazing! The best customer service I ever experienced. Well stocked even while they are going through renovation. Staff went out of their way to help me find things. Love it here!!! read more

Pharmacy is horrible can't call them they have to call you back so if it's important you have to sit around and wait for them to call you if they do. If you go up to the window for consultation everybody ignores you. They look at you and then look down and continue what they're doing which is usually talking to one another.. it used to be good now I can't get any worse. Since they started this the place is pretty much empty pretty much empty everyone I know is going someplace else... So sad. Also pharmacy is rude if it's lunch time and you're standing there they we'll pull the curtain down in your face. If they are looking to go out of business they're doing a good job!!!!!!! read more

This is a huge CVS with lots to offer. Also they have a bathroom. Plenty of items... candy, chips, medicine, more. And the service is great. read more

No WiFi. Staff admits no WiFi. Unable to check perscriptions on cvs app but ccvs corporate funnel all prescription information to cvs app. why offer the app, if one can't access it on your phone. Had to walk across busy traffic Street to connect to NW hospital to find working WiFi. Once connected at hospital, app was updated and worked. My prescriptions appeared!!! Walk back to pharmacy, showed them that the prescription was actually there. And then the employee found the prescription, "oh here it is". My Doctor had sent electronic prescription hours before. Doc sent me electronic receipt after he sent the request. Why does it take hours for cvs pharmacy computer system hours to receive and recognize doctors eperscription? Have emailed cvs corporate to address need for WiFi at store. Request goes into big black hole of no response. Cvs pharmacy computer system doesn't work properly. It does not update Wasted at least 2 hours of my time trying to pick up my prescription. I need to find another pharmacy. Don't waste ur time. read more

The pharmacist and her staff are the best. She always helps me get the lowest prescriptions on my medications. If there is ever a problem with my prescription. She contacts the insurance company. Awesome and knowledgeable staff. read more

In the past few years, I have never had a single positive experience at this CVS, or any other CVS for that matter. Everything is organized poorly. They can never find my prescriptions nor my information in the system. It takes the pharmacists multiple tries before finding anything. One time, they gave me my sister's prescription with my name on it. They seem like they're just waiting to clock out at the end of the day. Honestly, I hate having to go to the CVS because I have learned to expect some sort of issue, and I am never surprised. I have no idea how they are still in business. read more

Worse service ever. MD here. Costumer service is awful, rude, unpolite. They mistreated a female with a baby in front of me. They humiliated her because she didnt have a receipt read more

Great CVS with friendly staff. Its my daily trip into work and a wonderful and big CVS. Same as all the others this one just feels more friendlier. Overall very satisfied with the customer service and store. read more

The absolute worst CVS and/or pharmacy I've ever been to. The young pharmacist (yeah I sound like an old person) behind the counter in the back was one of the most disorganized and unfriendly I've encountered in any CVS or chain pharmacy period. She seemed to go out of her way to give me a hard time and not give me antibiotics for my little one's eye. Ok pharmacist, if you know it's for a child and an injury to the eye in particular why on earth would you give someone a hard time? It's not like things are that busy in here. There's supposed to be a way better pharmacy a few minutes from this one. Now I know for next time to go to the other one and I'll stick to avoiding CVS in general. read more

I'm not really sure how to compare one cvs to another. This one is organized horribly, like a rat maze. I had to wander through the whole store to find deodorant and toothpaste, which i feel should be close together. or at least closer. but the staff was really friendly, thus saving them at 3 stars. read more

24-hour pharmacy, but only works at a reasonable pace during normal business hours. From dropping a script off to it being ready (with one of the most prescribed drugs in America), took 30 minutes, and there were three people in the store. Also, has two aisles of beer but no cheese, disappointing. read more

Wow. This was a pleasant surprise for a CVS. Clean, organized, available service, all made for a very good experience. Had a problem with my rewards and the manager rectified immediately without asking for an explanation. Excellent customer service. read more

Need to train you management team on how the American Express SERVE cards work SPECIALLY WITH ISIS MOBILE WALLET I was told by the assistant manager that she's wasn't going to take my payment even tho I have purchase lots of things with my serve card using my cell phone I would recommend a little more training before promoting people who don't know the products and forms of payments have her visit paywithisis.com good website to educated them as I work for a company who activates lots of isis mobile wallet accounts in mount kisco and as a manager I wouldn't want a customer to have a bad experience when using their mobile wallets specially denying a legal form of payment read more

This is among the worst pharmacies of which I have ever had the displeasure to be a customer. The staff appears very disorganized: always running around but everything takes a long time. I have never been to a place that seems to have much out of stock; I have been told to come back in a few days to get medicine that was prescribed on an emergency basis. I have been given a supply of medicine that I am no longer taking, even though I have gone on-line more than once to make sure the prescription is no longer filled. And in some cases the pharmacy has just gotten it wrong. Nor will the staff seem to lift a finger to assist. I have changed to a competitor, and while things there are not perfect, there are almost no issues - and the hours are longer. My recommendation: stay away from this pharmacy. read more

This Pharmacy is lacking of organization and efficiency. My doctor sent prescription 45 min before I left his office. When I arrived at CVS, I waited another 25 min for my simple bottle of eye drop (which basically just put the eye drop box to the bag). I observed the team, they seemed busy, running around which indicated they are lacking of organization and work processes. They really need a good manager to make it more efficient. I will not go back again for sure. read more
