They have clean hardwood floors, room to walk around the aisles, a good selection of items, and someone asked me if i needed help. CVS generally doesn't have the lowest prices but sometimes you can find pretty good BOGO or buy one get one 50% off. They also sometimes give you decent coupons on the loooonnng receipts but the expiration dates are short typically. Next to a Shell, deli, and bank and near the Bridge entrance. read more

I placed an order on my app to be shipped to my This is the first time I shipping option. All that was fine however what I noticed is they me sales tax on Voltaren gel. There should not be tax on that item. And it was a sizable amount of tax nearly 3 dollars. I'm not very happy with CVS at the moment. read more

The people that work here try very hard to get things right for you. It's CVS corporate I have an issue with. I signed up for the app which CVS encouraged, because it was supposed to make prescriptions and renewals more efficient. CVS will call and text me weeks prior to my needing a renewal on my prescriptions but will delay trying to renew or reorder my cat's prescriptions. My cat has epilepsy and requires controlled medicines to control his seizures. It's supposed to be an automatic renewal every 30 days, but when I call the main number to find out if I can pick it up, I get the same bot answer "we are working on it" several days in a row. I can't even add my cat's profile to the app. Surely I'm not the only pet owner that gets prescriptions for their animals. There was a young man behind the counter when I was discussing this with the pharmacist who interrupted us to tell me to call a few days ahead of the renewal. Then what is the purpose of an automatic renewal? Also, side note to this young man, it's disrespectful to interrupt the pharmacist, you should have seen the look on her face when you did that. This review is only for the pharmacy, the store itself seems to be pretty standard. The people working at the pharmacy are so rude and impatient with me when I come here. If there's anything I don't know or understand, and it's insurance and healthcare so there's a lot I don't know/understand, they usually refuse to help me. Like hello, you see me here all the time I'm always nice and I'm picking up a lot of medicine, maybe I could use a little bit of compassion? Writing this review made me sad. read more

PHARMACY IS THE WORST. After sitting on HOLD for 45 mins. 17 times each- I was told by the RUDE pharmacist that they were finally transferring my prescriptions to my new CVS pharmacy the next town over. Fast forward a month and when they NEGLECTED to do so- I was then told to "figure it out myself" by calling the new pharmacy. Once I did just that- the new CVS pharmacy told me to go back to the old pharmacy and tell THEM to do it. Exasperated- I pointed out that "You are the SAME COMPANY- why can't you simply go into the computer and change the address?" The RUDE and unhelpful pharmacist told me "We cannot do it. Call your doctor". The app is a JOKE as well. Going in circles trying to transfer prescriptions provokes the app to ask for refills early. CVS BLOWS! read more

The service at their pharmacy is excellent. My experience is that their staff attends to details and shows care and concern for us as patients. I recall one visit where they didn't have enough of a particular medication, and they weren't expecting more for several days. The pharmacist overheard my conversation with the assistant, and came over to offer to fill the prescription with the last of their remaining stock. It was an important medication, and the fact that the pharmacist took initiative and found a way to make it work made a big difference for us. The store has a good selection -- from snacks to staples. As other reviewers have mentioned, they do carry beer. Also, Talenti ice cream. There can be a bit of a markup, but that's why you treat CVS coupons like Powerball tickets. Their COVID safety is strong: wide aisles are well-marked with tape at six-foot intervals; staff consistently wears masks and uses plastic dividers; and self-checkout machines allow contact-free payment. read more

They never submitted my vaccine record to the state. I went in twice asking for them to follow up, said they would but of course did not. I spent FORTY minutes on hold (two calls over 20 mins each) only to be put on hold the second someone answered and THEN HUNG UP on. I know better than to get prescriptions at CVS (unless forced by my insurance) but hope getting a Covid vaccine wouldn't be the typical nightmare of CVS. But it was. I've always loved this CVS - it's clean, well-stocked and always organized. The other day I had such a good experience with the staff that I think it warrants a review. The woman stocking the floor saw me wandering around and stopped what she was doing to ask what she could help me find. Then she pointed me to the exact, specific spots for everything on my list. When I was checking out, Tee at the counter was probably the sweetest checkout person I've ever met. She took time to connect and make good conversation, and I also noticed she knew the name of the woman in front of me. I can always count on CVS, but I can specifically count on this store to be there for me no matter what. It's a fairly new store so it's particularly clean and ultra-organized. The staff is incredibly friendly. The second I walk through the magical automatic doors, I'm greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I use the pharmacy at this CVS as my primary pharmacy; if I have any questions or concerns the pharmacists and pharmacists' technicians are there to help. I love this CVS so much that I make up reasons to go. "So, um, I think I need... uhh... a pack of tissues...?" I stammer as if I really need an excuse. "Tissues?" "Yeah...or maybe... umm... a new lip balm?" "You want to go to CVS?" Before anyone can utter my favorite acronym, I'm already out the door and halfway in the car. If someone gave me the option to either go to CVS or meet my favorite celebrity (Tom Hanks, duh), I'd probably choose CVS (or ask if there's a third option to have Tom Hanks meet me in a CVS). Just kidding, I'd totally choose Tom Hanks, but the point is this CVS is so great that I'd consider choosing it over Tom Hanks. read more

Went to the pharmacy to go pick up medication for my baby. A lady working at the pharmacy told me to hang tight so I decided to look around. I went back and waited in front of the pharmacy for additional 10 minutes. When I noticed that 30 minutes went by I went to the Lady that was working who had told me to wait, what was the update. She then tells me that they run out of the medicine. I got frustrated and asked her why she didn't call me to tell me. Now i am Upset with a sick baby. she tells me that she did not call me over to tell me because claimed she was looking for the medicine At another location. Which I had to wait another 10 minutes for so I think it was BS. Instead of asking me if it was OK for her to look at another location And asking which location would be best, there was no communication. she just had me waiting there. Instead of understanding my frustration season begins to get an attitude and she walked away from me. The pharmacist in the back that was separating medication came to assist me and helped me pick another location that was convenient for me. This is the last time I ever come to this pharmacy. So unprofessional and extremely rude seems like a lot of them don't know what they're doing. The lady that also got an attitude with me frustrate another customer and he yelled at her. Seems like she gets that effect on people. I didn't get her name but she definitely should not be working there. I changed my pharmacy to the other cvs and so far it has been pleasant. read more

I really like this CVS much better than others in the area. They renovated the old stop and shop so it is big and clean with wide aisles and good selection of merchandise. Pharmacy is also well staffed. If a line develops in the front they will usually open another register. read more

This CVS is notorious for altering the quantity of prescription refills. When you call the pharmacy to have your prescription refilled, they VERY RUDELY (as per the pharmacist Milton) tell you that you'll have to call your doctor, that they have the physical copy of your prescription and there are none left. Upon calling my doctor to try and resolve the problem, they were able to actually GUESS my issue with this particular CVS, that they are regularly calling in extra prescriptions because they mysteriously disappear in their hands. As you'd imagine, not all doctors are as understanding and willing to just call in another prescription without a visit first. Lost my business permanently. read more
