That got awkward fast. Overall the place is great. I only wish the carts weren't so short and that they would clean them more often. Just got one that had gum stuck to the front. The staff has been rude, they have withheld prescriptions, and on several occasions, they have given me random prescriptions for random people. Honestly, I wish I could go elsewhere, but it's the most convenient location for me. The only good thing about this CVS is the ample parking in the free lot.

After doing some biz in mt kisco I am in Bedford hills for reasons I can't explained (LAZY TO TURN…read moreON GPS),and stopped at speedway to get some gas and a soda . I notice the gas prices at speedway is a few cents cheaper then other places and the hot beverage machines make decent cappuccino drinks. Your standard national chain gas brand with decent gas prices and the snack shop is better then average as well.

It's not a Walgreens !…read more Well, let me qualify that. There's a Walgreen's sign outside, and it appears in google searches when you look for "Drugstore". But after they took over the Rite-Aid, they just closed down the pharmacy. It's a drugstore that doesn't sell prescriptions / drugs! *Boggles* What remains is the shell of the Rite-Aid that once was. Empty shelves, barren aisles, flickering fluorescent lighting and an aura of despair fill the space where a vibrant drug store once stood. I even took the time to inquire as to what happened to the pharmacy, and was informed there were no pharmacists available to hire. There's no shortage of pharmacists nationwide. Whatever the motivation for shutting down the pharmacy, I wish they'd at least be candid. At the end of the day, you have what is essentially an overpriced, glorified bodega, but without any of the charm ( *ahem* , "charm" ) you'd find at Newport Market or any of the Latin stores that Mount Kisco is full of. On the plus side, you can walk through it to get to the parking lot on the other side. So that's nice.

They've misdosed medication for my…read morechildren on multiple occasions, hung up on providers calling in scripts, and today was the last straw where I felt humiliated and the tech nearly violated HIPAA as she proved a point re: their voicemail system. My dad was a pharmacist and I appreciate it's a grueling environment. The complete disregard for customers/patients at this CVS is appalling. The only thing they have going for them is their drive-thru. Otherwise, you'd be better off elsewhere.

The staff is not very…read moreknowledgeable and at times has even lied about whether a prescription is filled. my family member was very upset and was not getting any cooperation from an employee and while she slipped with a swear word which she did not call the employee and apologized immediately, said employee lied and said he was cursed. The pharmacist reaction was to tell me my family member was "mean" ( a word often used by second graders!) and that we could not call to check to see prescriptions were filled and it was the responsibility of the doctor! The sympathetic pharmacist told me my family member could no longer use the pharmacy and told me he can go elsewhere. What an absolute disgrace! I'll somehow find a way for that pharmacy and the pharmacist to have a complaint against licenses.
