This Target is SUPER! Literally, it is. It is quiet, huge and has some really vast clearance sections other Targets don't seem to have. It also has an optometrist, Starbucks and cafe inside. I love that I can get a cute dress, cleaning supplies, and some chicken for dinner all under one roof and top it off with an iced coffee from Starbucks. Don't be fooled by the market side either, it has a lot of fresh prep meals and a crazy supply of salad dressings, bbq sauces and spices i cant find anywhere else. The only complaint is there seems to be about 30 check stands and only 3 or 4 are open at a time which doesn't seem to be very efficient but the staff is nice and that makes up for it. Store was messy. The kids clothes were all jumbled up on the display table. Shorts and shirts all mixed together like it was a dollar bin full of left over last season items. Some clothes were on the floor. Looked like a complete disaster and not consistent with the Target brand people have come to know and love. read more

Super Target are always nicer than regular Target :) Pretty much, you can do your grocery shopping and find just about anything you want here. The store is always organized and clean. There's a Starbucks, an optometry, a pharmacy and their food court serves hot dogs, chicken tenders and pizza hut. I would have given this place 5 stars had they hire more people to work at the cash registers. I don't get why there's like 20 cashier lanes and only around 2-4 people working up front. Also wish they opened 24/7. Then I wouldn't have to go to the Wal-Mart just down the street at night. read more

Spent a little time at this Target this morning and found this particular one to be very clean and organized. Needed help finding a few things and the girl who took the time out to help me was very friendly and a great help. Most of the time, workers just point you in the direction. This girl, Sally, actually took the time to walk me over and made sure I found what I was looking for. Sally, answered some questions I had about a vacuum cleaner. She was not an expert but it was so cool that she took the time to pull the manual out of the box and help me find answers. She also, looked up the info on Dyson's website using her cell phone. This super Target is great. The store is always well stocked, neat and clean. There is usually enough staff working so I rarely have to wait long to check out. The customer service at check out and at the customer service desk is always fast, friendly and efficient. I will continue to make this my go to store while in the area. Customer service has been diminishing for some time. At check out, with my stuff bagged up and people in line behind me, I asked the cashier if they have special covid return restrictions. She said she didn't know and nI needed to ask guest services. I started to stick my card in and paused and asked again: "So there's no policy or how do we know what the restrictions might be?" She was leaning relaxed "like I said", she states, "YOU have to ask guest services." So I left my $50 worth of purchases & walked out. A walkie talkie. That cool Red phone next to her: whatever the resource, how hard to say "let me find out for you mam." Even Walmart did that for me a week ago. I haven't been shopping at target for almost a year. I used to spend thousands in a year with them as my go-to grocery and everything place. But service is slipping and I've been treated thoughtlessly by guest services, cashiers, and target red card. I really like This target. But every time I check out I have to always wait 10 min or so. The cashiers there are kinda slow and often the don't know how to handle small problems with customers or an item. But the store is well kept and I always find what I need. This Target has gone down hill, don't know if they've changed management these past few years. For the life of me I don't understand why they choose to restock their shelves right when they open instead of before hand. I always feel like I have to go through an obstacle course down each aisle. They stay having expired items on their shelves, the produce department is over priced and rotten and their shelves are never completely stocked which means I have to go to another store to pick up the missing items. It is 10:30 pm and I am exhausted. Target for the first time in my 18 years of shopping at your magical store you have failed me. My husband and I ordered a replica of his car for our 3 year old for this years Christmas gift. I was thrilled to bits that Target pull through as always with an exceptional discount, what can I say you guys rock when it comes to pricing on quality things. I love Target. Loved. Order #1016505032020 was the first order I have ever placed with Target.com as the ride on vehicle was not available at my local store. I received a notification it would arrive sooner than expected. I waited all day so I could hide it from my son when it arrived, i was so excited. Then it gets here at exactly 7:30 pm. The smiles are wiped from my husband's and my face. The box was destroyed,there was apparent damage to the car itself as we could see it through the hole in the opening. The ups carrier seemed embarrassed to drop it off and walked away as soon as she could. This is were the nightmare started. Pictures are attached below. I did not fret however, I trusted in Target so I suggested to my husband we take it to our local Target located at 2755 Canyon Springs Pkwy in Riverside CA 92507 and have them help us. When we arrived there was sympathetic a young gentlemen by the name of Roy and a young lady whose name I did not get at customer service were the only two people through out this entire experience that showed any remorse. Despite her long line the young lady attempted to help us letting us know there were not any in her store but she would find us one that did. She found two available at the 27100 Eucalyptus Ave. Moreno Valley CA 92555, she attempted to call them about four times to verify before we made the trip and there was no answer. I saw her line growing and asked her for the number so I could call and decided I would drive there so she could tend to her line. Her last recommendation was that I attempt to call Target.com to have them resolve my issue. I thanked her and my husband and I left taking our battered box with us as comments from other customers filled our ears, they were horrified for us. As we drove to the second location I called Target.com and spoke with Lin. During the course of the call I attempted to relay my disappointment, I was not heard. I asked her to help me locate a replacement she confirmed that her system showed two available at the Location I was headed to. I asked her to assure me before I completed my journey she said as long as it was in her system it would be there, I did not believe her I asked her to call she place me on a brief hold and came back to say no one answered her. I had arrived at this point. I expressed to her my disappointment. The negative experience I was having but truth be told she did not care sh sounded like a robot reading from a script. This call took place at 8:15 pm from my cell phone number I failed to mentioned before my call to Target.com I too had dialed the Eucalyptus location about four times and there was no answer. When I walked in I asked the young man at customer service to call his manager please. He took one look at the battered box and could probably imagine why I was there. I needed a Target Manger to help me. One that could put an end to this horrific ordeal. One that could explain why no one in the store was answering the phone at all not for the other Target customer service rep, not for the Target.com rep and not for me the customer, THE CONSUMER WHO HAS SPENT YEARS SHOPPING AT TARGET. The young manger Kenny came in from outside and the first thing I asked him was why is it that no one was answering the phones. He said that he did not know what was going on in the store, I asked who was responsible for answering the phones and he said someone by the fitting rooms. I asked him how did it make him feel as a manager that no one was answering the phone in his store, he said it did not feel good and apologized. Fine that was fine, I simply turned to my battered box and did not have to explain my situation further he saw clearly why I was there. I asked that he please make a simple exchange for one of the ones he had showing on his inventory. He went off the find one. A few minutes later he comes back and informs us that there are no there "ride on vehicles" available in the store just a motorcycle. I asked him would this entire situation and waste of time have been avoided had he answered the phone? He replies with this ""we are not conducting vision inspections of the floor at this time so even if someone had answered you we would not have done it" and if corporate was calling as they just did? He replies they still would not have done it. He repeats this a few more times and every time he does I stand there in disbelief. He did not care, he had better things to do he wanted to go back outside, so I left it to my husband to deal with him. I was done. read more

I came in with a return and lots of questions (I didn't have the receipt, I bought what I was returning originally in San Diego, I wanted store credit) and she was unbelievably patient and really made my experience great. I use to LOVE this Target. Convenient, well maintained and close to home. However I think I'm switching over to Walmart. This Target just can't seem to get it's shit together. The bathrooms always seem to be left in a disgusting manner. But my real problem with this Target is their cashiers! They don't know what the hell they are doing. There's a bunch of people in line and they want to talk about my shirt or whatever other dumb thing they talk about. Get people through the line! You can still be courteous while being fast. Last night I go in there and there's massive lines. They open up one line, and I'm second in line. I have three items, on the belt, still in a hand held carrier. The next cashier comes up to open a new line and takes the guy behind me?? WTF? Then they open another line right next to the one I'm in, and again, take somebody else but me? I'm STILL in line waiting to check out. Then I finally go to pay for my items and the following happens: Cashier: Hello, how are you? Me: Fine Cashier: Do you have a red card? Me: Yes Cashier: If you had a red card you could be saving 5%! Me: It's in the machine! Cashier: Oh. Seriously these guys must make some major commission off these red cards. I'm holding the red card in my hand, and inserting it into the machine and he's still asking me to sign up for one. What gives Target? Unfortunately this hasn't been an isolated incident. Time and time again it's been a major pain to get out of the store. I don't care how nice it is, or how they stock food, if I can't get my stuff and get out, there's no point. This is my favorite Target to date, but I live too far to frequent it as much as I'd like. This place was only supposed to be a bathroom break on my way to the desert, but since I was here, I figured to stock up on toiletries. I only interacted with one employee here, and she is absolutely a five star worker. More than that, if I could. I've never seen anyone working at any target so cheery. Its a shame I didn't catch her name. When we went to check out, she let us use coupons she had sitting by her (I think it was left by a previous customer). Score! In fact, she was the one who noticed that they applied to our purchase. We would have never known. Everything here was clean, including restrooms. Everything we needed was available. Have you ever gotten lost inside of a Target before? Well, when I visited this Target, I did. The store is like three targets put together. It's huge. They have a full supermarket here. Also, the clothing section is significantly larger. One of my favorite spots inside of target is the electronics section. They have a very large selection of movies, video games and other media. There are employees everywhere, here to help you find anything you might need. Like other reviewers have posted, this Target is significantly farther away from any other. There is another target just a couple exits down the freeway in the same city, but it's a normal size Target. Still, I would travel 55 miles from my house to get here. It's well worth the trip, well worth discovering that items that they have here, and worth the adventure of saying you've been to a Super Target. read more

Checked the inventory on the target app, purchased an item and went to the store to pick up. Online order employee couldn't figure out where my item was, asked me to go look on the shelf which defeated the purpose of ordering online. The shelf was empty and then a picking employee told me the website is almost always wrong when it comes to inventory so that was useful to know. I was then told by the online ordering employee that another store 20 mins away had SEVEN in stock and sent me to another store which when I arrived at the other store I was told again not to trust the online inventory. I *heart* Target stores .... so when this first Super Target in California opened, I thought I was in utopia. It's not just shopping, its a 'day trip' without having to leave the city!! The grocery section is my favorite destination. As others have mentioned, the Archer Farms and Market Pantry brands are worth checking out. Blue Corn Jalepeno Corn Bread ... mmmm. Check out the marinade / sauce selection - I've never seen anything in a grocery store even close to rivaling it. Decent wine selections. Not a great deal of produce, go to Ralphs for your produce. Fantastic meat selection. Good coffee choices. I also love checking the end caps in the store for special clearance sales. Always great deals if you look for their little red stickers indicating a clearance price. I especially love checking the dishes and cookware section, can get some really great deals on good pieces this way. They have some neat furniture pieces as well. It has the obligatory Starbucks inside, to keep your stamina up because it is a HUGE store to cover in one shopping trip. One of the best features -- the "snack" bar. More of a mini cafeteria really. It not only has Pizza Hut and the usual standard snack-y stuff like pretzels, but you can even get soups in bread bowls and such [i.e. - real food!]. Plenty of seating in an enclosed area so the whole store full of shoppers doesn't have to watch you drooling. If that doesn't do it for you, grab a gourmet sandwich or wrap from the deli area. Worst Target I've ever been to. First the women's bathroom hasn't been properly cleaned in ages which is apparent by the build up of grime on the toilets and sinks. Second the store appearance is chaos. Especially the shoe department. I was so appalled that I took pictures and then went to Wal-Mart which was cleaner and more organized. read more

I usually prefer going to target over Wal-Mart as there's less of a hassle to get what you came to buy. But some idiot blocked me on my way out after I had purchased some work clothing. He accused me of taking beats headphones or something even though I wasn't in the electronics department at all. He kept yapping about how it was positive it was me and what not. I kept telling him he had me mistaken for someone else but he just kept going and I was getting pretty frustrated at this point that I was either going to report him for harassment or just blow past him. This review is not regarding Target. I bought 2 red copper pans from them about 6 months. I contacted the warrantee dept at Telebrands for a replacement and they want me to pay $40.00 for shipping each way and they will replace the pans. Well I paid less than that at Target and you can't clean these pans with anything. I've tried every cleaner imaginable. Pictures to follow.
