Do not recommend this pharmacy. Very unfriendly and not at all helpful. My doc office even thought they were difficult to deal with. No customer service. Was recommended from my regular pharmacy as they didnt have my medication. Would not recommend going here unless you have no choice. read more

This Target store is one of the worst I have ever been in. They have a lot of people stocking shelves and not rotating anything and when you ask them a question on where to find something its too much trouble to take you there and show you they just point or mumble very annoying. Also there is a employee that so call works here this person starts a lot of drama whenever I come to the store telling people that I'm stealing things so that way I'm followed all over the store another annoying situation. I even had my book bag searched for no reason at all because of this so called worker. I do like the CVS that they recently put in here and one cashier Kay she is very nice and does a great job. aside from that I like nothing else about this place. The other thing is I called the corporate office about a lot of the situations and they just shrugged it off like no big deal. I've been here a few times on random needed item runs on the way home. But this has easily been the most disgusting visit yet. Nectarine that had been damaged and put back on the shelf was rotting. I purchased a jar of dip and there were fly eggs pupating on the inner threading of my jar lid :/... won't be making another purchase here we threw everything food related that came into contact with the jar out. read more

Staff was friendly enough, however I bought an Apple product here literally yesterday, went back to return it since it was the incorrect one, and you can return Apple products as long as it's less than 15 days, per company wide target regulations. I was told 'We don't take Apple product returns, I'm sorry you'll have to take it up with Apple, we're just the carrier.' Okay whatever, I would understand if that were actually the case. Well I contacted Apple. Apple told me that since it was sold by a third party retailer they would not be able to accept the returned item. Okay, so now we're going in circles. I went to my local Target on my way home, and told them what I had been told, so they said let us check the policy asked me when I bought it, and said 'Oh, no yea, I don't know what they were telling you but we can definitely take it back as long as it's within the time.' So long story short as friendly as the people are, I REFUSE to EVER come back to this Target just to get lied to again, or if they have different policies than the company wide ones, yea that would be nice to know before hand. read more

I like this Target. I've never had trouble making returns and their customer service folks have always been pleasant. I've never used their pharmacy, but I'm glad to see they now have a produce section and a much wider variety of grocery items. Like any Target, not everything is necessarily the cheapest, but it's clean and convenient. They have a ton of sales racks going all the time (at least in the women's section)! read more

I love this target. It's so close to my house and it's bigger than most targets I've been to but I can still find everything I need. Love cartwheel. Saving money is always a plus. The cashiers are always friendly. Sometimes there's expired things on the stock shelf which is my only concern. Overall it's my favorite spot to buy the things I need. read more

This is by far my favorite Target to go to in the Kansas City area. There is a great selection, & I can always find super awesome deals here! Their clearance is so well organized - I always find a good deal! It is so convenient to be able to get basic groceries after work on my way home without the hassle of grocery store lines! Archer Farms & Market Pantry are my two favorite brands - beats any other private or name brand! Great store! read more

I love this store. I come here once or twice a week to pick up groceries or whatever I need around the house. It's always well stocked and if something isn't on the shelf, I can easily find an employee who's willing to go look for it in the back. DO NOT GO TO THIS TARGET. This is by far the most disgusting and disappointing target I've ever been into. I ordered a few items for pick up and due to the current global pandemic I opted for drive up. However, the app didn't prompt me to do drive up. I called ahead to the store and asked if I could change my order to be drive up instead of in store pick-up and the guest service worker refused saying that they were "too busy." As a former target employee, I know that the guest service team and OPU team are to collaborate for situations like this to best serve their guest. The kicker here is that the car I was in had another drive up order and when the employee came out to give the order to us, they had no gloves and no masks. What a joke in terms of guest service. It's pretty upsetting to see that while some team members are going beyond the call of duty to accommodate and help others, (especially those at high-risk), there are still workers that are unwilling to adapt and make necessary changes. I highly suggest this management team take a good look at their guest service team and make sure they have the proper messaging, tone and helpful attitude when dealing with concerned guests. read more

I love shopping at target because of the selection of clothes and bags they have. I bought a pretty orange spring dress and the price was not that bad. The dress was well made and the design is embroidered which I really like. They have so many different types of spring dresses and it was hard to pick. The selection of bags was great and I love the wallets. I got a wallet which matched my dress and that was exciting. Every thing was easy to find and well organized. I went to the groceries section and was disappointed because they only had small selection of vegetable and fruits and I wanted to get a lettuce but the leaves looked brown and old. I like buying ice cream from target because its so cheap and my favorite ice cream is always there. I know I can count on them for that. One thing I did not find was chicken fried mix flour and was disappointed. When checking out I had to wait in line for a while because there was like 4 lanes open and the rest was closed. The cashier was nice but he put my dress, bread and eggs in one bag and when I got home the bread was crumbled up. In all I love shopping at target because of the election of clothes they have and the cashiers are nice and friendly. read more

Customer service is extremely important to me, and I am willing to pay a higher price for it, which is why I shop Target and not Wal-mart. I go to this location almost daily. Well today I was there and had my iPad out to use their Cartwheel app. I accidentally left it there on the counter. When I got home I realized I didn't have it so I drove back to the store. The girl at customer service told me "We haven't had an Ipad turned in today, I have been here all day." So I went back home and checked my Where's My IPhone app and realized it was at the store. On the way back I called and asked to speak to a manager and told her what happened, she said "well just because it says it's here, doesn't mean it's been turned in." She put me on hold, came back on the line and said "it's been turned in it's here in our cash office when you come." I asked her to please train her employees better because I was told it wasn't there and I had to waste a trip back. She said "ok well it's here when you come" and hung up on me. When I got in I told the lady I needed the name of the person I was just on the phone with and the contact info for the store manager because you don't hang up on a customer especially when they did nothing wrong. I signed the book and got my iPad. The girl Mandy asked to help me, Amanda, asked if I wanted to wait and talk to Mandy, I said no I want to talk to the GM and corporate. As I was walking out Amanda said "fine whatever" so I came back and asked for her name. At that time Mandy stormed over and told me she would call the police if I didn't leave immediately and that "YOU DONT COME BACK AT MY TEAM MEMBERS". Never once did anyone apologize and really that's all I wanted. A simple apology for their wrong doing of not checking when I was there the first time. But instead I get hung up on and disrespected in front of a long line of customers. How Mandy EVER became a manager, I do not know. She has horrible customer service skills and I will NEVER return to that store. read more

I love this store and have shopped here regularly for a number of years now. I feel the operation of the store has improved significantly in the past two or three years and especially since the grocery section has been added and expanded. I rarely encounter the longer lines that people mentioned in older reviews - even during the recent Christmas shopping season when they had almost all of their registers open. And when lines start growing, they're quick to open new registers to move people through as quickly as possible. This situation is far superior to what I have encountered at my local Walmart and the checkers do a great job as well. I have compared Target's grocery prices with Walmart's and Target is very competitive. And Target also runs some great specials that I take advantage of. In fact, I have found some items that are actually priced a bit cheaper than Walmart. While I love the new grocery section, I wish it were a bit larger yet, but I realize it's not a Super Target. This is my "go to" store in the area and I feel they really have their act together. read more

My brother, an epileptic, had a terrible experience at the pharmacy. After his normal doctor's visit, he went to the Target pharmacy to get his refills. They said the doctor's office did not call in the prescription. He contacted the doctor and went back the following Monday, still no prescription. On Tuesday, they filled one of his meds, and said they never received the other. He was now out of pills and in great danger of a seizure. Finally on Thursday, after the doctor's office called a third time to order the refill, they said they couldn't fill the prescription because the medicine was out of stock. Furthermore, upon closer inspection, Target did state that they had in fact received all 3 phone calls from the doctor's office. The doctor contacted CVS in Mission, who had the necessary medicine. If you are dependent on regular medicine, be careful dealing with the Mission Target pharmacy. This was a critical health matter that could have resulted in a medical emergency. read more
