Great customer service Zola/Target...wrong!!! Instead, I had to make calls to Zola who then referred me to Target, who then referred me to Target Plus just to tell me what I already knew. Which is ridiculous since I ordered the gift item on Sat afternoon and tried to cancel it that night! The ordered had been processed, but definitely NOT shipped because the estimated arrival date was over a week away!!! I should have easily been able to cancel that order because Zola/Target registry doesn't communicate with its retailers and is beyond worthless in helping resolve the issues they create! So, now I have wait until Mon when I hopefully get the tracking info and I have to call whoever the shippping company and refuse the shipment per the Target Plus customer service agent's instructions and then I should get a credit back. The service at the front counter was fine, and the girl was friendly who did the check out. There were some things that had a good value to them and pricing but they really did not have a lot to offer. I'm pretty much done with Burlington stores. I had a gift certificate that I had to use and that's why I visited.

As for the clothes selection they had a decent supply of mid-level name brand along with some harder to find selections. Since I'm writing this at the end of May, obviously their focus isn't on fall or winter which was perfect. I actually applaud their effort to keep most of the clothes in logical order, in that there weren't too many clothes that were shoved in a spot by lazy shoppers. They have many sizes and selections in men's and women's as I noticed while I was shopping with my two teenage girls. That said from a teenage perspective my girls weren't too impressed with the styles provided in clothes and my youngest wanted makeup but didn't find anything to her liking. I'm just conveying her thoughts for the younger crowd. Marshalls is clean and has decent prices and they maintain a very safe and comfortable shopping experience. I suggest coming in for all clothing needs and walking around for a bit to see if anything else grabs your fancy. I didn't check the changing rooms so you're on your own there. But so what? The value you can get for your money, even though you have to buy in bulk, is pretty exceptional. Costco is a staple in our house for the necessities, such as milk, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and more. We never get out of this location with a bill that is anything under $150 and that's just fine with us. Yes, we are privileged. Yes, we buy something that we did not "need" on every visit, though we have tried so many winners making these all very reasonable risks. A fave: Rao's frozen eggplant parm. Two trays for maybe $12, and that is two-plus meals for the wife & I when we make up a salad & bread to go with. The kids? Eggplant? Pffft. Sure, I could knock the parking lot, or sure, I could knock the lines at checkout. But I have come to expect that, and I don't have any real problem. My knocks are the "seasonal" or "one-time" buys that aren't marked that way, so if I get something that I like, and it's not there the next time I go, then that kind of irritates me. I'm not talking about Christmas candy; I'm talking about a cereal, or a vegetable, or even a bulk snack. If I like it and I cannot get it the next time, then it makes me wonder why I purchased things in the first place. But oh well, I enjoyed it while I had it. The membership is worth it, and so is getting a snack on the way out. Whenever I hear that the economy is bad, I just look at the parking lot in Costco and remind myself how much freedom we have in our country and how far disposable incomes might go. Yes, I am privileged and I am grateful for that, but I love buying 10 or so winter coats for kids and donating them. The cost value is there for me, but the real value is the availability of affordable goods that I can give to those in need. Without Costco, I may not be able to do that.
