Worst Target store ever. They wouldn't price match their own app price even though they checked it themselves on their own iPad. Will not be visiting this store anymore. The staff are dumb and stubborn and wouldn't price match even when I showed them in my phone. Save your money and go to other stores that will respect their customers. read more

After recently relocated to Southern Oregon from out of state, I must say this is the most disorganized and messy Target store I've ever been too. I'm surprised by the bare shelves with mainly items from completely separate sections of the store littered around. Fresh "refrigerated" dog food in the office section, throw pillows in the toy section, toys in the seasonal section, and the clothing clearance racks whom appear to be that of a popular thrift store. Garbage, yes, trash was littered around the floors, and empty carts were constantly in the way. While browsing the office supply aisle I found an empty disposable soda cup next to a small plastic cup (Target merchandise) with the dried remains of the surgery drink at the bottom, which is evidence that it had been sitting there for a few days...or weeks. I'm not sure what this says about the customers who leave this mess all around, but it says an awful lot about the store management. The clutter reminds me of that blue competitor, Wally World. All this to say as a regular customer, I am thoroughly disappointed with what use to be a rather enjoyable shopping expierence has now been reduced to this mess. Get it together Target! I'm in Oregon now, perhaps I shall make the switch to Fred Meyer's. read more

I was so disappointed in Target this morning. There was merchandise all over the floor, and the things on the shelves were in heaps, not folded. I saw cart wheel tracks on some of the things on the shelves; they had been run over by carts while on the floor and then just reshelved. Customers stepped on the merchandise on the floor as they shopped. There were no carts for customers to use; they were stacked in rows on the main isle, full of miscellaneous merchandise. This Target has never had the amount or selection of other Targets I have visited, but it is slowly getting worse and worse. And with the mess I saw there today, I don't plan to return. read more

Depending on what you are looking for you shall find it here. With others JCpenny, Sears, Kmart you may have to shop there if Target doesn't sell what you are looking for. This review is specific to the Target Cafe, or Pizza Hut Cafe that is located inside of the Target center itself. (I would rate the rest of target much higher, as they keep the store in great condition, the employees are helpful and the new grocery store is great) I stopped off after the shopping to get a icee and was surprised to see this disgusting little corner of the store. When I got to the counter the lady at the stand was busy talking to another employee who was sitting at a table across from the register, and seemed annoyed by my presence, but rang me up all the same. While walking over to the soft drinks area I noticed that the counters had not been bussed or cleaned, the carpet was unkempt and little bits of food were all over. The soft drink area itself was filthy, coffee dried to the table from what had to have been hours of the tables being uncleaned, the garbage drop chute in the top of the counter was overflowing with trash onto the table. Around the corner I noticed that next to one of the tables on the floor in the dining area was being used for storage of some sort, cardboard boxes and a dolly were left out in the public area. When I got outside I took a drink of my icee and immediately noticed that something did not taste right. The cola icee had an odd taste, like perhaps the lines had not been cleaned and it had had a different flavor run through it. I guess all I'm wondering is how the people aren't being made to keep this part of the business up to the same standard as the rest of the store. Rather than chatting with her friend, perhaps the lady at the register could consider taking a rag to the counter tops and giving a general cleaning to the dining area. Either way, that is one corner I will not be visiting again. read more

Most of the staff at Target are super nice, helpful, and friendly! I regular this Target and I have only had a handful of bad experiences with only one employee, but I will not let him affect this review. Great store, great staff! read more

Target! The anti-Walmart. This place is always clean, and well staffed. Not much to say that most people don't know all ready about Target. There is a reason they don't have a "People of Target" meme. Really a enjoyable shopping experience. They are remodeling the store currently (April '12) to add a large fresh produce section. Worst store I've ever been in. SUPER MESSY. Almost every shelf WAS NOT STOCKED. It said online that the 5 things I was going for I needed to pick up in store and that they were in stock. That was a lie. They had 2 of the things in stock and one of them they couldn't find. The associate told me that they had 1 diaper bag left and "IF I COULD FIND IT I COULD HAVE IT!" What a joke. I would be embarrassed to work there. And then on top of it all they told me my discount had been added to my receipt I said it wasn't and they continued to tell me it had been. Got home to double check the prices online, and nope the discount was not added. I live an hour and a half away so now this is a huge pain. I will probably NEVER GO BACK. read more

I ordered 2 toys on target.com. I received one on Nov.14,2014. I called and was told the other one would arrive on 11/24 because it was mailed via a different carrier. This sounded plausible to me so I waited until 12/3. The item still did not come. So, I called again and was told it was probably lost. They would cancel that order and re-order another one. I was again told it would arrive by 12/10. It has not come, so I called again only to be told that there was NO way it would come by today since they just sent it out today. WHAT I SAY...i was told it would be here by today. He would not cancel the order. He told me it would now be here by 12/16. This is NOT exceptable to me-I am leaving town tomorrow(without the gift) to bring xmas gifts to the grandkids...You can bet I won't be shopping here anymore.... read more

I Walked in to the Medford, OR store carrying my infant in her car seat with my 4 year old in tow. There was not a single shopping cart, yet the store was dead. I stood there for a good 2 minutes without a single employee approaching me. I finally went to a checkout lane and asked the clerk about carts and was rewarded with a curt acknowledgement. About 5 minutes later an employee came in with 5 carts...5. Anyway, while shopping I began to notice shopping carts abandoned throughout the store, along with several carts full of ready to be stocked store merchandise. I would guess I saw a total of 25 or 30 carts inside the store. Its been about 8 years since I've been to this particular Target, and I was appalled at the lack of customer service I encountered here. I will most likely not be back. read more

Love this store. Yah the lines are longer right now during the holiday season but don't blame Target. I blame all the people who decided to wait to do their Christmas shopping at the last minute. That's your own problem. Staff was amazingly nice and considerate. And though the lines were longer, holiday season and all, it went smoothly. read more

Be careful when using coupons here. I have a friend who is big with couponing so she has taught me the ropes. However, when you use coupons here, they assume you are stupid and don't know what you're doing. Make sure you watch their every little move. Otherwise, it's pointless to use coupons. I've learned my lesson and next time I'm not leaving the check stand until my transaction is rung up correctly. read more

Horrible customer service. I had to return a scarf at the Medford store and the woman cashier was very rude. I had a receipt for the scarf and two of the tags were with the scarf but detached. She said I did not have the right tag and she could not "scan" it without the tag. She implied that I could not return the scarf, even though I had the receipt, so I questioned her about that. She hesitantly looked at the receipt and could not find the scarf on the receipt so I had to remind her it was on the top under "accessories". She then was able to get the information for the scarf off the receipt and rudely honored by return. It seemed clear to me that she had an attitude about honoring a return with a receipt. And this was not the first time I got attitude from a Target employee when returning items with a receipt! I was treated awful! I wish I would have gotten her name to file a formal complaint. That woman should not be working in customer service! read more
