They're calling the MOD to the front and she doesn't show up for awhile but once again I get it, it's a big store things happen, but when Christina I believe that is her name with red hair gets to the front she is so rude to the cashier's. She's mad because they're asking for breaks, asking to suspend transactions,and simply asking for help. The way her voice was raised and that she was demoralizing them, and she kept treating them poorly was so embarrassing for them especially in front of all the people in line. A MOD is supposed to remain calm and be there as support for your teams in the front line and if she has issues take it off the sales floor as they should not be treated like that in front of customers as it is embarrassing for them but also the customer's having to watch it. Usually GameStop service is hit and miss, but the clerk named Robert went above and beyond to get my game, even traveling to another store himself just because he would be in the area. And that was when he was having a bad day! The other employees are usually friendly and also knowledgeable too. Just for customer service alone, 5 stars. Their selection of games isn't too shabby either. Very rarely will I have to travel out of town to get a game. And if they don't have it, they can get it in pronto. Another plus. Jaime went out of his way in not just verifying my battery, (which turned out to be dead), but also helped me in installing the new one. He then proceeded to help me verify the alternator afterwards which luckily was still ok. Jaime is a model employee showing what a good customer service is like.
