This is one of my favorite Target stores. Always clean and organized. Some items are little more expensive than Walmart. They always have a great selection. The concession stand area is not always fully stocked. During our last visit they were running low on popcorn. The concessions are priced very well. read more

I had the pleasure of going into your OptiCal Department this morning and was greeted by Lauren. She not only was very personable but very knowledgeable about my insurance questions and listened to my needs. I have gone elsewhere in the past and have been helped by pushy salespeople trying their best to get me to spend needlessly And not listening to what I needed. She asked what I needed ,asked about my style concerns and directed me to the correct area. The entire store was clean, all staff wore masks, disinfectant was all over . As I looked at the frames she put them onto another tray to be cleaned off. I found exactly what I needed and will return to this location in the future. I felt very safe shopping there . Went here to pick up my gift bag for completing my baby registry keep in mind this is a huge super target and their response is oh we don't have any of those right now but you can go to any target...not oh we can call you when we get one. This is the closest one to my house and no I don't really want to drive around to different targets to get my gift bag. Lack of customer service and you would think with it being a very large super target they would have those in stock. read more

Very very very clean place. The prices are not as competitive as you expect them to be compared to Wal-Mart across the street. But, I guess I am playing a bit more for a more classy look of the store, inside and out. The store is very well maintained. My wife loves to hang out at this store when she has nothing else to do. She prefers to go here than the mall... So that definitely gets 5 starts. read more

This is a VERY mediocre Super Target, even when it is dead slow, there seem to always be lines. There "Super" addition is smaller than some regular targets I've seen with a grocery section added. This Super Target is exceptionally clean and well-organized. As others mention, I have yet to see it busy, which probably helps the last sentence be true. I don't shop in the grocery section, but I'm impressed with what is available in there for a Target. I go for the Pharmacy, the personal care section, and the Method cleaning products selection. I always wander around the clothing and accessories and seem to often find something I can't do without. As others mentioned, Starbucks section is large, lots of tables, looks like a nice place to actually hang out. Bathrooms always clean too. read more

I like this Target, it is close to home and I have been able to find things at this Target that I couldn't find at some of the bigger and newer ones. On the outside it looks old but inside it is nice and looks fairly new and taken care of.Employee's are nice, bathrooms are clean, Target never lets me down. read more

Just moved to the Dallas area, after coming back home from working abroad, and delighted to have found Super-Target; I wasn't aware that Target even existed "on that level"!... Anyway, have already stopped into the Lewisville store several times ~ usually on the way back from IKEA ;-b) ~ and it's always met my expectations! This new Super Target opened a couple of months ago and for the most part is a pretty good store. They have cool plastic lego looking shopping carts. The lights in the frozen food section are motion activated - which is kinda cool! For the most part they have a good selection, but I did buy cheese here once that was moldy when I got home (EW!) but there's no telling who's fault that was. I'll still shop here, but I'm inspecting my stuff more closely before I buy it. read more

I am very impressed with this Super Target. Every weekend they offer free samples, recipes, and coupons in the grocery section. Cartwheel and Shop Kick app are fantastic to use while shopping in this store. Very clean, and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, on Black Friday this place is not chaotic and shopping here is a breeze. read more

I have always had great experiences with Target, but this specific Target is phenomenal....especially Brittany, Ashlie and Paul! We were having trouble with an item we bought at this store. Technically and per policy guidelines, Target did not have to help us. But Brittany (acting store manager in the absence of the store manager) bent over backward to help us all she could. We are an older couple on a fixed income, and the extent Brittany went to for us was more appreciated than she can know. The store manager is Becky and we want to thank her for hiring people as special as Brittany. Brittany made our product replacement happen, and Ashlie and Paul assisted her. Thank you all so very, very much! I cannot recommend this Target more than a five-star rating, but if there were ten stars, I would give a ten-star rating for just for Brittany!! it's your average everyday supertarget. Clean, more expensive and less crowded than walmart.

While I am a Target red card shopper, this location has made changes regarding product options that has me looking forward to the new Kroger opening on the corner of Windhaven and Josey. There are fewer national brand options and more Target brands with a higher price tag. I understand how this helps the store. However, when it comes to grocery shopping I only make 1 weekly trip to the store. If Kroger opens with the brands I'm looking for it will be the recipients of the thousands of dollars my family spends on groceries and catering annually. read more

I recently moved to Lewisville from downtown Dallas Victory Park to be exact. I loved be able to take a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb (in bougieville) and find items I wanted and or needed. This Target is right up the road from me and I visit probably 3-4 times a week (or have groceries delivered). Their produce is subpar. The green leaf lettuce or I should say ALL their lettuce is TRASH. They lay that overpriced wilted OLD lettuce out there as if it's going to sell. The meat area is a JOKE in itself. I use to really enjoy buying from Target over going to Walmart but this store is sad. What really agitates me is the FACT that since living in Lewisville I've noticed the African American population is huge (way larger then where I resided before) yet they dont carry Collard Greens AT ALL!?!?! No roasted Turkey legs, No salt pork, NOTHING I was able to buy living in BOUGIEVILLE Victory Park Dallas. Can't even make some of my favorite holiday traditions foods. This store needs to get it together smh... read more

Worst store ever! It starts at the top from the CEO and trickles down to the store managers. This is the first time I tried shopping here in 6 months. Thought I would try again, but nope. They still suck. Tried buying 10- $100 gift cards and they told me I could only buy 5. That's fine but they were very rude about it. Target your leadership is a joke! That was your last chance. Compared to other stores in the area, this place is great! Everything is well organized, and usually I can find employees around to help me find things I need. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The prices are a bit higher, but there are opportunities to save, and I don't mind paying a little more for better service. read more

this place is okay but they sell food items that are about to expire. i bought some humus on February 5, 2017 and it expires February 6, 2017. i can't eat all of that in one day. this isn't the first time a bought something here that was about to expire. i don't know how they don't know the items are close to expiring. read more

The starbucks in this location is not great by any means in the customer service department. The barista charged over 8 dollars for an average venti caramel frappé. Then proceeded to hand off the drink to another customer. He realized the mistake made, but did not offer to make the proper beverage ordered. Better environment than Wal-Mart and less crowded. I feel the atmosphere here is a lot better respectful wise where people won't walk in front of you without saying crap unlike Wal-Mart across the street. Prices are decent at times depending on what you are buying. Always check for clearance items or items marked down such as the meat. read more

I only give Target a 4 Star because I had a pleasant experience but rarely shop here. Receiving a couple gift cards at Christmas time for Target is the only came into this store this year. (* I'll get to the reasons why we aren't frequent shoppers in a moment.) We had about $30 to spend and thought our doggies could use some new cool toys that Target had. I am more than impressed with the selection of nice toys to choose from for our baby Lab and Yorkie. However, one of the toys was a crap toy. Daisy, my Lab, ripped the toy apart within a few seconds! She wasn't even trying to destroy it. Destroying something is what she usually does but if she isn't trying to than this cant be a good toy. Sooooo...... With receipt and tore up toy in hand, I went back to Target for a second time. I waited a few minutes at Customer Service and the guy that was working desk asked if their was anything wrong with it. I explained it was a crap toy and he said " well than , here's your money back! ". I was surprised it was so easy. I wasn't really expecting it to be so easy peasy. I'll be returning to Target sense the refund went back on a gift card and that sucker cost over $10! Hopefully, my next experience will be just as nice. * I haven't been back to Target sense I was married and registered here....it was a nightmare to deal with Target and returns....even with receipts I'm still not a fan but I was fan for today. This is my local Target and I have been impressed with it. The grocery side has a great selection and very fresh produce. The toy selection is larger than I've seen in other Super Targets. But, what makes this Target really stand out is the excellent customer service. Every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. It doesn't get much better than this! read more

My husband and I had the worst customer service here today. Unbelievable. Less than 90 days ago we purchased a baby monitor that stopped working, so we brought it in to exchange it. Just because we have no receipt, we are instantly dismissed and told there's nothing they can do to help. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Bye, Felicia! blonde hair blue eyed manager closing the night of july 15th, 2018, treated me like a child. i had no idea this target closed sooner than the one closer to me. she pointed where the registers are and yelled at me to check out and took my cart from me. i was waiting on a friend to hurry and grab something so it put me in an awkward position because i wasn't the one to check out.. i felt belittled by her. i can only imagine the way she treats her employees. read more

The staff was very helpful to get my daughter registered for her wedding. Even better was the wide array of options available for her to choose from in each department. The only disappointment came when the dishes she selected weren't available as a box set in store. Other colors of the same design were available, but not the color she chose. read more

The employees are amazing here. They are very helpful and professional. I am always greeted with a smile. The store is always spotless and organized. Target is not more expensive than WalMart; WalMart tried to compete with Target and upped their prices a couple years ago but still carry the same horrendous merchandise. If it does cost more, the price difference is $.05 to $3.00. I am a huge fan of their clothing selection for babies and toddlers; I have a boy and it is so hard to find anything unique unless you go to Target. This store in particular is my favorite. read more
