They'll be accepting our return and allowing us to use the cost difference as a credit for other orders. Thank you & good job! BUYER BEWARE!!! They do not honor a reasonable guarantee! We purchased a $5000 mattress in November of 2024, slept on it for 60-days, and after multiple trips to the chiropractor for new aches and pains, we decided it was the mattress that needed to go. We wanted to return to a "traditional" mattress and cost difference is nearly $2000. They refuse to allow us to use that cost difference on any other item(s). Either keep the $5k mattress or lose the difference in funds. RIDICULOUS! How can this be their final policy. Do not give this company your trust!

My husband and I came here to look for an accent chair, coffee table, end table, and rug. The…read moremanager was working that day and we asked him for assistance. The coffee table and end table we were interested in, he said they could have it delivered in 6-8 weeks. We asked about purchasing the showroom tables to get a faster delivery and, upon further inspection, the manager said the end table, "has a scratch, but it looks okay." My husband told me that the drawer of the end table did not pull out very well either. Strike one, considering the astronomical price of the table. Strike two: the coffee table's price tag was literally glued onto the top of the table, so peeling it off would also take some of the paint off. Strike three: when we asked about the rug, which was $700, availability, the manager also gave us a long delivery time. The showroom rug had definitely seen better days and my husband said the bottom of the rug was torn up. They were only going to give us 5% off if we were to have purchased it. I'm sorry, but that's trash. If a rug looks that bad, you should be taking more than 5% off. When we told the manager we would think about it and come back, he got testy and said, "If you go anywhere else, they will have to order it, too." I'm not trying to sound defensive, but we are not stupid and do know this. We ended up going to Nebraska Furniture Mart and not only found a similar-looking coffee table and end table, but also a rug that is the same brand as the one we were interested in here, but a lot less, price-wise. Additionally, we found an accent chair. The staff was a lot friendlier, too. The cherry on top of the sundae? The furniture will all be delivered within a week! To the manager of Furniture Mall of Missouri: I know it's disappointing when a customer tells you or any of your other employees no; however, the attitude you had towards us is inexcusable. Another time we came to FMM, we were helped by a lady who, although she also did not take no for an answer and was pushy about selling, did not talk down to us like you did.

I've had many good/average experiences with buying mattresses & furniture etc. The experience we had with this Mattress Firm location was AMAZING from start to finish & we went to SEVERAL places to look & find the best quality for the best price since you usually get what you pay for. Our sales associate Zach was extremely helpful with no high pressure sales. We did continue to look around at a few more places but as he told us, Mattress Firm DID have the best quality & price. He was extremely helpful & I didn't have to come back in to buy what we'd looked at. He also saved me from making the mistake of getting the free adjustable base~we already have the furniture & that base wouldn't work with what we had. He gave us a great deal on another (nicer) base that we did pay for but it could've been a mess to deal with. (I work in healthcare & can't take time off easily) He sent me a link & the purchase was complete & correct! The delivery was free & the delivery guys were also AWESOME! I didn't catch their names but they were so cautious of where they put the items on our hard wood floors & I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! GREAT JOB MATTRESS FIRM! We will definitely be back when we need another mattress or anything else needed that they sell! Thank you to all involved!

You're nose is frozen on your face during the winter. In the summer it's so damn hot you melt onto their hard, metal benches if your lucky enough to find one of the few benches without interlopers. This concept might work in upstate New York. This is Missouri. It's either 95 degrees or 30. That pleasant food court smell doesn't waft up through the doorway to great you. Instead you're greeted with the odor of spent petroleum. This summer you will be dodging the angry wasps that guard each planter. Faux elegance at it's best. The stores are mostly smaller versions of what you would find at Oak Park or Independence center. This place is a decent stop off to kill some time but if you really want shopping you need to go to the larger stores at other locations. There is one bright spot, Macy's. Why? This store is genius. In this unassuming store they have placed a Starbucks, an oasis for men waiting for their wives while they finish shopping. The mere act of selecting flip flops can take a woman over two hours -this is a fact. For the first time in my life I sat down and enjoyed an anchor store comfortably without pressuring my wife to go. This alone gives the entire area a bump to three stars. Of course, its small enough my wife can't find what she's looking for and we end up driving over to Oak Park anyway.
