It was highly stressful and it was not the way I would have thought great customer service would go after spending a good amount of money , many many many phone calls later and having to pick up product with a 3 hour drive I finally have all my cabinets . Would I do it again : ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!! On a side note there were a few resolution people that were kind and patient trying to help me out . But overall Extremely disappointed and Frustrated. The value to affordability is equal to its counterpart and if something does break you have the ability to just replace the part not the whole thing . So that is a plus .

I won't name names -- and for legal, moral, and karmic reasons let's just say the name rhymes with something like "Crazy Boi Schmurniture Falleries." Our experience felt like such a spectacular train wreck that it left me emotionally scarred and deeply suspicious of the words "custom" and "lead time." Enter Restoration Hardware -- which, maddeningly, I had discovered years earlier and somehow didn't buy from. Allow me to say this loudly for the people in the back: I should have started with RH. From the very first conversation, Katy Cox was an absolute rock star. We explained our prior furniture trauma, and politely asked that she keep this in mind as we ordered a Chesterfield sofa and two chairs. Katy listened, reassured us, and guided us through the process with calm confidence, professionalism, and genuine care. Complicating matters (because of course we did), we were also in the middle of having a hardwood floor installed, which meant timing was critical. Katy and RH coordinated everything flawlessly. The furniture arrived earlier than expected, yet somehow exactly when the floor had finished curing -- a minor logistical miracle. And the furniture itself? Stunning. Even better than we imagined. The leather, the scale, the craftsmanship -- it has real presence. This is furniture that makes you stop mid-stride, nod approvingly, and think, yes... this was the right decision. Delivery was handled exactly as high-end furniture should be, with true white-glove service and zero stress. No drama. No excuses. No surprises. Just competence -- which, frankly, feels luxurious these days. Katy Cox did a phenomenal job, Restoration Hardware delivered at every level, and our faith in buying fine furniture has been fully restored (pun absolutely intended). I was told someone would call me to schedule and was asked for and made a payment for 50% down on 9/8/22. No one called to schedule the measure appointment. I called back. On this call, I was told that the person I was speaking to had been out of the office the previous day (presumably to explain a lack of communication for the prior week?) and after that bit of derision directed at me for having the gall to call about this, we were able to schedule the measure appointment. The measure was completed - the person was in a HUGE hurry..... so questions were discouraged... I then did not hear back to schedule the actual installation (I know, surprising right?), so.... I called Olathe Glass. I was told the installation would be 10/11/22 between 8:30-10:00. At 8:15 the morning of 10/11 - yes 8:15 AM - I received a call telling me that the glass was not in and had been backordered. Apparently there was no way to know this prior to 15 minutes before the scheduled install. Weird. On this call, I was told that I would receive a call when more information was available to reschedule the installation. I received no additional information concerning estimated delay, etc.... until I received a call to reschedule the installation for 11/2/22. On this call, I was told that it would "probably" be in the afternoon. So, when I asked, to confirm, if it was possible that it would be morning because it didn't seem definitive, I was told, in a most derogatory tone "I apologize that I used the word 'probably'.... it will be in the afternoon." Wow. The installers showed up on 11/2 and did a really nice job. The installers themselves could not have been nicer. It is 11/3/22, the day after the installers were here. I see that Olathe Glass has charged the remaining 50% to my credit card without confirming with me that the job was done to my satisfaction etc... - so it appears that the thing that Olathe Glass does best is getting their money into their bank account FAST! So, long story short - if you can get through the administrative piece of this company, you will get a nice product, but prepare yourself for battle up front.

This antique mall is stuffed full of vendors, unique finds, and all of your antique shopping dreams. They have such a fun layout with four floors. You could wander around for hours. If you are coming in with a large bag/purse they will ask you at the door to lock it in one of the lockers. So keep that in mind when stopping by! This is a must especially if you are visiting the city market on a weekend or this area in general. It is easy to get to and such a gem.

The plus side is that it's a really neat antique mall with tons to look at. It's fun to browse and they have a massive selection! Also! When I arrived, I first asked to use the trash can to throw away some old receipts from my glove box. The saleswoman took them from my hand and passive-aggressively told me that she personally would have looked around outside first for a trash car before taking them out of her car. All righty then. While I was waiting for my item to be moved to the front of the store, I decided to go browsing. I love everything anything London or Paris-themed and was pleasantly surprised that I couldn't find anything objectionable. That is, until I had already paid and was waiting by the counter for someone to help me load the dresser into my car. The entire L-shaped front counter display is fully stocked with racist Jim Crow-era pottery, statues, and knick-knacks. I was stunned. I asked for my money back right away and left without the dresser. The most disgusting part of the scenario, besides the items being available for purchase at all, is the way they are displayed prominently in a place of honor designated by the owner to proudly celebrate Jim Crow-era nostalgic racism. I used the money I would have spent to take a family member to see BlackkKlansman. DO NOT SUPPORT RACISTS WITH YOUR MONEY. If you find the sale of items which exist to stereotype and degrade black people offensive, please do not give this establishment any of your money. If you have purchased things here in the past or plan to, please tell the owners that their decision to lean into and profit from racism is wrong and that you will not be giving them your business in the future. As consumers, we have the power to do that much.
