We got down the road and got a call from the owner stating we had STOLEN a dresser from her and needed to bring it back it pay for it. REALLY! We stole it?!? It was a misunderstanding from the post showing all 3 pieces in the photo as the sale. We apologized for the misunderstanding and turned around to be further be treated badly by her over the phone. The item has since been paid for but only after she refused to refund any money or discount the dresser at all. The way she talked to us and accused us of trying to steal all after we also had made an additional purchase for another piece. We will NEVER do business there again and will warn anyone else!

The main floor is a beautiful welcoming retail space filled with seasonal home decor. The displays are something special and it takes longer than you might think to browse. Upstairs the walls have been transformed into a gallery featuring two local artists who are very talented. (Nature and animal paintings). She also had me look at several of their urns to get an idea of what I was going for and then made some recommendations. Although I paid more than other places, the quality of the artificial greenery is spectacular and I know I will be able to keep it from year to year. Not sorry I splurged!

I won't name names -- and for legal, moral, and karmic reasons let's just say the name rhymes with something like "Crazy Boi Schmurniture Falleries." Our experience felt like such a spectacular train wreck that it left me emotionally scarred and deeply suspicious of the words "custom" and "lead time." Enter Restoration Hardware -- which, maddeningly, I had discovered years earlier and somehow didn't buy from. Allow me to say this loudly for the people in the back: I should have started with RH. From the very first conversation, Katy Cox was an absolute rock star. We explained our prior furniture trauma, and politely asked that she keep this in mind as we ordered a Chesterfield sofa and two chairs. Katy listened, reassured us, and guided us through the process with calm confidence, professionalism, and genuine care. Complicating matters (because of course we did), we were also in the middle of having a hardwood floor installed, which meant timing was critical. Katy and RH coordinated everything flawlessly. The furniture arrived earlier than expected, yet somehow exactly when the floor had finished curing -- a minor logistical miracle. And the furniture itself? Stunning. Even better than we imagined. The leather, the scale, the craftsmanship -- it has real presence. This is furniture that makes you stop mid-stride, nod approvingly, and think, yes... this was the right decision. Delivery was handled exactly as high-end furniture should be, with true white-glove service and zero stress. No drama. No excuses. No surprises. Just competence -- which, frankly, feels luxurious these days. They both greeted us when we walked in, and Daniel helped us around the store and he was just lovely- informative and knowledgeable, but not high pressure or annoying. This dude knows his mattresses! He had us test out different thicknesses, brands, styles, etc. We learned that this is called a 'clearance center' because, while they do sell brand new current model mattresses, this is also where returned mattresses are stocked if a customer decided they didn't like their new mattresses and returned it- new mattresses are sold with a 120 day return guarantee, so while the 'gently used' mattresses aren't very old and weren't liquidated from a hotel or gotten off someone's lawn or something, I still wasn't comfortable with a used, however gently, mattress. Well I was in luck because they also stock brand-new unsold merchandise. So the new bed I liked in the store for $1200 would be only $600- box spring included- if I got the same model, but just 1 year older. And since it's new, I'll get that 120 day return guarantee too. I couldn't believe I could get a King size Hampton & Rhodes pillow top for only $600- wow! They will deliver and set-up for $50. They also sell a variety of frames & box springs separately. A Yelp check-in gets you a free twin bed frame with a $499 purchase. If you need a new mattress, I would HIGHLY recommend going here. It's honestly the absolute best mattress buying experience I've ever had.
