When they came to install the windows, they had ordered the wrong windows for the front of my house. They also wrapped the trim around my windows (as per the contract) but wrapped them in white but they were supposed to be blue. They had someone come out and paint the wrap blue and told me they order the correct windows and I would have them in 4 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and no one has contacted me so I started trying to contact them this week. I call the number listed on the business and they appear to use a service so while the person answers as their business all they can do is take a message and send it over to the "office" I left a message on 8/10/21 and no response, called again today 8/14/21 since I have still not heard from anyone and asked to talk to someone in the office and the person said he could just take a message and send it over. I would never recommend this company to anyone as my experience with them has been horrible and now I cant even talk to anyone at the actual company.

I do remember, because I got a great job done on my roof ! Mike was the ONLY contractor I contacted that was ON TIME for our initial appointment. Mike was the only contractor that asked me about my home and the problems I was having. He walked my roof, located the problem areas, was honest about what would need to be done and gave me a decent price. He even offered suggestions as to the color, and I'm so glad I listened to him. His crew was on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves as well. Very courteous & professional. You just don't forget stuff like that. I would never hesitate to hire him again if my house or rentals ever needed anything. Great guy, great company.

The first project was to redirect our laundry from the basement to an area next to the master bedroom. They had to knock out a wall, and remove closet doors. Plumbing and electric had to be routed to the area, and a vent for the dryer. We were so happy with the results, that when the time came to add a bathroom to the man cave - I knew they would be in the running. We still did our due diligence, and got several bids for the remodel. Bill and Dave were not the least expensive, but they had the best value proposition. At the end of the day, they finished the project quickly. They were always professional, courteous and dependable. They sectioned off, used drop cloths and cleaned up the whole basement afterwards. I always trusted them with my garage code. I was given plenty of color and fixture options to choose from. The finished project was well above my expectations. Dave had to work with uneven surfaces on the floor, and he really knocked it out of the park. It is the best bathroom in the whole house - my wife is jealous!
