The app doesn't always align with the price given, so i appreciate the price scanners located in the store. I do not interact with a ton of the employees because I usually do self checkout but the employees at self checkout are always kind. They have a lot of workers!! Sometimes there is a worker on almost every aisle restocking things. The prices are reasonable, especially with the app. I find that my grocery bills are cheaper here than other stores for sure.

It's easily accessible and is usually well-stocked. Today seemed a little cluttered, but it looked like they were in the middle of stocking shelves. Two employees were chatting when I came in. I don't really expect a royal welcome, but it would be nice for them to acknowledge the one and only customer as she came into the store. I only needed a couple of things, but within the two short minutes it took me to pick up those items, both of them had vanished so I was left standing at the register for a few minutes for one of them to wander back up. She ended up being quite friendly, but it's sad when it takes you longer to check out than it does to get the items you needed to start with. In any case, I'm sure I'll be back.

I made a large purchase online and a few of the items didn't work for my daughter. One was too small, one was see through and another was too big. I couldn't find the packing slip but surely in this day and age they can figure out how to look up an order via the order number. They could have also told me the shipping confirmation email would have worked. Instead they all refused to use critical thinking skills to try to help me make a return. Without packaging slip I should have been able to get store credit. They could have told me my confirmation shipping email would have worked as well. Instead the manager tells me in 20 days a new system update goes through and they will be able to issue refunds appropriately with today's technology. That is no hope to me because that's out of my return range from date of purchase. I combed through my house and only by the Grace of God found the packing slip. I will have to make another trip and finally, hopefully be able to make a return. I attached a picture of the return policy.
