I recently bought my first piece of Tumi luggage from Halls, they honor the Tumi sales that are held online. The sales associate knew all about the luggage and helped me find the perfect piece. If they don't have something in your size at the store they are more than happy to ask their sales team to order it, they will call you when it arrives. They also offer alterations, these can be free depending on the work that needs to be done. They have make-up, a cafe, shoes, purses, luggage, women/men's clothing and junior styles. Without packaging slip I should have been able to get store credit. They could have told me my confirmation shipping email would have worked as well. Instead the manager tells me in 20 days a new system update goes through and they will be able to issue refunds appropriately with today's technology. That is no hope to me because that's out of my return range from date of purchase. I combed through my house and only by the Grace of God found the packing slip.
