The first 30-50 visits possibly more, were quick and the wait was virtually non-existant; give the occasional 12-15 min wait in afternoons due to influx of business understandable, and they were better than fantastic sams in every way. Unfortunately its been really slacking with that wait time mins. At first it was understandable, but 2024 they had a wait time of 96 mins, and they told me to make an appointment; never came back till 9/2026. I came in with a crisp $50 in my pocket and willing til pay the $22 plus whatever left added as a tip; due to a 75 min wait time at 0900 hours and pathetic little assurances like "sometimes people dont show up for appointments, but they almost always show up". I feel for a $22 haircut shouldnt be a planned event, especially at 0900 hours . People must be allergic to money to turn down a haircut that wouldve taken 5 mins with a profit of atleast $20

I felt like the team at Ladybird was able to help me set a pavement on the underbelly of my personal fashion, personality traits, and ability to relate to those around me. The machines are newer and more reliable than at a lot of other places. The tables for folding are huge. The newest washing machines take a little longer, but they extract so much water from the clothes than drying time is reduced by about 25 cents a load. The result is less time overall doing laundry and less money spent. The staff and friendly, and the clientele are very diverse. My only complaint? Laundromat doors should open both ways. Generally your hands are full both entering and exiting, so having to use the handle to open the door isn't easy.

SMDH there were 3 witnesses that came forward to tell what they saw and heard( a woman had been eyeing my son's things) the owner said how can we be sure that " she" even took your things? The moral of this story is...... I'll never do business with at this establishment again, I'm guessing if I were one of them- this outcome would have been different.
