I haven't been in a Target in years because I don't have one close to my house but went to this one today to look at their makeup they have a large selection and pretty good prices. Apparently they have a new policy where they don't let women lock the changing room doors when trying on clothing. I was reassured, though, that the doors lock from the outside. Staff informing me of this was very brusque. +1 star because they haven't started locking up the deodorant... yet. read more

This Target has a lot going for it. It has an expanded beauty and home section, a vast assortment of children's clothing compared to the Target in Sanford, and a better Starbucks inside. The only downfall is the grocery and produce section. It is very small and limited in the items it has and most times they run out of bananas. The grocery aisles are very tight as well. This is my go to target and there is nothing every wrong there the staff is kind and very directing, the value is good but to bad they don't have brands there like adidas and Nike I would love that but great for quick runs and I love the Starbucks there. read more

Having relocated from North Carolina to the Lake Mary area, I was very pleasantly surprised to see how well this particular location was run. Having already been there quite a number of times, the main thing I had become aware of was their consistency, and I wanted especially give a 'two thumbs up' with regard to Charlie, an employee whom I always come across in the self-checkout area. He is always pleasant and ready and willing to help with regard to any questions patrons may have concerning stocked items or whatever else he is able. I always get the same consistent GREAT customer service, and always leave there having felt good about shopping there. read more

Always a fun shopping experience with 2 boys. A worker talked to them about Christmas coming up. They were able to walk around the store without any glares or stares. The staff is always friendly and gives out stickers to the kids they see. I love shopping at Target! read more

They have in store pickup!!! Ordered and it was ready within an hour. Went by to get it. You have to go inside, unlike Walmart, where they bring it out to you. Went inside to customer service. They grabbed my order AND someone else's! They said check it and that's how I noticed. I wonder if people steal other's orders? It would've been easy. I gave the random bag back, signed, and left. The next day I went in to get something you can't order for pickup. I could not find it. An employee saw me and asked if I needed help. I showed her the item online and she grabbed the item number off the online listing and we found it right away! So grateful! Then I went to the grocery area. Not much there to be honest. I was looking for frozen, diced, mixed bell peppers. Nope. I could not find any frozen vegetables??? I grabbed some grass fed beef that was on sale. Yes! And some salad mix. Service at checkout was nice. I had to swipe and insert my card over SIX times. Waaaaaay too much. The cashier apologized and said the machine always does that. What? How about some routine maintenance/service for the machine??? Anyways, I was overbagged. Three bags. One bag for the meat. One for the batteries. And one for the cleaning solution. A bit overkill. Our oceans are crying. Anyhow, it's target. How can you not go to target? I'll continue to use the pickup as much as I can. You can get lost on target and definitely overspend. Lol. read more

Always a clean and hospitable store. Was looking for a certain item and of course when you go to Target you end up with a few more items than expected. Love their fall decorations they have in their section when you enter ($1.00-5.00). Found good fall pillows and pumpkins for our house decorations. Will definitely be back soon to see if they have any updates to their fall items. read more

Regardless of needing something quickly or needing to do alot of shopping, Target is my go-to. On this particular trip I went to get my annual flu shot. I went to the pharmacy and was quickly rung up and within ten minutes I had my free shot, $5 gift card as their promo and was out the door. My other experiences have always been just as good. The staff is much better than their competitor and they are focused on taking care of the consumers needs. read more

I had Sue help me at the pick-up counter. She was very friendly and helpful. The weather was bad, so my drive-up order was switched to pick-up inside. The system was giving her an issue and my add-on Starbucks order wasn't ready. It wouldn't let her proceed. She went to ask for help. A young lady (Katy) younger blondish colored hair got loud with her and belittled her. This was uncalled for. I asked her name to ensure she gets some training on being a manager and treating the other employees with respect. Sue should be apologized to. This is unacceptable. I recently when to this target for the very first time. While it is smaller than a traditional super target they do have a nice variety within their store. We actually made the trip here because they had a board game in stock that our primary target didn't have. It was nice they had a variety of games ours didn't offer so we had more options. The target circle app is fantastic for good deals and coupons. The store appeared clean and they even had some paper towels still left in stock. The Starbucks at this location is great, friendly and appeared very clean. Overall excellent experience. read more

Target is the target, although this particular target was one of the cleanest ones I've been in a long time. There weren't many people in the store, and everybody in there, including the staff, was practicing social distancing and wearing masks. I was able to find what I wanted with no issues. read more

This Target used to be my go-to location, but seeing how I no loner work in Lk Mary, I only visit sporadically. They are a more modern, roomy version of the big 'T'. Parking is usually fairly easy to find if you avoid the Publix side. I don't know about their practice of pricing fruits/produce by the piece though. On the surface, it's a good way to make a quick buck (since the per lb price is usually much lower than Target's per piece price); but aren't consumers too smart for that (answer's probably 'no'), and wouldn't they then pick the biggest, heftiest ones, which makes you wonder what they do with the runts. I don't think we want to know the answer. Food waste is such a crime and crying shame! read more

This location is not my favorite, mostly due to the parking situation and the layout of the store. I prefer the Casselberry location if I'm not going to a super target. But the store itself seems clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly enough. Target has some good sales if you pay attention and also the app can offer you additional discounts. read more

Had a lovely experience at the Lake Mary Blvd. Target today. Upon first coming in was greeted by Tay who was cleaning the carts and welcoming customers with a friendly smile (behind his mask, but saw it in his eyes) and greeting. Had an enjoyable conversation with him and his happy energy helped uplift my mood as well. I saw him helping several customers so definitely a good and hard worker. Finished off my shopping with Jody at checkout and she was just as friendly and pleasant. I recently had surgery so was limited on how much I could lift in a single bag, and she had no problems ensuring the bags were not too heavy for me to lift. Nice store with lots to look at but nothing special about this target compared to other Targets. Reliable because it is on Lake Mary Blvd close to other businesses and close to home,some good stuff can be bought here and always plenty to look at and waist time if you are bored. The cashier was friendly but didn't see many associates around to help costumers,asked if they did layaway and the cashier asked the costumer service employee who wasn't as friendly and didn't seem to be to happy. I like this target when I need to stock up on some items mid week. It's not a super target so the selection is somewhat limited, but I can still find everything I need. It's a clean organized store in general. Now the location I like and dislike. It's nice and central but the parking lot is generally packed which is a little annoying. Getting in and out can be a little tricky as there is no easy way to turn left onto Lake Mary Blvd which is usually where I need to go. But this is a general frustration w Lake Mary Blvd because it is a divided road so left turns are not always easy. None of these frustrations have caused me not to go back though. read more

I went to pick up an order, sat and waited to be checked in and several vehicles around me were being checked in but not me and one other vehicle, then 3 more cars came after me and they checked us all in, then left and 2 more vehicles came and they walked up to the vehicles and gave them their items, then they wouldn't come back and talk to me when I tried to get the attendants attention. I finally just yelled out the window I'm leaving and called customer support and they told me that I picked up my items and they wouldn't refund me or do anything and that my card has been charged so that's all there is. So watch out for them, they'll steal your money. read more

It's a Target in every sense of the word. The best department store in a 3-mile radius. Not as big as the Super Target in Sanford and it's a lot more basic and a bit more pricey on some items, but it's got a decent "general" selection for it's size. They opened back in 1993 and the age shows a bit but they keep it relatively clean and modern inside. It's convenient and right next to the Publix supermarket so grocery shopping is never a problem. Also close to every other retail business in the city of Lake Mary. Returns are fast and the people working are nice. Fun to walk around for a while and waste time looking at curtains or toys or whatever. Very popular local destination. They've also got a café with good popcorn. I rate it 4 Targets out of 5. read more

While I was shopping, he came up to me and asked for my number (completely inappropriate) in which I declined. After declining his advances , he filled with anger and went on to comment about my weight and appearance along with calling me a "dumb bitch" several times. Target is my choice box store. This one is a Super and is new and huge. I like the selection and the prices seem reasonable. And Targets just feel cleaner and nicer than Walmarts. Besides being relatively close to my side of town this is in a less developed area so it's an easy in/out and close to I-4. In fact, just 1 block away you'll find a herd of goats in a pasture! I usually hit Target for kid related stuff- toys and clothes but often end up spending more than I intended. They always have queues and not enough staff working. They are also so slow!! They need training from the staff from publix.

Pros: big store, lots of clothes, good selection. Cons: employees don't seem to care about their jobs. I've been here twice. I enjoy going to this location because they have almost everything I could ever want. Their clothing selection is very good, and they have a pretty big section of foods, including refrigerated and frozen foods. It's a good place to grab stuff on your lunch break to take back to the office, or get some birthday or holiday shopping done. However, each time I've been here, the people at the checkout lines seem like they must earn a bonus for every minute they keep you in line! The last guy, Mario, wasn't at the checkout line even though his light was on. I was wandering from lane to lane, looking for someone who was open. Finally he slowly meandered to his lane. He continued his conversation with another employee while he was checking me out. Didn't say hi, or "welcome to Target" or "did you find everything you were looking for?"...nothing. Just kept chatting with his co-worker. He bagged all my stuff in completely random order so I couldn't find anything, and he put my cold Pepsi bottle at the very bottom of my bag. Normally they ask if you want to hold onto the cold beverage, but no. This guy didn't give a rat's ..... yah. I am definitely a Target fan. I will take them over some of the other department stores, any day. This is a smaller branch, and they seem to have an issue with keeping up on stock. Also, when I did a site to store it was a very long process to have it brought to the front for me. That being said, those are simply minor nit picks. I still shop here regularly, especially due to their convenient location, however, if I have the time, I will travel the extra 15 minutes to one of their bigger branches. read more
