The pieces are a little pricy, but that's understandable given that they are hand crafted. We visited early one Saturday morning and were there for at least 45 minutes. The store was crowded and there weren't enough employees present to assist waiting customers. We ended up leaving without ever talking to a store associate. We would have considered placing an order, but didn't because of of that. We ended up going to Walter E. Smithe instead and purchasing a dining room table there. Still I'd consider Rustic Elements as a possible option whenever I decide to upgrade my current furniture pieces.

I also tried sending an email through the website and the email function isn't working. I'm frustrated that I paid for merchandise I don't have and I have no way of contacting anyone to find out what is going on.

Returned home and ordered everything from Pottery Barn (was familiar with quality from grandchildren's present furniture at their home). Ordered twin Mattresses from Serta. Mattresses delivery 7 days and Furniture by March 5th. $2700.00 total. We have bought from this Turk location twice in last five years total around 7 k. My partner and I walked over to the furniture out front and looked in the window - I noticed some cutting boards and shared my find - we agreed to have breakfast and wait for the shop keeper to open up! Best idea ever - we found a handmade wooden cutting board and some homemade jams, jellies and mustard. The shopkeeper was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the craftsman who made the board and what they were made of. If you are traveling through Morris, IL stop in and support local craftsmanship and the community. I'll be taking this beauty home with me to Kapolei, O'ahu - Hawai'i. Mahalo!

I did end up buying a coffee table that was on clearance and wanted to order a matching end table but the price was way out of line for a tiny little end table. I think they just jacked up the price because they knew I wanted one. We did not get an end table. As much as I love the Amish, I will not go back to this store. I give a 5-star rating for the furniture but the staff and owner I give 0 star. So that's how we ended up with just two stars.

Not worth the drive unless you only want $200 off a high ticket price item. Even the worst off damaged appliances were still pushing $1800-$1500.
