Wow. Ok first of all I visit this place as often as I am in the area as I love resale and…read moreconsignment shops. I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

It was a huge place. I didn't like how no one talks to you ! You walk in and no hellos. Then I…read morefigure well the desk is not close to the door so maybe they can't here. It was not busy. I walked around went upstairs. And still nothing. When I walked by the desk not a hello or even acknowledgement. I did see some stuff I wanted to buy, but I did pass. I can look for these things at other places. I am not a fan of giving my money to people that don't want it. So try marketplace or eBay.

Don't pick up anything off the shelves as your going to accidentally break something else!! All the…read moreshelves are just stuff put on top of stuff and why doesn't it sell because they doubled their price! No more vintage clothes?? At a thrift store!! Wanted an 80's - 2000's party dress none here. No funky unique clothing here! Looks more like a kohl's clothing rack! All more modern clothing but at almost retail price for USED clothing!! $12.99 a used sweater - No thanks! And they don't sell pajamas? Why I have no idea!! I need some warmer sleeping lounge pants. $8.99 here - brand new at Walmart - yup $8-10 range!! And the music? Felt like I was at the Aria hotel in Vegas? It's faced pace dance music. While I am browsing and shopping? Isn't the idea to keep us in the store longer and not feel rushed? Maybe they know that the younger crowd and grandmas shops there but separately. But us young people shop there because we want the same stuff grandma's want at thrift pricing. Oh and the cashier changed the price on me. Twice! First item It had 2 tags at $1.99 and she said no I priced this item this morning at 4.99? I was like what!! Then A handmixer had a tag of $1.99 in a really weird spot! but she ripped the tag and said it should be $3.99. These tags once removed leave a residue so people don't take the tags off and reduce the price!! I should have asked for a manger! I declined the 2 items because you guessed it a new handmixer at Walmart is $7! Rather but it new and know it works and it's new!! And then she didn't like the fact that I got $4 plate at $2 because it was the color of the day? So what's the problem here I was going to ask? SMH Goodwill has lost its way! Just go to kohl's and Walmart - similar prices and IT'S NEW!!

Of all the Goodwill locations this one is by far the best one. Never have I ever gone to a thrift…read morestore and it had everything I needed and in amazing condition! They have a dressing room thankfully and their selection is immense. I purchased a peacoat which was really hard to find! Even a Tommy Bahama Shirt at a bargain with a Christmas sweater! I purchased some other stuff but saved myself hundreds compared to going to a big box store! It's pricy compared to other thrift stores but it was worth it

This store is in a super cool spot. Right in the middle of the promenade it feels hidden, but in…read morethe best way possible. The aesthetic of the store is also awesome. Records everywhere, well-organized, catalogued in a way that's convenient and easy to find. Their selection is also amazing! I saw quite a few things there I have not see anywhere else. In terms of pricing, everything is pretty fair, dare I say a steal. They had a super rare bootleg for $100, having collected for a while that is a STEAL. I just wish the staff was nicer. The guy working was helpful, I won't deny that. However when I asked for records by a specific artist I like, his first response was to insult them pretty heavily for a controversy they got in nearly a decade ago. Now I am not a para social person--I do not hold personal investment in the perceptions people have on things I like. However I found the comments to be contradictory and rude. The store sells records by the likes of the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin--two bands I love, but two bands who are not free from controversy themselves. This immediately ruined my experience and I really hate saying that. I put down what I was going to purchase and I left. In my opinion, a response as simple as "I'm sorry, we don't carry anything by them," would have been suitable. Three stars. Cool store, great selection, good value. Unfortunately I just had a terrible personal experience there.
