When I remove the tag at home, it creates a hole that slowly gets bigger over time, completely ruining the garment. This has happened multiple times. It's not every single item, but it's most of them. It almost feels like there may be one person tagging correctly, but it doesn't really matter because so many other items are tagged in random places that damage the fabric. This is especially disappointing when buying clothes that are otherwise in good condition. For a thrift store, clothing damage caused during pricing should not be an issue. I hope this gets addressed, because it's making me hesitant to shop here anymore.

Plenty of great clothing is offered here though it's mostly women's clothing and it doesn't offer much for men's clothing. It features a few dressing rooms if you want to try on a few items. They have plenty of games , good books, hardware and tools with various other unexpected finds. The store it is very giving and kind they have complimentary snacks in another room which I thought was a great touch. Prices here are actually reasonable. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I stopped here to get a watch battery replaced. I'd never been to this store before and have always…read morewanted to stop by - this was my chance. There was someone there already getting a watch battery replaced. So, while waiting, I walked around admiring their clocks and watches. They have quite a selection - great if you need a nice clock for yourself or as a gift. I took some pictures and a short video and posted them for you to see. When it was my turn, he took the watch and went in the back. It didn't take much more than five minutes for him to return with the watch working again! And the price was very reasonable, under $20. Fun store with good service.
