This is my favorite store in the world it has everything for dirt cheap. I got a beautiful lace Hollister top for 70 cents, it was in new condition and I love how cheap their tops are. I hope they never change because I will continue to go there every week if they dont. On top of their crazy low prices they offer insane sales and I end up buying a whole bag of clothes for $5. When I remove the tag at home, it creates a hole that slowly gets bigger over time, completely ruining the garment. This has happened multiple times. It's not every single item, but it's most of them. It almost feels like there may be one person tagging correctly, but it doesn't really matter because so many other items are tagged in random places that damage the fabric. This is especially disappointing when buying clothes that are otherwise in good condition. For a thrift store, clothing damage caused during pricing should not be an issue. I hope this gets addressed, because it's making me hesitant to shop here anymore.

Staff was trying to rush everyone out of the building even when it was 30 minutes to close which is a tough thing to do when the store was packed. Various items were overpriced and only members got sort of decent discounts. Not a well organized store from my visit. Smaller than most stores selection wise.

Plenty of great clothing is offered here though it's mostly women's clothing and it doesn't offer much for men's clothing. It features a few dressing rooms if you want to try on a few items. They have plenty of games , good books, hardware and tools with various other unexpected finds. The store it is very giving and kind they have complimentary snacks in another room which I thought was a great touch. Prices here are actually reasonable. I recommend stopping here especially if you're checking out another thrift store along the way.

Myself and my son did a LOT of organizing, cleaning, moving furniture. Communication once we hired the company was so so at best. A lot of things were "let me check and get back to you", which ended up with me having to reach out again to follow up. I walked thru my dads house and garage the day before the sale and saw how they priced everything. My dad lives very rural, in the middle of the country so we did not expect a huge turnout but there were people in line waiting with a constant flow of people both days. Day 1 is suppose to be full price as listed yet several of my friends went to the sale and were ready to pay the full price listed and only ended up paying 1/3. Seems like they were wheeling and dealing on day 1. Which we did NOT agree to. WHAT?? On day 1 you asked $20 for something listed as $60? My dads riding lawn mower was priced at $1400. It didnt sell the first day so I knew it would go for $700 on the 2nd day. When we got our itemized list of what sold we saw that the lawn mower sold for only $300!! a 12 piece oak amish dining room set sold for $100, that was a 1/8 of what it was listed at. We paid $1500 for their "fee" and a 65/35 split. Then told that we didnt have to pay thr $1500, that the fee was asked for if the home was determined that it would bring in a profit. When we received the check and itemized list the $1500 was taken out of the profits and the remainder was done at the split. We ended up after all the work and back and forth with $400. a full 3 bedroom home! The itemized list left out A LOT of pieces that were no longer in my fathers home but were not on the list as sold. I asked if anything was going to be taken for consignment at their store and was told no, so not sure where these items went. My father lived very simply so we were not expecting a huge result but really felt we were taken advantage of and it was a HUGE waste of time. I put in a lot of man hours and had I know I would have either A. let them do all the work or B. Did the work and held the sale myself! NOTE-I have been told by multiple people who frequent their sales and many others, as well as people who have hired them in the past, that they will have their regulars (*who resell) come and give them the deals on items. I cannot confirm this but hearing it from many different people gives me pause.

He then grabbed the items and threw them into the store as hard as he could. I'm pretty sure by the crashing sound it made that the air fryer I left no longer works. I don't know if it's standard practice to be extremely ungrateful for and abusive toward items donated or just the fact that I dropped them of at around 8am. Why aren't these people happy to receive quality donations at any hour? I absolutely will tell everyone I know to find a different charity to support - not Goodwill!!!

I smile when I read "unfriendly" in a review of CCC. They may not have the smiling style of the other places, they just have pure competent substance. They also may not be the "low price leader" in quoting a repair. But they guarantee any repair. I just brought in to them a 6 month old watch that had a hard-to-turn crown. I had taken it first to another place that told me they fixed it but that it was corroded and needed some winding to loosen it up. I discovered it was a quartz watch that needed no winding. The place unscrupulously had charged me $68 for the so-called repair. Chicago opened it up for me while I was there and found a gnarly rubber gasket that I had probably messed up myself trying to wind a battery powered watch. The technician should rightly have called me an idiot but instead just fixed it in 2 minutes, He did not want to charge me anything. I insisted on giving him at least a $20 tip which he reluctantly but appreciatively accepted. This is the kind of business I respect and will patronize again and again going forward.

There was someone there already getting a watch battery replaced. So, while waiting, I walked around admiring their clocks and watches. They have quite a selection - great if you need a nice clock for yourself or as a gift. I took some pictures and a short video and posted them for you to see. When it was my turn, he took the watch and went in the back. It didn't take much more than five minutes for him to return with the watch working again! And the price was very reasonable, under $20. Fun store with good service.
