There's a large selection of books, most 3.00 and under, mass market paperbacks 50 cents, and periodically there are good old ones from the 50s or 60s. Some items are cheap. Some are costly. They also sell the very high priced stuff online, but there's still plenty of great stuff in the store itself. The bathrooms are old but super clean and not creepy like in some places. There are real antiques, beautiful furniture, art works, plastic storage tubs, all kinds of glassware, figurines, etc. Don't listen to the complainers. I go whenever I can and almost always find something I want.

I really wanted to love this place, especially with its claim of being the "world's biggest." While…read moreit's certainly packed with an incredible array of items, that density actually makes for a frustrating shopping experience. The aisles are so crammed that it's impossible to navigate with a shopping cart, which really limits your ability to browse and buy. It's a shame because there were genuinely interesting items, from high-priced antiques to thrift-store finds, but the difficulty in moving around made it hard to truly appreciate them. After driving over an hour and 15 minutes to get there, leaving empty-handed was quite a letdown. While I appreciate that they at least had a bathroom, which allowed me to stay as long as I did, the overall hassle overshadowed any enjoyment. I'm not sure if I'll make the trek again for a second chance. I had high hopes, but ultimately, this place just didn't live up to them. Still worth a try. I did find that the employees just sat around on their phones so I couldn't get a feel of who they are. One actually scolded me for trying to pick up and item

The selection is pretty good though, clothing wise, there are a lot of decent brand name clothes to find. I didn't get any clothes but I did find a rare book that's out of print for five dollars. I bought it quickly and it happily sits on my shelf. Thrift shops are like that, and sure, sometimes the selection doesn't turn out in your favor, but sometimes you'll find something. At least with this one you'll be able to browse pretty quickly.

The clothes include designer and really fun and interesting clothes, Im a photographer and I go here for props and unique vintage finds when I want to style a shoot. This is my favorite store in the world it has everything for dirt cheap. I got a beautiful lace Hollister top for 70 cents, it was in new condition and I love how cheap their tops are. I hope they never change because I will continue to go there every week if they dont. On top of their crazy low prices they offer insane sales and I end up buying a whole bag of clothes for $5. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and the staff here honestly made me smile. I accidentally forgot my wallet in the car, and the young lady at the register was very understanding and let me run out to grab it without any issue. There was no line at the time, but still -- that level of patience and kindness says a lot. What impressed me even more was that she went back out to the sales floor to retrieve an item I hadn't purchased yet because we thought it wasn't working. She tested it again, found that the cord actually did work, and saved me from buying something defective. That may have only been a $10 item, but she absolutely saved the day for me. Overall, a really positive experience with genuinely caring employees. I'll definitely be back.

It was clean, well organized, and they had a great selection of items, all very reasonably priced. I am an individual who loves to find treasures, and the store did not disappoint. I visit a lot of thrift stores, even antique stores, and Deja Vu provides fairly priced treasures that would certainly still allow a reseller a profit if they wanted to flip an item. The prices are wildly inflated, while the selection does very little to justify them. If you're charging premium prices, there should at least be premium variety and quality to match. As for the customer service, it was practically nonexistent. No one seemed interested in speaking to customers until it came time to promote or push their program. That alone left a pretty bad impression.1/10. If you enjoy paying too much for clothes, having a painfully limited selection that feels like it's mostly just teams, and being treated like a potential sign-up rather than an actual customer, then by all means, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and shop somewhere that actually understands what good value and customer service look like.

And I said that I was just trying to be helpful, to which they replied that it is how the boss wants it and they listen to their boss not to a customer. So unnecessarily rude.
