And, besides the back and forth for almost a year now with the Crest Customer Service Manager on the sofas we purchased which are obviously defective, I have asked to speak to a store manager or owner as our situation is unique. But, after reading a couple reviews here, I'm thinking others have had similar issues with their furniture purchased at Crest. Our situation is not resolved yet and we took delivery of the sofas at the end of January 2023. It's now almost the end of 2023! I've been told by the Customer Service Mgr at Crest that most requests and issues we have made are not "England's policy". My next contact will be with England directly. We, like Tom K., have now asked for a refund. I was willing to pick something else out until the neglect by the store manager/owner became very apparent. He/she just doesn't care or there's something "off" in this whole picture. Update: I emailed England Furniture and was almost immediately called by the area Supervisor Rep. When the order finally arrived, the tables had multiple chips in the finish, and the sofa was not what I had ordered. The seat depth was two inches shorter than specified, and the arms were completely different from what we selected. Resolving this required multiple home visits, along with detailed photos comparing cushion measurements from both the showroom and my home. Returning the damaged tables was straightforward. However, my experience with customer service regarding the sofa was disappointing. I was informed that Century, the manufacturer, offered either a 10% discount if I accepted the sofa as-is or a full refund. I was stunned to learn that Century would not remake the sofa because, as stated, "the same thing could happen again." I do not consider this acceptable customer service, especially given the cost and wait time involved. As a result, I will not be purchasing from Toms Price again.

It is next to Binny's. Huge parking lot. We have purchased furniture from Toms Price in the past and found the quality to be high end. Also, pricing is reasonable for the brands they offer. The store is one level, unlike Wheaton, and filled with displays. It really is helpful to be able to sit on the chairs and couches. We were cheerfully greeted upon entry and introduced to our designer, Taraneh. She is extremely talented, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful while guiding selections. Now everyone will want to work with her. My only suggestion: furniture selection takes time so you might want to offer your customers a bottle of water. There is a drinking fountain in the back corner but how about some cups?
