I don't know why this Target has such shitty reviews. It's a mega Target with THREE stories. How can you argue with that? And there's escalators to take you between floors so you don't have to schlep your fat ass up any stairs. And you can check out on the first OR second floor! So much choice! That's the American way. Plus this Target has a pretty reliable self checkout area. I really like the self checkout area because the machines don't get all pissy if you don't put your items in the bagging area so they can be weighed to make sure you're not stealing. I hate when those machines do that. "Please place item in bagging area." Fuck you, it's already in my bag! Maybe Target doesn't care about stealing? I dunno. I doubt that, though. Definitely don't steal anything at Target. For all we know, they could have lasers shoot out of the sky and incinerate all shoplifters. One thing to know about this Target is that it anchors the Glendale Galleria, so expect a motherfucking shit show if you go on weekday afternoons or anytime on weekends. Parking in this mall is horrendous. Only a true glutton for punishment would even consider going to this Target at peak time. That's why my wife and I only go at like 11 AM on weekdays. But we can only do that because we're both unemployed and living off welfare. Ain't life grand? Let's see, what else. Oh, they had Thanksgiving cards for sale. Who sends Thanksgiving cards, though? Like, wouldn't that be a really weird card to get in the mail? You have to figure you're seeing all the people you really want to see in person. If someone sends you a Thanksgiving card, doesn't that imply you didn't want to see them that badly? If you had, wouldn't you have flown to wherever they were? I dunno. Maybe that's not being fair. My wife noted a number of instances where people would send a card. She's a reasonable and kind person so I believe her. Hell, maybe someone will send me a Thanksgiving card this year, and it'll melt my heart. Honestly, though, I'd rather they mailed me a pumpkin pie. With whip cream, of course. You can't have no pumpkin pie without whip cream. It's disgusting how some people will eat pumpkin pie naked. Blech. Why even bother? read more

I want to tell you to be careful when buying things at Target through this experience. In particular, if you don't check whether it's new or not from the beginning, you going to lost time and get like me and become dumb. I wanted to have a new version of the Nintendo Switch. It's not just on the big sale list, it's just a new version. Because it was more important for me to enjoy my holiday. On the night of November 24th, at the target in West Hollywood, I finally got my new version of the switch and turned it on, and it was already registered user named Thomas. I was so disappointed and angry. They fooled consumer. I paid as a consumer and bought a new version of the Nintendo Switch. This would be sold to me by opening the key directly from where the staff is locked. How do I know if this Nintendo Switch is open box, republished, used, or if the staff play it and sell it to me? They sold something new that wasn't new. Eventually, I learned the truth thanks to the staff who failed to reset. I couldn't play the game, and I went to the target at Glendale's Mall on the night of 27 November. When I went to the service center and asked if I could replace it with a new one because it was already registered, then she advised me that it would be easiest to buy it again after return. but, When i go for buy it again, there was no stock. No stock? Why? Black Friday it's going to start sale. but it is not Discount list. This is only console. you know that? Glandale Target is very big mall. there are 3floors. When I went back to the service center, she just said I should go to another branch and buy it again. They didn't apologize to me for being sorry for this happen, but they only told me "I'm sorry because I didn't have stock today". This experience, I no longer believed in Target Mall. If you buy a new item, you need to worry about whether it is new or not. And Target will not hear, no sorry or understand about it. My thanksgiving became terrible. read more

Went in today to get some of the so called "BLACK FRIDAY" deals. Let me tell you it was well worth the wait! my cousin lives a couple blocks from the mall so we were on of like the first 20 people in line waiting from Target to open. The line was crazy long so it was a good thing we were first. As soon as the doors opened it was like a stampede! Good things there was A LOT of carts because there was a lot of people! Anyways, the first thing i went for was the TVs of course,I got a 42 inch TV for 180 bucks, so i decided to get two. It was a great deal so i could not just buy one. This target was nice and big which i like considering how many people were there, and they had a lot of inventory so it didnt run out too fast. The employees were really helpful helping me find where the tvs were, they even walked me to the electronic section. the only reason i gave it a 4 star was because the lines at the check out moved really slow. other than that it was a pretty good experience. You should definatley stop by if you are in town! read more

I had a horrible experience at this target. The security and staff was racist towards my kids just because they were latinas with makeup on. The staff followed them out after they paid for some chips and a water with their receipt, they were followed with a giant round man with a beard and two other giant men beside him like they were a threat. Accusing them of "stealing" makeup when they did not even go into the makeup isle and they would know that if they checked the cameras. These big bulky intimidating full white men tried to scare my babies because of our race which is truly despicable going into their face while they were allowing them to check their bags, obviously they said that was unnecessary and said it was a mistake. These racist tacky white men knew what they were doing assuming based on racial stereotypes. Target do better and hire some reasonable people, check your cameras before trying to scare children. read more

They do not answer their customer service line. I've tried on a number of occasions; inevitably the line is disconnected. The website is inaccurate. They say something is in stock, they indicate how many of a particular item is in stock; yet when you drive all the way there, to a town that you don't live in, and look for it? Never there. I've never written a review on Yelp. But I am today. This is ridiculous. Whenever I've come to this store to get a product that I was told online in avail, the team member has no idea what the product even is. Shrugs his shoulders, says sorry, and moves along. What has happened to customer service? My limited experience with this Walmart hasn't ever been productive. And management could care less. That's not management. Someone should be answering the customer service line at the very least. read more

Black people are continously racially profiled at this location. It makes it easier for non-black people to be scandalous all they'd need to do is bring a black friend. Just an FYI. Discrimination based on skin color at a major company by its security staff is bound to backfire eventually. Been discriminated here? Contact corporate, your local NAACP, civil rights complaint, heck just do a who to contact for racial discrimination search and send a note to EVERYONE. Shopping while black shouldn't immediately peg one as a criminal but the security staff here continues to push the narrative and its time to fight back. Dont be afraid to file a civil lawsuit of you're ever in a situation where you are targeted shopping as a POC. Do better Target. read more

I don't understand why this Target has such bad reviews. Really, the only shitty thing is parking. The Glendale Galleria has the absolutely worst designed mall on the planet. Good luck trying to get in or out during the weekend. Your best bet is to come super early or super late. Other than that, the Target is just any other target. Oh wait, it's not, because it's THREE STORIES TALL! It's some kind of super Target from heaven. We should rejoice and be thankful that the commercialism gods have been kind enough to bestow upon us such a large and wonderful cathedral to capitalism. Unless you're on of those Bernie Sanders people who hates capitalism and money. Then you probably won't like this Target. read more

i was here with my friend today we were just randomly taking a stroll through target as we always do & we just buy whatever catches our attention. today while being there some WT tall security man kept following us around the store, i even caught him looking into our cart & when we went to self checkout so did he which is weird cause his job is at the store entrance & exit my friend & myself felt super uncomfortable & judged i would be fine with it if he had a reason too but he didn't he was just making an assumption based on his poor self judgment stay away if you want to be treated like a criminal while shopping! read more

I only went to this target because I was nearby. While it is 3 floors, each floor seems to be pretty small. For example, the men's section doesn't have much to it. I always give a nod to any location that has a starbucks. The people working here seemed to be zoned out, only concentrating on their task but I seemed to be invisible. I find myself wondering why I would rate any target with less than 4 stars. I love target and always buy something each and every time even though I went there without that intention. In this situation, I walked out empty handed so that should say something. read more

Everybody in this target is a lazy person and unless you're Armenian, you will not get attended I had to drive down from a different city because I placed an order for something that they only had when I came down because it was stayed at processing this road out of stock. No one could pick up the phone call when I was calling and calling no one could send an email why did they pay these people to sit there and gossip and flirt with each other and see who fucked who and how this coworker cheated on this coworker. It's ridiculous. read more

White racist!!! While I was heading out the Starbucks of this target I seen this white man eyeing little black girls with their mom. I heard him whisper to his other white male staff to keep an eye out for them. That is disgraceful and disgusting human manners. This man needs to be fired immediately for his racist behavior. Racial assumptions is never okay especially in the environment we already live in. People like him are the reason we are so disconnected to eachother and could never evolve into a better future. read more

I was in the Glendale Galleria the other day. I went to the Target Store and found that it was much like the one in the Eagle Rock Plaza. The problem is that if you want to buy in bulk and you cant find parking near the actual store you will have a hard time getting your stuff to your car. The Eagle Rock location is very convient. And the selection is about the same. If your going to go to Target get a parking spot next to the same end of the galleria near the store... read more

I came here because me and my siblings were trying to get some curtains for my brother's room. At first, we went to Ikea, but couldn't find any good curtains. Ikea has a lot of furniture and sticks for the windows, but that was it. We love coming to target because there are so many things that you can get here. Besides the curtains, I also really like the drawers they have here. It's basically those home organizer thingies. Great to buy and clean up your home with. read more

Unfortunately the lines in this target are longer than a Chinese Great Wall, especially on the rush hour. I know it might cost the merchant quite a penny to set up a new generation service machines for self checkout, but sometimes you just have to go forward and walk an extra mile to keep your clients. Look at your employees on a regular checkouts - they are always extremely tired (still pretty friendly and professional though). I hope this store will upgrade soon. read more

Target is awesome. I always find a good deal here and their bargain bin section rules! I have returned several items to this location and have always had an easy time of it. The staff seems very friendly though sometimes it is hard to find an employee to help out if you are looking for something specific in a less than popular section (i.e. crafts). All in all though I like this location, it is always very neat and tidy and the things I need are always in stock. read more

Customer service was great and the store was well organized with a really good selection of items. I originally went in just to grab a few things for my nephews and somehow ended up walking out with way more than I planned lol. They had a lot of options in stock and it made shopping easy. Staff was friendly when I needed help finding something and the checkout process was smooth. Overall it was just a good shopping experience from start to finish. read more

All Targets have their up sides and down sides. This Target, however, is mostly upside. Their service isn't bad. Their parking isn't bad. And their selection of what they have isn't bad. The small food and beverage shops are okay, but I do NOT reccomend going to the bathroom in this Target... It's not exactly the cleanest thing. But otherwise, this Target is pretty good, I've never really had a problem with it. read more

I will not shop at target again , went to Glendora gallery target and try to pick up lego for my kid, the store charge $54.99 for the item while target.com charge $39.99 for it. Talk to the manager Ashley and she refuse to match the price to their target.com. This is so bad. Amazon.comcharge $39.50 for the same item. I will order all item from Amazon from now on. I HOPE AMAZON TAKE TARGET DOWN !!!!!!!!!!! read more
