My first time placing a order here for drive up, and will be the last. I waited probably about 45 minutes for the right order to be brought out. The employee came out 3 times with the wrong order! This location always have the dressing rooms close and no is available to assist you. Every time i want to try something on i always have to wait for more than 5 minutes and no one comes. read more

I love Target. I also love drive up. I use that a lot. Feel so sorry when weather is bad for the employees having to be out in it. If weather is to bad. I will wait and go later or another day. They have great prices and now even love there food and produce. read more

This is a nice Target location. We stopped here during the holidays and i was happy with the store. Its bigger than the one in Van Nuys Sherman Oaks area. My second time here and we shopped around to get stuff for Christmas. I was happy with some choices we made. Customer Service was good. Decent store and well organized. read more

For a store in a nice area I'm very surprised at the fact almost all the employees (usually the younger crowd) are very rude . It's as if it bothers the employees having to open the restroom for their customers . As other people have stated also , the bathrooms are dirty and unstocked. On another occasion I accidentally put a dollar in self check out without seeing the card only sign and the worker got upset . Accidents happen , I'm pregnant and the attitude is really uncalled for . I do not take disrespect lightly. Not sure if their under staffed but they seriously need to hold a meeting with their workers and retrain them on hospitality. read more

I've never seen a business go downhill so fast. It's dirty, even soap is under lock and key, staff is incredibly rude. Avoid at all costs.

Not sure why people are saying poor parking...there's a huge u deerhound parking area that leads to the front doors of the store. Great grocery/alcohol section and beauty section. I'm so happy that we finally have a local Target. The only improvement I wish for is a better replenished grocery isles/fridge. For example, it's bern months since we have had Two Good yogurt (coconut) at the store. Or the poultry section is sometimes left with 1 or 2 packages. read more

Avoid this Target at all costs unless you need to run in for, like, one bottle of water. They are poorly stocked, no employees at the downstairs checkout even though that's the main parking lot, they make you go to guest services to buy certain things, rude employees. Just an all-around unpleasant experience and a hassle. read more

Why would you go to this Target when it has so little inventory. Went to get birthday candles - but they don't carry them. Ordered an item online and they filled my order wrong. There is almost nobody in this store. Spend a few extra minutes and go to the Target on Sepulveda or the one in Tarzana. I want my Bed, Bath and Beyond back. read more

I have been to many Targets as I love to shop for everything there. I have been to many different locations and have never had any bad experiences until today! The customer service was horrible and you couldn't even find anyone on the floor. I literally had to walk around to find someone for help. I was with my baby who was in a stroller and I was walking around with a box of wipes looking for a cart. Again I had to go and look for someone to ask where they were. I was in the 2nd floor and I found someone who was just standing reading Mother's Day cards. I asked him where the carts were and he said none here you can go downstairs and get one, mind you barely acknowledging me. This person didn't even bother to help at all or offer to go get one. Some of the staff were in a bad mood and 1 wanting to go home and the other upset cause he wanted to go on break. They were just loud not caring who was around. Why is literally everything in this Target behind theft proof glass barriers? Want printer ink? Call an associate. Video game? Call an associate. Toothpaste? Deodorant? Laundry detergent?!? Call an associate. What makes it worse is that there seems to only be one person on staff with the keys and no one can ever find them. An inconvenient and unpleasant shopping experience. read more

Not a particular large target but their selection is lacking . It's nice and clean inside and there's a Starbucks which is a plus. I wish they would focus on certain items and be stocked and have plenty. You go in there and shelves are pretty bare and it makes it seem empty and just sad. This store is broken into two levels - the Woodland Hills Target is way better than this one in terms of layout but yeah I get it, this Target is smaller. Good luck with the parking - I actually parked at the Samzee Mediterranean Market farther down on the same block. I found what I was looking for though. read more

Can I leave a 0 ? First of all the staff at the Starbucks were rude but that's another issue. I wanted to come and say that I've never had an issue price matching. I showed the associate the Walmart and Amazon stick and she still wouldn't help. I like this new Target or as I like to call it, Target Junior! As nice as it is, it doesn't carry a good many items that I would normally get at Target. No shoes, limited clothing and limited electronics. And although they have a Pet department, there are certain items they don't carry such as kitty litter. On the other hand, it carries a hell of a liquor department! In addition to wine and beer, this Target has a full liquor license so you can find Vodka, Tequila etc in addition to your common wines. I was so excited to shop at this Target that is a mile from my home. Shelves are barley stocked and the store is small. Doesn't carry the selection of a regular Target. Ended up going to Topanga to find what I needed. I won't go back. So disappointed. read more

Target express store, small and divided into two floors. Parking is a pain, hard to get off/ onto Ventura, tends to get backed up there, but plenty parking underground. Clean quiet store with plenty of kitchen accessories and toys upstairs. Self check-out is encouraged, rarely see cashiers, but can get something with security tagging off with Customer Service Desk. Easy store if they have what you need. read more

This Target location honestly sucks. The selection is sparse and the staff may as well be invisible. It's a pain enough that it's on Ventura Blvd, but two stories for what exactly? I only came back here because they were the only Target in the area that said they had 4 of a certain item in stock. Come in to find that the item is not on the floor. Ok, let me look for an employee. Hmm, I only see a Starbucks employee. Great, let me press on the help button. After five minutes of standing there with my 25lb baby, the machine let's me know that it couldn't find anyone. Cool, cool. I walk to the cash register and see one floor employee showing something to a cashier. I show the cashier my phone saying I can't find the item but it shows there are four in stock. He looks up the name and tells me they're not in stock. Awesome. Waste of time. I leave. On a previous trip, i was going through self check out and the machine prompted me to press the employee assistance button, which i did. Stood there like a fool for about 5 min waiting for NO ONE(!) and finally grabbed my things to go pay with an actual human. I would advise against going here if you want something specific or require employee assistance. read more

Worst Target ever!!!! Never going back after two horrible experiences. Inventory sucks. Many thing expected at Target aren't carried. And since NO ONE worked any of the registers, had to use self checkout. I am not a freaking employee of Target and there was no employee discount. Also, they accused me of stealing one item that I forgot to scan. This was after I received precisely ZERO TRAINING as a checker. Not sure due to lack of products but I believe the prices are higher than at other Target locations. Stay away!!!!! read more
