Very disappointed that they still do not allow Salvation Army Bell Ringers to raise a little Xmas cheer for those in need. And the way employees aren't allowed to say thank you or return a 'Merry Christmas' shows their lack of appealing to the majority while willing to bend over backwards for the minute minority. I might add about my wondering how target treats their employees since hardly any of them have smiles, look you in the eye and say good morning / afternoon. The one good feature about target (Dickson City, PA) is that being a guy I have no issues with women entering the 'men's' room. The 'identify' as a woman sex abusers leave more accessibility for straight guys. Not so much fun for the very young or elderly females. read more

Ho Ho Ho or should i say i gotta go go go to the bathroom. my friend was using the lav in target. honestly annoyed there's only 1 and it's in the front. one time i had my sis and she had to go and we were back in the seasonal section. and i had to run her to the front so there was no CLEAN UP IN SEASONAL. Anywho. my friend had to go and part of the joy of a long trip to the lav is catching up on this and that on ur phone. bad news. no cell service. Something important could have happened while she was in there and she wouldn't have known bc there was no service. it's not much to throw a wifi box in the bathroom. i took off 2 stars for the hassle. also i the line for starbucks is always long. on a good note xmas tree farm was playing so at least she was able to sing and be occupied during her stay in the bathroom. pic for reference below. happy holiday! read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Dickson City, Pennsylvania

my friends and I decided to go for a girls day shopping. Targets merchandise is absolutely gorgeous and is the only reason for the one star. We decided we wanted to try some things on, and we did. As we got back to the fitting room area we were unsure as to if we helped ourselves to a room or if someone were to let us in. We waited for 15 minutes just questioning before I decided to just go for it and open the door. Finally the lady decided to come and gave attitude to my friend and I, insinuating that my friend was stealing and had merchandise hidden on her, mind you she's in a bodysuit and shorts with no bag. Once in we started dressing and we kept asking each other our opinions. I asked my partner to go and grab a dress in a certain size and I got YELLED AT for leaving when all I was doing was pointing at the direction of the dress. Now where am I to go in a target dress with no shoes on. I'm so very disappointed in this I will no longer be shopping at the Dickson City target again. read more

I'm very happy about target. I get lots of my clothes from there I get bathing suit shoes, toys everything that I need and I think I would prefer target over Walmart and a lot of other stores and I'm happy that there is a target around me cause I do we go there a lot and a lot of my room decor is from target but a lot of their electronica things aren't really good so I would shop at target because it's a very good store and and the employees are very nice a I have a lot of fun with my friends in target and we buy lots of stuff that we don't need but I love target read more

I was highly disappointed in this Target. They had a ton of items that were not restocked or piles of items to be restocked in the aisles. Target is my favorite but this one was a let down. The store was messy and seems to not have enough employees. read more

Ordered stuff at 1:17pm today for drive up pick up and am still waiting to get the alert that it's ready. I'm not even from Pennsylvania and have never waiting 5-8 hours for things. the store told me they are short on employees so they are backed up on pick up orders they have 358 to pull today and couldn't even tell me if mine was being pulled by one of their employees. I've worked in retail before and have never seen this before. Learned my lesson to never do pick up ever again from this location. read more

Every time I shop at this Target, the checkout line extends almost the entire width of the store. They have only one cashier and a couple of self checkout stations working. I end up spending more time in line than I did finding my items. The people in line all kvetch about this ridiculous situation! Yet, it never changes! Place is very clean. Not many workers but the ones there helped with no problem. Everyone greated me. So much better than Walmart.

I'm immunodeficient and forgot my mask today. I didn't get the team member's name, but he went out of his way to go across the store and find me a disposable mask to wear. The gesture really meant a lot and I wanted to thank him! read more

I went to Target today and I was rudely treated by a female Employee named Blake. She ruined my shopping experience, I asked for help and she just laughed at ignored me. As I was in the area she was working she was giving me dirty looks and mumbling rude comments every time I walked by her. I will never go back to this location because of this awful experience. I suggest Target to employ good people and not rude women. She made a smirk at me when I was looking at XXL shirts, I have bad self confidence issues and have worked on it for years only to be mocked by an employee named Blake. read more

By far not the best Target I've shopped at - and I've shopped at many all over the east coast. But also not the worst. This Target falls somewhere in the middle with relation to the shopping experience. This one, for some reason is always disorganized and frequently is out of stock on most items I'm looking for. The store appears messy and often the lines at the cash registers are quite backed up. The customer service I've received here at the Dickson City location is average at best for a company that puts its "guests" at the top of their priority list. read more

I love this place almost as much as Sargento loves cheese. The team members are the bomb diggity. I feel welcome every time I go in there. Plus they beauty section is always on point. Always. Everything is so great at this target except everytime that I have gone and used the bathrooms there they are absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere, and horrendous stalls. I feel they are very neglected. These bathrooms should be checked periodically throughout the day, more than they clearly are. read more

This Target location has definitely seen better times. I visit this particular at least once a week, and each week the store appears worse than the one before. The store itself, as in the floors and shelves, are clean; the rest of the store is in complete disarray. The shoe section, for example, is a disaster. There are random boxes and shoes scattered on the floor. Today, for example, I was looking for a particular pair of boots. After a 25 minute search, I found the box containing them (in another shoe aisle), only to realize that the box contained one size 8 (which I was seeking) and one size 6.5. I mentioned this to a team member and received nothing more than a shoulder shrug. The shoe section in its entirety is enough to give someone a migraine. The adult apparel section is even worse. Racks and shelves are so close together, it's sometimes impossible to fit a person between them, nevermind a cart. The shelving units that contain the basics (tanks, tees, etc...) are a complete disaster. Sizes and colors are mixed together and that makes it challenging to find what one is looking for. Also, be prepared to run over clothing items every 2-3 feet. I get it, people can be slobs and don't pick up an item that they knocked off of a rack (which isn't hard to do in this cluttered mess of section), but to watch team members walk past without picking the items up is disturbing. I spend half my visits in the apparel section putting things back on racks. I do the same when I'm in the pajama section. The children's apparel section is no better than the adult. Items are cluttered, shelving and racks so close that it's impossible to fit a cart through, etc. Today I was seeking a simple white cardigan, none to be found, but the cardigans that were available were shelved in a jumbled mess. The clearance section racks contained so many items, it was impossible to even explore what was available as you could not move an item without knocking what was on the end off. I really, really enjoy Target and the deals that they offer, but unless store conditions improve, I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. read more
