I have passed this establishment in my travels several times on the way to a favorite relative's,…read morebut never had an opportunity to visit it until guitar great Michael Angelo Batio made an in-store appearance there in November of 2010. This place is bigger than I expected. I didn't get to explore much because I was there mainly to see Mr. Batio perform and speak, but I was impressed by the size of the place, the selection of Dean Guitars, the CD/record section, and owner Wayne's "endless layway" plan (20% down and at least five bucks a week will hold your dream guitar indefinitely). I'll definitely be down here again when it's time to get my next Dean (or the Ron Asheton Signature Reverend) - which may be sometime in early 2011!

I spoke with Mike in the morning and explained I needed another IPhone 14 ASAP. He told me to come right down and in about 80-90 minutes I was on my way home with all of my apps transferred and a new IPhone. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. A few days later I went back to Mike because I couldn't hear texts coming in from only one of my contacts, Mike looked at my contacts and immediately showed me what was wrong and also how to fix it if it ever happened again. . It didn't take more that a couple of minutes to fix. I highly recommend this Verizon store and especially Mike.
