On my first visit, I brought two boxes of (mostly boutique-label) DVDs/Blu-rays, and got a trade/cash offer that makes 2nd & Charles and FYE look like bigger chiselers than they already are. Substantial movie selection, split up by genre (Blu-rays have their own section), with a fairly even variety of used discs and rare/OOP titles in original shrink-wrap. Overstock movies have their own sections, with a "colored dot" bulk discount (good way to pick up some mainstream titles). I browsed for a little over an hour, but could've stayed even longer. The trade credit more than covered the stack of movies I picked up. And they even let me take along some cardboard boxes for an upcoming move. Will definitely be back.

Came here looking for a collectable toy as it was on my drive home. Store is a little smaller than other GameStop's I've seen. Where this store gets five stars is how helpful the employees were. Luckily, the store was not busy, as to find the toy both employees had to search, and found it in a back corner on the top shelf. It was also on sale, making the experience even better. Employees were also cool to chat with. Overall great experience.

When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by several employees. They asked us to head to one of the counters in the back and they would assist us shortly. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses. We were happy with the level of service we received here and will definitely be back.

When I asked them if they honor their online listing price, they said the price on the sticker is the price. On principal alone, I put everything away and walked out.
