I don't usually go to this Target and was pleasantly surprised at their selection. Their inventory is much better than most other Targets and not as picked over. Their Bulls Eye section is plentiful as are the clothing racks. Customer service was super helpful and friendly. We found an item that was purchased at another location that they had marked down to 50 percent off and they were happy to exchange it for us and give us the discounted price with our receipt. read more

I have shopped at this Target since it opened. Today, I was treated as poorly as I've ever been treated anywhere. Diane, the cashier, could not have been more rude. However, that's not the reason for the review. A supervisor set up a new employee, a young gal, at the next register - it was her first day, and the supervisor set her up on her register. Her first day. And told her, if you have any questions, ask Diane. Well, of course, in the time I was being checked out, this young gal asked Diane a simple question. Asking for help in her first day. She was so mean to this little gal, I walked my cart - with 360.00 of items back to customer service and canceled my transaction. SHAME on you, Diane. Covering your name tag when I asked your name didn't mean I didn't hear it. Target. Do better with your hiring choices. read more

The geographic area that this Target is in is technically Denver but it shares a border with both Greenwood Village and Aurora. Thats the interesting thing about Hampden Ave, its a dividing line between cities. The store is mostly clean, brightly lit, and the checkout is relatively fast. The shelves are fully stocked with all the essentials that makes my shopping trip quick and hassle free. A big large shared parking lot with other local merchants provides plenty of spaces. Ive have been to this location both by car and by bike since it is also close by to local parks and biking trails. Good place to stop and grab a drink or snack or to do large grocery runs. read more

This is my go to target as it's the closest to where we live. The staff here are all usually pretty nice and helpful. There's a Starbucks inside as well to get that caffeine fix while shopping. The store is pretty clean and they seem to have full stock on most items. They put in self check out lanes, but anytime I go, they're not able to be used and you have to go to the one open cashier and wait in the long line. I don't get it. read more

Apparently asking to see merchandise that is locked without buying it first is against store policy. Actually it's not this store just hides behind racial profiling by stating "crime" occurs, so that's why they don't allow customers to touch merchandise locked up before they buy it. This Place is joke just take a few more minutes and ride down the street to another location. It's a big target and has what I need, for the most part. It's mostly kept tidy and well stocked. My biggest complaints are the parking lot and that there always seems to be a shortage of open lanes upon checking out. I know everyone is having staffing issues, but no matter what time of day I come in, there's always a long wait at checkout and the staff aren't always the most friendly. But it's target, so of course I'll be coming back. read more

Had a terrible experience with an extremely rude employee at the customer service. Brought in a bag of stuff to return, he scanned a few items with no problem until he got to a bag of potato chips that wasn't on the receipt I presented, this set off the employee for whatever reason, at first saying they don't take stuff without a receipt (I know this is a lie because I've returned stuff without a receipt at targets for years including this past year, including food items) which is fine whatever but he then said oh sorry the receipt isn't scanning anything anymore, I can't return any of your items. He refused to return anything saying my receipt wasn't scannable. I said okay give me a second I'll pull up all my receipts on my app. I stepped aside and he was visibly bothered that I didn't just leave, I overheard him whisper to another employee "give him a hard time" and surely enough when I presented my receipt on my Target app the employee made some stuff up about only being able to return one item?? I told the new employee to please bring up a manager and miraculously they were able to get the receipt working and were able to return all my items. Don't know what their problem was but I won't be returning to this location and perhaps Target in general. Awful, frustrating, weird, and confusing experience. read more

Great Customer service by Elle!! Thank-you. I visited mid-day to pick up an online order. This is not my local Target so was unsure where to go. I stood in the Customer Service line, which was a longer wait than usual. Then was told that online orders were in a different area. I was mildly put out and kind of laughed it off. One of the manager, Elle, apologized as I walked by and I just kept walking and said "Me Too". Once I picked up my order, Elle came over with a gift card for me. Long story short, she showed me kindness that was honestly not needed or deserved but I'm appreciative. Made me reset my mind frame and focus for the day. this has always been my favorite target and recently i was harassed by the security at this location. the female security with the glasses ran to me when i was exiting the building and jumped infront of my cart saying that she sees i have 8 items and wanted to see if i paid for them all. i showered her my receipt and she kept on persisting that i didn't pay and i even showed her my app that displayed the receipt with photos of the items on it as well. there was tons of other shoppers leaving with way fuller carts than what i had and she decided to keep harassing me instead of checking everyone else. one of the other employees at this location came over and looked at my receipt and let me go. i just want to say that it wasn't a pleasant shopping experience like i normally have at this location and they should talk to this female security about it. read more

One of the things I miss most about living part of the year abroad is not having Target. I know it sounds silly but I adore the sheets, towels and home goods sections. I also love the great prices on fitness apparel and super casual clothing (reformed clothing snob). This Target is huge with a great selection that is kept very, very tidy. My husband and I came here to stack up on various "supplies": some electronics, yoga pants, socks, PJs, greeting cards, tablecloth, etc. Everything was easy to find by type and size. Overall, the store had a really good selection of most items (except winter wear but realize that we are now at the end of the season; we wanted some gloves because we didn't pack any and got stuck with the storm). Staff here is beyond helpful. We lost a house key and wasn't sure if it was in the parking lot or store. Several people agreed to help us look and Kristin at the customer service desk took our name and phone number. While looking, she texted us to say that someone may have found it. They did! Her help was invaluable. Great Target location. I wish I could pack it up and take it home with us. Really loved their outdoor furniture options this year. read more

I had one of the check out employees dump out all of my items from my shopping basket onto the conveyor belt like an animal. Such disrespect. She was probably mid-twenties and upset that she has actually work to survive and thrive. The older employees at this Target are amazing and go out of their way for you. Too bad the younger generation doesn't share that same respect. The pay is nearly $20 an hour for no experience, give me a break here. Other than that, this Target is nice. read more

The older woman Randy working the dressing rooms wouldn't allow me and my boyfriend into the dressing room together but there were 4 other people doing that exact thing. She discriminated towards us and said it was "different" and pointed to my clothes and how they were skimpy (I had on a crop top and ripped jeans), mentioned my age, then accused us of going to have s** while trying on Easter clothes for tomorrow. She then lifted her arm to hit me with clothings hanger as we were seeing our selves out. She was harassing me waiting in the changing room and wouldn't stop coming up to me and pointing in my face while I was asking for her to please leave me alone. This woman does not fit in with targets values or customer service. I hope this is taken care of. read more

This Target is the worst location of all the Targets I've shopped at around the country, with the most disrespectful, incompetent, and unprofessional customer "service". They also fail to follow the Rule of Law, enforcing the Denver, CO mask mandate - after my dad died from Covid. Tonight I witnessed three people invade my personal space, failing to wear masks, which I called them out on, given my dad died due to these people, after which, one of the men called me a "b*tch"! What should have happened was for Target security to enforce their corporate polices and Denver, CO city & county public health rules. When I reported this public safety concern to management, a women named Stephanie said she would go over to the man in question, and ask him to wear a mask, however she failed to do what she said she would do - after this man incessantly called me a "b*tch," failed to put on his mask, nor apologize. Then Stephanie took away my shopping basket - with all the items I'd wasted time collecting to buy - from me! If that's not all bad enough, the alleged general manager, Anita, then came by, and wagged her finger pointed in my face, inches from my eyes, as her mask was coming off her face & nose! Anita then told me that we all have different "opinions". Anita, a global pandemic substantiated by science that killed my father is not a matter of your personal "opinions". It's called scientific fact. After both women clearly failed science, a male security guard Alex approached, and asked me to leave the store, all as they failed to enforce their own Target corporate policies and Denver, CO Rule of Law. I left the store, and immediately escalated this matter to Target corporate guest services, so that these employees can be educated on proper Target corporate policies & procedures, in order to adhere to the city & county of Denver, CO public health guidelines - vs. be complicit in killing my dad right before the holidays. read more

I was falsely accused of stealing and they made me dump my bag on the checkout thing and when they saw a stole nothing they took my SEPHORIA lip balm and said that I stole it, now how am I going to steal something that's from SEPHORIA at a target. Anyway they took my lip balm and told me to leave. All I have to say its make it make sense like my lip balm is from SEPHORIA and a get they were doing their job because they thought I was a getto thief but they saw I stole nothing and decided to take my SEPHORIA lip balm. This is by far the trashiest Target in Colorado. If I could I would give them a 0 star review but Yelp only lets me put a 1 star review. But at the end of the day I did nothing wrong and those trashy workers need more training, but not even training common sense. read more

The CVS pharmacy in this store is a joke. Every time I go there my prescriptions are not ready after them being there over a week or more. I have now waited 4 weeks for diabetes test strips and they are STILL not ready even after having the prior authorization for over 2 weeks!!!! If you try to call, you will wait on hold for over 30 minutes and no one will EVER Answer!!! Horrible service. read more

I realize that target is pretty much geared towards the younger generation.... especially when it comes to clothes. However, sometimes us older people to do in there to get things... i.e. clothes. I also realize that target does employ many younger people. However, it would be great if target would teach the younger generation of sales people that there are such words as "please", "thank you", and things as "would you mind...". Stood in line for 15 minutes, watched the cashier turn off her light and then as soon as I get up there said "my lane is closed". The pharmacy here is the worst. When they first opened, they were so good, but now they are terrible. It takes forever to get a refill--my doctor called it in 7 hours before I went to pick up. Could only pick up one of four prescriptions. And I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for that one. No explanation. No apology. Reluctantly said they could look up the other three to see where in progress they were, but I said don't bother. I don't know if they are understaffed or what. I've had the same issue before but thought it was a one-off and I would give them another chance. Never again. read more

This Target's customer service is horrendous. I wanted to see if a tv would fit in my car. I was ready to purchase with money in hand. They said they could not bring it to my car to see if it would fit that I would have to buy the TV and bring it out to see if it would fit. They did not offer me any other option to measure it for me or to look at the dimensions with me. All they did was say they couldn't test it. Horrible service and horrible relations. They put out promotional signs and then don't honor them. The manager wasn't even nice or apologetic about it, if they put a sign for a price or promotion the managers should at least have the customer service to honor them otherwise I wouldn't have selected the item. read more

This is probably my favorite Target in the south Denver area. This location and the Glendale one are equal distances from me. However, I very much prefer this one because it's so much less busy than Glendale. If there is a time of day (or evening) when the Glendale Target isn't busy, I haven't seen it, but you can almost hear crickets chirp at this one no matter when you shop. I'm almost hesitant to write that because I feel like this Target is still a well-kept secret, but so be it. It's always very well-stocked and I've never had an issue finding parking. read more

They put items on the self for purchase, but then don't let people buy them cause of a street date. I understand things shouldn't be sold before street date but do a better job in training people to look for those dates and not put the product on the floor allowing customers to get it and then take it from them at the register. read more
