They put items on the self for purchase, but then don't let people buy them cause of a street date. I understand things shouldn't be sold before street date but do a better job in training people to look for those dates and not put the product on the floor allowing customers to get it and then take it from them at the register. read more

After experiencing the Colorado Springs Target where I live now I must say this is an incredibly well organized Target that runs like a machine. Great staff as well that remembers the regulars, always a good feeling for a big store like Target. I don't even shop at Target anymore because the service is so bad down by me. I think this is by far my most favorite Target experience in Aurora. It's really nice, and decent. I can definitely spy the different shopping experience between a Walmart and a target. Target is so biiiig, with lots of space. It's also very quiet, with a friendly crowd. The most nicest thing is how polite everyone seemed to be. At Walmart, nobody gives you some space to look at the aisle, because everyone is so busy trying to find their favorite items. It would be so crowded in the aisles sometimes, that I would feel claustrophobic and would want to come back when it tones down of people. Well, not at target this does not happen to me-- like ever!! It's Target: same as Walmart, but you're paying a little bit extra to not have to actually go to Walmart. Location is convenient, with lot of parking, easy access to Hampden and I-25. Many other businesses nearby as well. Staff is mediocre, even by Target standards. I've been here a few times, and have had less-than-positive interactions nearly every single time. Just one for example: was browsing Men's clothing (which looked like a hurricane had come through), and saw an item I liked, but not in my size. Walked over to the counter with 3 women just hanging out, giggling, and on their phones. They ignored me until I said "excuse me, I was wondering if you had an item in another size somewhere". Without even looking at the item, they said "No" and went back to their phones. Sorry to interrupt your socializing on the clock! Maybe if you took a few minutes to actually, you know...work... your clothing area wouldn't look so beat-up. But maybe that's my fault for bothering them. read more

I'll start out by saying that I'm used to shopping at the Target on Colorado Blvd. It's one of those locations that is just always busy! I decided to give this one a try because the area it's located at is never that busy. Pros: Plenty of parking spaces not far from the main entrance. Clean building and not overly crowded. Didn't have to wait long in line. Checkers move quickly. They have a Starbucks if you like to drink coffee while you shop. Cons: Wanted a couple simple things like camisoles and workout capris. The only sizes they had were XS or XL. Not enough sizes. It's a Target. They are all pretty much the same, but I can usually find my size in various styles. read more

He went so above and beyond costumer service expectations when helping my young autistic nephew at the counter while he was making his first own transaction(video game he'd saved for). I went in for simple cable adapter for my computer and literally was sitting there staring at all of them while two of the employees talked about their hours as well as how some girl who called out was going to be reprimanded but literally sat there for five minutes with me sitting there without saying a single word to me! I understand that sometimes your mind isn't always set on work but if you have someone willing to buy a product that just needs a little guidance on what you have in stock then you should help them out. I completely forgot it was Black Friday but I decided to go to this target, no one else was there lucky me! Not knowing what I was shopping for I started browsing. The employee Lexi was next to the tvs and I had a million questions from tvs to Xbox, she answered all of them! I probably annoyed her so much, but she kept professional and if I did annoy her I would never know! This is the closest Target to me so I frequent here quite often. I have to say, this Target location seems really organized and usual has just the right amount of staff out of the floor in case you need help finding something. Their shelves are usually stocked really well compared to some Targets I've been to, as well. It's pretty much a one stop shop for most of my needs. I will say, when I first started using the Target pharmacy at this location, they were really slow and seemed behind all the time. The past few times I've been here for prescriptions, they have been really quick and efficient. The girls that work at the pharmacy are always really kind and they acknowledge you right away. One time I came here after a doctor's appointment and was feeling miserable. They had my script ready WAY before they approximated and I was out the door really fast. I couldn't thank them enough for that! The lines do seem to get backed up quite often, but I always just head over to the customer service/return area and they ring me out right there and I am on my way! Additionally, returns are really simple and they never give you a hassle about returning an item. read more

I'm soooooo glad this location opened last year. I'm giving average ratings due to it being exactly what I'd expect. It's a Target. The staff there do their job and usually don't ask if you need help looking for items. I did get asked yesterday by a very kind employee who asked everyone she encountered if they were finding what they needed. The only complaint is that occassionally after work, the lines at checkout get very long. By the time they call for help or open up customer service to help checking out, it can be a wait. P.S. If you eat morningstar veggie burgers, get them here instead of King Soopers. The bigger box of 8 are $5.99 and you usually will get a coupon for $1 off your next purchase of three or more items. At KS, I think it's usually $4.59 or so unless there is a sale for a box of 4. read more

Target has become a very convenient store for me. It is very clean and their groceries seem to be fresher than most Targets. I like the store atmosphere and often just walk around to look at the cool displays. I wouldn't come here to grocery shop, but it's a great option if you only need one of two things on your way home. It's located in a pretty cool shopping center with several restaurants and bars, along with a Chik fil-a. I see no reason why i wouldn't come here again. read more

I have to use CVS due to my insurance. This CVS is a mixture of rudeness and incompetence. You will wait at and the counter while the pharmacy and the tech play a game of who can avoid recognizing you longest. When I went in today, I was told they did not have the med (a cough syrup) and would not be able to get it for three days. I asked if she could tell me who had it around. She rolled her eyes and said she had no idea. I asked her to call the doctor and see if he could prescribe something else. She told me to give her the name of the doctor & the number. I asked her if she had that on the prescription - and she finally said yes. It is like the simplest things are too much trouble. She said she could leave a message and "hope" the doctor got it. When I called corp customer service, they suggested I drive around to different CVS stores in Denver and ask them if they had the med. If they did, I could call my doctor and ask him to send a new prescription over. I dont even know the name of the med bc it was sent directly to the pharmacy....never mind that I am sick, have fever, and am contagious. I watch people in this pharmacy have issues all the time. Recommendation - if you are sick, do NOT seek healthcare here. read more

Constantly hurrased by cashiers to sign up for the red card. This is some card that is either credit or pre paid debit that you need to get to not be overcharged 5%. Of course they say it saves you 5%, but as they say s... aint free. This program is offensive since just less than two years ago I had to cancel all my cards due to the companies lack of dilligance in being carful with my personal information. I will give cudos to the Starbucks side. Always good service and good drinks. read more

There's only 1 gripe I have about this Target and it's a small one - the customer service center is oddly placed. The first time I tried to figure out where it was, I was not successful. It is placed at the front of the store but looks like a regular checkout lane and it's supposed to be multi-use so that people can also check out there but makes it confusing to return something because you have to walk around or thru the aisle to get to the line on the other side of where the checkout stand is. Wish they had done better planning when they put it there this way. Other than that, I LOVE this Target and its location to me is the best part. The store is not a Super Target for which I'm grateful. I'm not one who likes to shop for food while shopping for other department-store like items. There is a Starbucks and food center in the store but that's about it for the amenities. Nice wide aisles and lots of stuff to buy or drool over. The layout is easy to follow and the aisle labels make it easy to find stuff. If you haven't discovered the Target Cartwheel program, go to Target.com and sign up for it - it's fabulous! Great customer service and clean store! We were looking for a decent, affordable bookcase. There were several choices, only in a few colors. One which was perfect for our living room! Bookcase we had to assemble, and it was simple. Similar setup to an IKEA product, just far superior. Sturdy, pretty heavy, and easy to move around without thinking it might break on you. Granted, my IKEA stuff has lasted well over a decade, I believe this is of much higher quality and will not be subjected to my storage areas. The store needs more products in the home and living section. It could also be a bit cleaner and organized, but that's all I got for negatives. Highly recommend this store if you need towels, decorations, or other home products. The cashier even offered us help getting everything to our car, if we needed. That is good service! Corless when approached gave a big friendly welcoming smile and asked if he could help me before I could get a word out. I told him what I needed but the shelf was empty. He pulled out his hand held device and said that there should be some in back and asked how many do you need. I felt bad when I said one. Corless gave a big smile and said I be right back and was with the one gallon of distilled water a big $0.99 sale, but very important to me for my CPAP machine. This is the the kind of service that make a store standout to customer and is appreciated. I was excited to see this new location of Target. There's a huge new parking lot out front and the store has a Starbuck's as well as easily accessible public restrooms. Nothing spectacular other than that, they pretty much do what they do at Target, but I like that this store is not as crowded as some of the other metro area locations. New, clean, organized. I know that the 'best' Target in Colorado is supposed to be the one on Colorado Blvd, however, I ardently disagree. That said, this is the second closest Target to my house. The closest is the Target on Araphaoe, but I don't shop here due to the inconsistent service (sometimes you wait what seems like forever in line) and the limited number of SKUs from which to choose. This Hampden location has the biggest selection AND availability of SKUs that I've seen in Colorado. They are always appropriately staffed and their customer service counter (although oddly placed) is staffed with knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I really like this Target. It's convenient right off of Hampden and offers a large parking lot. The store itself is very big. It isn't considered a Super Target, but I've been to a few Super Target's and this one is better than most. This location is almost always clean and organized and offers a wide selection of products and not picked over like some Targets are. There's a Starbucks inside the store as well as a Colorado Sports section with lots of Broncos and Rockies gear for sale. The employees are very helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs which makes the experience a good one. read more

The electronics Dept has a really great associate named Cassady who has helped us find our product not once but twice. One was a Funko Pop and the other a NECA item both not on the shelf although the website said they were in stock. She searched the storage area and found our item with a smile and sincere customer service. she's a superstar! Really makes me like shopping here. read more

This was the only Target out of 4 that I went to that would not price match deals from Game Stop. The other 3 Targets I went to were happy to help and got me a great deal. The girl working the register was kind and polite but the manager Chris flat out told me they would not do what other Targets would. Very disappointed. This is a pretty decent Target. I mostly go here for the pharmacy and household products. Or when I get the urge to redecorate, in which case I end up wandering aimlessly among the aisles only to realize it's 3 hours later and I have a basket full of pillows, lamps, and picture frames. The home and clothing areas can be messy sometimes; however, the store as a whole is clean. I've always encountered polite staff (not always helpful but they at least try). The store is brand new as of the summer of '13. The staff are as friendly as you would expect. The store is busy most of the time. It's pretty well run from the looks of it but then again they don't start stores without putting a few great people in place for management. Lovely Target!! Great staff and really not very crowded at all. I am now making this my "home" target even though my first visit was today. Very new, opening just last year in July. And it is very clean as well! Unlike other Targets around the city that have gone downhill this one is just the opposite and I will continue to visit. It's very convenient for me, and it's also never very crowded. Sometimes it seems a bit understaffed, but I've never had to wait really long to check out. Mostly I just get groceries here, and very occasionally they will be out of veggies or some other item. It don't go at odd hours so I'm not sure why they sometimes run out of stock, but otherwise, it fits well with my budget and I'm pretty happy with the store. read more

I ordered a treadmill online via target.com. Target hired efwnow to deliver the treadmill. The treadmill was never delivered and neither company will take responsibility for this. I have entered a theft claim against EFWNOW and TARGET as well as a fraud claim. This is absolutely outrageous. Someone needs to be responsible for this item. EFW emailed me repeatedly indicating my package would be delivered on the 20th (see below), the company also called and left an automated message with the same delivery date. I tried to schedule a specific delivery time using the link provided in your company's email and received an error message indicating I would receive a call to schedule the delivery. Target has told me to file a police report which I have also done. Target indicated they called EFW and spoke with the driver who said he left it on the porch. I believe your company / driver has stolen the item. No one at EFW or Target has been helpful. I spent more than $300 on an item that is now gone and all any of they can say is "it's not our fault it's their fault". I will NEVER order from, shop at Target again. And if EFW is an actual delivery company Target should discontinue using them if they provide this type of service. You will see the email sent to me by EFW below. By the way, they sent this email message to me AGAIN on 1/19/16 again indicating my package would be delivered on the 20th yet when called they said it was already delivered.
