    I was in a rush to grab some last minute feminine essentials, so the pick up order I reserved was not ready when I arrived. So, the young lady at Pick Up was really nice and told me I could cancel the order. Upon checking out at the self check out/express line Maeve stood over my shoulder but at one of the out of order stations as I rang up my order. They were sure to let me know they were watching me because "Be well now" was added as I left. All of the other POS(s) were occupied with several people at each station but they only kept an eye on me and made me feel uncomfortable.

    I don't think I can fully adequately describe my love for Target. This one, however, seems a bit disorganized. I was looking for sparkling water specifically, and they only had large bottles in stock. The entire shelf for the individual bottles was empty. All of their clerks seem really busy with stocking supplies, so they could probably use more help to make the store seem more organized and clean? Also, this store doesn't have a liquor license. So if you want to purchase adult beverages, you will have to make your way down to the wine store, a few doors away. This store has its potentials!

    Could anyone from the corporate office please come to witness the disaster that is Target Danvers. It is horrendous and this is not a Covid related issue. The store has been disorganized and an absolute mess since their reopening after renovating a year and a half ago. It doesn't even deserve one star.

    As a customer, this is a great Target. There are a ton of options in every section. They have the best prices on makeup and beauty, and every section is well organized. During the day they have plenty of registers open but at night they only have about 2 open. Very clean and well maintained, but unfortunately they only have pizza hut in the food court and no Starbucks. As a former employee, this is the BEST target to work at. All of the staff are genuinely nice and helpful towards each other. I've worked at 3 other stores and they do not compare to here at all. Unfortunately they don't have enough hours to give due to corporate but this specific store is the best store to work for. Liz the store manager is fantastic, as well as everyone else.

    This Target is such a joke. No matter what day or time I go in here, the shelves are poorly stocked and there are enormous pallets of boxes blocking aisles every which way. Today when I was in there, I went down an aisle only to discover I couldn't turn left OR right. I recently moved here from another part of the state, where my local Target was absolutely pristine at all times-like actually gleaming (Westwood...ughh I miss it!) The Starbucks inside this store is also horrendous. The regular barista working there is rude, and they are always out of cup sleeves, coffee flavors, grande size lids...you name it. I'd rather drive half a mile and order my $5 latte and know that I'll get exactly what I've asked for and not have to burn my hand holding a scalding hot cup. Bottom line-this place is in desperate need of new management.

    This Target is just like any other Target, except that it sells groceries... Somewhat overpriced, but still sells them... I do love however that when I walk though the Freezer section the lights are censored so they turn on as I walk by... I dont dare buy the Produce there but for soda & Cereal its great to stop in when Im in Target for other things... The parking lot is huge & I love that I can go in & out and not have to enter the mall...

    I do love this target for its little grocery store HOWEVER I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS need to check dates on everything. It seems everything is months expired or damaged/opened and I don't realize until I get home. I like the convenience of it because I can just run in and grab basic items like milk and eggs but it's happened way too many times where I come home and food is expired! Like does no one check the shelves?? I just never think so make sure every single item I have is still in date because I would think this would be done by employees. And the other day I got home to a package damaged but I didn't notice because it was in a box. Do better target!

When I sent a friend to check out the store they noted that there was no "no return policy posted" and the sales person did not offer the policy until asked Think twice before purchasing from CKS. Our sectional was delivered flawlessly, with great care, and kindness. We are very happy we found such a dedicated family business to work with and highly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture. We also saw the same sectional "on sale" at Cardi's for a few hundred more. Friends have shared stories of their difficulties in ordering furniture during this time and while the whole industry is dealing with setbacks, especially family run stores, they communicated well and were great to work with. I have been a…read moreclient for 20 years at this store and have dealt with many lovely woman and men over the years, but unfortunately I can longer accept the arrogance and ego of the current manager, Frank. He treats his customers and staff with same dismissive matter of fact tone that doesn't belong in a retail customer service/ sales and managerial role. Today I came into the store to ask for a discount bc a fabric that I had ordered 2 months ago had a subtle imperfection through the entire role. That went unnoticed until after my upholsterer had cut into it. I brought the remaining white fabric to show him. He looked at it and then me and said smugly "I cant take it back and nothing I can do to help you". When I proceeded to challenge him, he in turn "you are supposed to inspect all fabrics before it's is cut into...". All of which I expected as their standard response into policy. What I am upset about was his tone and his arrogance in shamining me. He had a he ability to respond positively and even offer me some discount on future (btw, which he did after I told him I'm never shopping here again and will be reviewing store and him in every social media and review site possible). Frank, you manage a retail store which customer service should matter. Your demeanor is arrogant and condescending always. Your reputation precedes you and as far as I concerned earned. To the other lovely saleswoman, I am sorry for disruption this morning and work hard to compensate for your manager, Frank. Calico corporate sales, look into this review. He has this reputation in our community and many people like myself would rather drive to Natick or order from smaller designers or retail stores UPDATE! Donna, Regional Manager, called me within 24 hours of this post and thoughtfully listened to my "drama" with Frank, Manager from Hanover MA store. I am happy to post I received exceptional service from Natick MA store manager, Deb!     I visited Calico Corners because i wanted to purchase two drapery traverse rods and finials. It was…read morethe first store i went to and I was all set to move forward with the transaction until the installation charge was calculated. Installation was over $300.00 which I thought was excessive and exorbitant!!! I went to two other reputable local merchants, purchased from one, and in both cases the install charge was under 100.00. I contacted the Calico Corners website, inquired about the install fee, and have yet to get a response even though the site says a response in approx 24 hours. Still waiting!!!!!!!
