I love when u need help and you actually get it ... Chelsea is willing to go the xtra mile ... that's important

I've been trying to contact Target for the passed two days. I applied there and got the job however, they haven't came in contact for the job orientation. It's been six or seven days since I got the email so I was assuming I'd get a call soon since they are in need of employees. The reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because they were quick at the beginning. They got back to me and made an interview in the span of a day or two. However, how are you going to call yourself a great chain if you wong even answer the store phone? read more

Very dirty. Some food was expired. They had no storm trains in the parking lot and 13 inches of rain had just fallen, so half of the parking spots were flooded out. Also, the ceiling had leaks in it and the flooding in the parking lot was up to my waist! The workers were very mean and the store was a mess. read more

Had a decent selection of clothing and sizes, so that's a plus. BUT like others have said here, CHECK expiration dates on any food you buy here. I bought chips and they were stale! Didn't check the date b/c they were chips..but from now on I'll be more careful! read more

Produce was moldy, products on sale are expired. Go next door to king kullen to save yourself a headache.

this place is right by my work so i walk here during lunch a lot. its a target. located in the plaza with home depot and red lobster and burger king and some others. looks like a target. clean and shelves always stocked. never any lines i guess cause im here during lunch. i wish there was a starbucks inside. too bad. that wouldve made it better. read more

Great location and close to home. It is easily accessible on sunrise highway and right next to red lobster! Prices are great and can definitely compete with Walmart. Store is clean and organized and every visit is a great experience. It gets pretty busy during peak hours so j prefer to go at night to avoid long lines and they are open pretty late too which is a plus. Having Starbucks in there is also great. This is my go to store when I'm in need of anything. read more

The worst target I've ever seen. No one answers the phone and the customer service seriously sucks. If you don't want a job dealing with people and answering phones you're in the wrong field. Answer your phones for a start. read more

This store is horrible. Their return/exchange policy is bs and should be stated on their receipts. Yesterday I purchased an air mattress to go home to find out it was missing the pump. So I box it back up and bring it back, mind you, with the receipt. They told me they couldn't give a refund due to box having been opened. How's a person to know that all is there unless you open the box? So now, I called corporate which they were useless and I just filed with the BBB. Next step will be a civil suit. I have the receipt and it was less than 24hrs also. I won't be going to target again. read more

The re-structuring of the store has been fantastic. Everything looks great. I saw beautiful show displays of excellent merchandise very neatly set up. The store is bright, open and very well arranged. The food section was very clean and the produce looked very fresh. The only problem I saw with the store was the way the CUSTOMERS are treating the goods. There were brand new items all over the floors, off the racks, left by customers?! Brand new goods where carts could roll over them. Employees were working very hard to keep up with the messes the customers left behind. I think the public needs to be more mindful and respectful of what is being made available to them in a very nice modern store. We are losing too many stores. We need to be responsible consumers so businesses can make a profit and stay in our neighborhoods. I have not had any experience with asking for warranties to be honored or being on hold for a long time. I cannot speak for those complaints. The employees I did encounter were working hard to keep the store straightened up and were very friendly. I was just upset over the potential waste of all the items carelessly dropped all over the floors. Thank you Target for updating this store. Good job! read more

My mother and I went to this store today. We ussally go here. We went to the cosmetics isle and they were completely redoing the store. A big empty space was in the middle blocked off, and the shelfs were very unorganized. Nothing was in it's usual place. There was no signs directing you to the correct place. We asked numerous employees and thy said they weren't sure. We had to look around the entire store, and still never found anything. Also to mention, they're clothing size selection is very poor. My mother and I normally wear mediums and there was very few opinions for us. Clothes were thrown on the floor and the employees weren't doing anything. Not a good experience. read more

I use to work at this target so theres a certain level of incompentency i expected, but this was bad. Came in to redeem wic checks for the second time ever (first pregnancy)and the cashier asked if I had the checks signed, which they aren't supposed to be until after everything goes through. We picked up some peanut butter and cereal with my wic paper explaining everything that's eligible. But the peanut butter didn't go through, so I asked for a manager because the paper said any brand. There was no front end manager, and the one the girl was to was appare tly off the clock but for some reason still on the floor. The cashier went to her and was told that it was only store brands, which she then told me. I asked if the front end TL could come to the register so that I could show her and that she may override it which is an option. But she refused to come over and insisted that she was off the clock but was talking to two other associates by the jewelry area. The cashier never asked me to sign my checks which is a requirement. She was not helpful and not friendly. Overall I am disappointed because I use to work here and no one knows what their supposed to be doing. Also, why isn't there a front end manager relieving the girl who was leaving. Either way, I'm not going back there again. read more

Came here pregnant for my last shopping trip before going into labor which was expected any minute. Had a full cart which included two packages of maxi pads which the promotion was buy 2 packages of always and get a $5 target gift card. Now there were signs all over the feminine product isles that states this promotion including the date. When I was at the register ready to pay I asked the woman when I would receive the gift card, from a prior experience I knew she should have been handing it over to me at any minute. However this woman barely spoke English and had to ask a very elderly woman who also worked there about it. So I told her and she tossed the ad at me and said find it. When I couldn't find the one for what I had she said it's the wrong brand and I told her well in the aisle it say always and it's all over there. She looked at me and said we'll go get a sign idk what you're talking about I said to her I just stood here a good 20 minutes waiting in line after all the time I spent walking around the store and I am 9 months pregnant and swollen she said so? I left everything there and walked out. I will never return to this location again. It's a shame because I frequented this establishment weekly and now I find it well worth the drive to head up to any other location. Was sad to see how their customer service was 5 steps below Walmart. Very saddening read more
