A really nice store with lots of selection. It was very clean and tidy. We were there for men's jeans and they had many different options. Change rooms were conveniently located. This place runs like a well oiled machine!!! I'm not going to lie --I was hesitant to come here to pick up my order during the holiday hecticness. This Target is pretty popular on the off season; I was assuming it would be jam packed a week before Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised as when I walked into the store at 5:45pm & up to the service desk; there was no line. I waited for less than a minute to be greeted by an employee who promptly asked for my info & retrieved my items. Thank you for being so quick & organized. One less holiday stressor. Been going to target for years and is consistently one of my favorite pop in stores. You can get just about anything you need here and then some! I particularly like their choices of home accessories, especially the decorative pillows and accessories. Target maintains a clean clutter free store which I think is great. There is ample parking and lots of handicapped spots available for those in need. The restrooms are always clean and the staff and clerks are eager to please. Just take your time and browse through the store. If you are going on vacation they have a great selection of toiletries that are just perfect for packing! Wanna little something to sip on after or before you shop? There is a Starbucks located in the front of the store! My favorite thing at target? The shopping carts! You'll never find a cart that has a wheel that try's to go the opposite way you are pushing it. Sure, it's better when we shop local. Chains are inherently less interesting than one-offs. But there is something to be said for a reliable and clean retail store. Target fits this bill as well as anyone. Some items will probably be a little more expensive than you like. Others will be cheaper. Such is life. I'm still bitter that the CD section is now almost non-existent, but I'm sure it's a good business decision. Target remains an appealing option for in store retail therapy. read more

I love this target as an alternative to going to the Walmart in Clarksville. It's a Super Target, so you can get groceries, clothing, Electronics, household goods and beauty products quickly without having to deal with people in pajamas. There's a Starbucks location that has been opened ever since the Target was built. There is also a small concession stand with popcorn and drinks. The only negative I have about this place is the bathrooms. I have a real problem going to certain public restrooms and this is definitely one I will not go to. It smells funny and it's never really clean. It is unfortunately on my avoid list for restrooms. read more

This is a newer Target store that was part of the Veterans Parkway retail explosion in the mid-00s. As of this writing, the layout is slightly different than most other (and older) Target stores in the greater Louisville area. The color pallet and theming on the inside is similar to most other Targets, however, the outside sports a newer "Frank Lloyd Wright" style. In the end, it's a good store. Most folks know already if they are a fan of Target. If you are, you'll be pleased with this store. read more

Target is one of my favorite big box retailers. It's one of those places I can't be trusted to visit because I almost always come out with more than I went in for. The prices are reasonable and they have a good, positive footprint in their community (unlike their closest competitor where I never shop, cheap isn't worth supporting corporate greed). Their clothes are good quality. They have nice housewares and they even have small grocery stores now. I like one stop shopping here. read more

Bought a new dresser and paid extra for assembly. It's been 3 weeks now since I bought it and still hasn't been assembled. Even better - Handy (assembly company) says they can't help me, call Target. Target says they've "exhausted all efforts, call Handy". Target also won't refund. So now I'm out almost $80 and still have to find the time to assemble the dresser that I paid to have assembled 3 weeks ago!! Do better Target!! Rididculous! read more

What you need to know about this Target is that this is probably the best location in Southern Indiana. In addition to just feeling more expansive than my home Target store, there seem to be more product options at this location. Also, the Starbucks is a nice touch. read more

So I'm a bit of a Target fashionista. I'm kind of abscessed with the entire store from their groceries to their clothing line. They have great deals all the time you just have to know where to look for them. I frequented the store so often that I decided to get myself a target credit card. Danger zone! However because of their low prices every day and great customer service I've always been fine to pay back what I've spent I also save pot 5% every time I use it. I found myself in there using it whenever I'm low on money in my bank account to buy groceries or an emergency outfit for a night out on the town. This target in particular has a great dollar section. I'm a teacher's aide so I'm constantly looking for little things to incentivize my students with. Overall I like this Target as far as what they offer. I like that this is a "super" Target and I can run in here really quickly if I need to pick up something from the grocery section and I don't want to deal with the grocery. I've saved almost $200 thanks to the Cartwheel app in the last three years. I love Target... That being said, the checkout experience usually leaves me irritated. It seems like this Target store hounds you more than others about their Target card even in the self-checkout lanes. I have the credit card but never used it after the initial sign up because it's so easy to spend extra money and the interest rates are horrible on these store cards. Yes, I know there's a debit card version but that's just something else I have to keep up with, and usually the store brands are always 5% off on Cartwheel. I typically say "No I don't have one and that I'm not interested" because I learned if I said I had one and didn't use it, they asked questions about that too. Their hounding got to the point where I shopped elsewhere so I didn't have to hear it for a while. Our experience on Sunday really soured my experience after my boyfriend was asked not once but THREE times if he wanted to sign up. Finally the young guy said, "It'd really help me out if you signed up!" At least he's honest but that was a little over the line. read more

Love the store design. Great selection! Customer service is lacking. Never been to a Target and experienced such a rude cashier. Not sure if Dayla was having a bad day or if she is just grumpy by nature. She rolled her eyes when I handed her a gift card. I questioned the price of an item, she never acknowledged my question. Looked it up in the ad, literally flipping the pages like, "why am I doing this?". She said it's not ringing up. I said there is a tag under the product and offered to show an associate where I got the item. She pulled out her cell phone while she was waiting on the manager. She called for the supervisor, and then pointed at me. I explained the situation, once again he just tried searching in the system, which obviously didn't work, or it would've rung up right. He said I can't leave the front but I'll find someone. So I meet another manager who then apologized to me for the hassle, the system was incorrect and what I stated was correct. I walked back up to the front. I said the system rang it up wrong. Never once did she apologize or say anything. Sorry I didn't get the name of the manager at Clarksville Target who authorized an exchange of my TomTom GPS. TomTom would do nothing to help me with it, though I couldn't get a GPS signal and it was worthless to me. (Christmas gift, not used until a recent trip - when it was unable to be used.) This young woman authorized the replacement of the gps with anything in electronics for the same price. I did not get another TomTom. If I knew how to leave a zero star review for them, I would! Anyway - kudos to Target for fantastic customer service. I love Target! read more

Today went in with my 2 year old as I normally do about once a week . He wanted popcorn(as usual) so we went over to the concession area and got in the line, there was 2 people in front of me . The lady working the counter proceeds to ask me if I'm in line and if so the line starts on the others side in a rude tone as if I'm stupid . I then inform her I'm very aware of how the line is supposed to go however the line was started the opposite way by the people in front of me, so I have no idea why she chose to tell me and not any of them . She then for some reason tells me I need to lose MY attitude as if I'm supposed to just let her talk to me like shit . Unfortunately for her I'm not the type of person you're going to walk all over . I told her I'm good and she needed to lose her attitude considering she came at me out of nowhere. She then tells me she's not serving me,LMAO, I guess because I didn't just let her talk to me any type of way . She tried to serve the guy behind me but he refused and told her I was in front of him and it was my turn . She told him well I'm not serving her so what do you want ? She was also very rude to him as well . He then again told her NO she was ahead of me get her first ! She then proceeds to say fine I'm not serving either of you all . She ends up getting me the popcorn and icee cup after she realized I wasn't leaving then proceeded to argue with me over why I needed to basically let her act any type of way because her husband died . I apologized for her loss but told her everyone has shit going on in their life and it's no excuse to take It out on people who have nothing to do with it . Especially customers at your place of employment! When I tried to pay for my items she refused my money, WTF! So I just left the money on the counter because Im paying for what I get, I overpaid since she wasn't taking it to even give change but oh well .Pathetic excuse for customer service. I informed the manager(John) of what happened and told him that she probably needs to not be dealing with customers if she can't keep her emotions under control. It was completely unprofessional and honestly just completely disgusting how she acted . I saw nothing was done on the way out as she was still working the counter an hour later . Probably won't return considering customer complaints don't seem to be taken seriously and handled. Ahh Target... my al ma mater. I worked at the State St. store a long time ago, and just can't go anywhere else now. This is one of the nicer stores and they recently expanded the grocery section, which is very nice. The best thing about Target is the checkout. Unlike other stores they will actually get more people to come up and help checkout more customers. This store does get busier than others, but you don't usually have to wait long. read more

Last week I received a very belated wedding gift, it was a dutch oven who's current value in the store is $90. There was no gift receipt but I didn't think it would be a problem to return it for store credit. When I got to the store the customer service lady told me to pull up my gift registry but since it had been longer than 60 days since the wedding it was no longer in their system. Then she asked for my drivers license and informed me that there was a $70 limit on all returns. After scanning my license she told me that since I had returned something else within the last year I could only exchange it for something in the kitchen department and that it only applied to items with certain numbers in the bar code. I was infuriated! Of course I had returned something in the last year, I just got married! I had already returned several repeat items that I had received off my registry and I already had all the kitchen stuff I could possibly want. I was bringing this store business by registering and telling everyone to buy our gifts there and now I'm being punished for it!! So the store wanted a $90 object that I'm sure they will resell for $90 they only wanted to give my $70 and they wanted to tell me what I had to spend that money on.... WHAT A SCAM!!!!! read more

Once a loyal Target shopper I've become less of a fan of late because it seems that I'm less and less frequently able to find the items I'm looking for when I head through the doors of my local Target. Just the other day I headed into the Clarsville Target looking for a pair of women's jean shorts or kakhi shorts. Mind you there is a difference between juniors shorts and women's shorts, namely that women have hips and juniors do not. Women's clothes are designated by even sizes and juniors clothes are designated by odd sizes. It took an excessive amount of time to locate any women's sizes at all amidst all of the juniors clothes and the women's shorts were limited to two styles. One of them was elastic banded which was not what I was looking for. They did have women's jean shorts but they were out of my size. Disappointing, especially since a week later I was able to find both pairs of shorts in my size at Walmart. This might not have been so disappointing if it had been the first time I had gone into this Target and walked out empty handed but a few weeks earlier I headed into Target looking for a purse and walked away with nothing because the quality of their purses seems to have taken a nose dive. In addressing product quality I also need to mention that I bought a futon from this store in August and by February one of the legs had snapped off and a hole had worn through the cover just from normal use. I used to be willing to pay Target's prices even though they were slightly higher than Walmart because their quality and selection was better, however now that their quality and selection has slipped away there is no reason for me to keep shopping there. read more
