It's a bit of everything but you can't go inside with an expectation to find a specific item, or anything of high quality. The store is unorganized, even from shelf to shelf, but items are well marked with price tags. If you find an item that you like but want another, walk slowly down the aisles in case you can find it down the row. Ross isn't a destination spot but if you're already shopping in the area, it's surrounded by several other shops and restaurants. It's worth popping in to check out their current inventory.

Target is Target is Target.  They're pretty much reliable and consistent everywhere you go.  This…read moreparticular location recently got the CVS add-on, which brought a much better selection of Health and Beauty Aids on board.  Their grocery section is surprisingly good, but feels a bit on the small side compared to other retail locations that have adopted grocery offerings. Two of the things that stand out for me at this location: 1)  The newly renovated Starbucks.  I like that the recent renovation that took out the old, staid Target snack bar to make it more of a grab-and-go kind of situation with a few tables, and the Starbucks is the star of that show. #AboutFreakingTime B) The service desk isn't as chaotic as some other Target service desks.  I like the fact that there are individual kiosks instead of a long-ass counter. Shopping at this location is pretty easy and, for the most part, things are the same as in most other locations.   If I'm looking for fabricated half-inch pipe I know where to look because I know where the fabricated half-inch pipe is located in a different store.  (Will someone PLEASE get that movie reference?) The staff is usually attentive and helpful here.  I'm the most impressed when I visit electronics.  I was recently looking for a new sound bar and had a few questions about options on some of the models.  I spoke to two different team members and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful.

A few live plants are available but this isn't a large focus of the shop. While I think most pieces look like quality items, I struggled with the pricing. The options weren't different enough to convince me to spend the extra dollars, especially when it'll be outside in the elements and may not last several years.

Secret Garden offers even more than that too - gifts, soaps, baby stuff...all kinds of cute items! The women who work here are super sweet! Two of them came up to me offering help, also mentioning the store was having a 'birthday party' the following day with cake and wine for customers. This is a great place to browse if you love home decor, especially for outdoors!

We always bring our own tape measure but staff were walking around the showroom with them. We needed a very specific size for our living room. I like that their website also items that are available in their showroom. We paid to have our couch delivered. Delivery staff notified us of delivery the day prior. I appreciated the 30 minute heads up prior to delivery on that day. The two men that delivered our couch had attention to detail & were quick in the process. Thank you for a great buying experience!

The service at Overstock when purchasing a new sectional, a new mattress and box springs was very…read moreeasy, almost too easy. You know how the old saying goes if sounds too good to be true it most likely is. My wife and I went to overstock on Saturday the 18th and at checkout we inquired about hauling away our old furniture when they deliver our new and we were told to just discuss it with the drivers and work out an arrangement with them. The manager told us that he had never heard of anyone being turned down. We spoke to the delivery drivers, and they were as frustrated as we were as this has happened 5 or 6 times in the last week and wished the salespeople would quit telling customers this as it just isn't so. The delivery drivers were very professional and just trying to their jobs no complaints. Once we found out that the old furniture was going to be left on our front lawn because they could not take it I refused the shipment. This gets more ridiculous as customer support for LOW is telling me how sorry she is with no resolution. I told her if you are going to apologize for something it should follow with an action to show sincerity of the apology. She followed up by telling me there would be a 10% restocking fee I am assuming that was the nice gesture from LOW. So now I have no new furniture and before the 18th of July I had 1900.00 which now I have 1578.24. There is two things I would like to see happen from this review as well as the complaint I have made with the BBB. First, I would like the remaining balance that LOW stole from me returned secondly, I would like LOW to explain more clearly to their future customers what they are getting into. This would avoid these types of situations. For those that do happen to read this just a suggestion if you have old furniture, you need removed make sure you get a CRYSTAL-CLEAR explanation of how, who, and when it will be removed.
