As I'm sipping my delicious wine, I find that my mind is drawn to one important thought: This Ollie's Bargain Outlet that I visited in Clarksville two months ago would have been greatly improved if they sold wine. Ollie's doesn't sell wine (or any alcohol, for that matter). Too bad! But if you're in the market for discounted boxes of Hungry Jack mashed potatoes, bird feeders, comforter sets, off-brand slider storage bags, water guns and neoprene gloves, Ollie's is your store. There's a lot of stuff everywhere, and honestly, it's a little overwhelming. Ollie's takes a page from the Aldi playbook: There are just ripped open boxes of items on the shelves. To heck with aesthetics -- Ollie's is too busy saving you money to fiddle around with arranging items on a shelf nicely. I stopped in to get some lotion, and wouldn't you know, I could only find one bottle of lotion in the whole store. It wasn't a brand that I would have normally bought, but you can't be picky at Ollie's. You get what you get or you can get the eff out. Visiting Ollie's is like participating in a treasure hunt. You don't know what you'll find, or if you'll find anything at all. But it's worth a shot to stop in and try.

He was friendly and knowledgeable about the memory foam mattresses and bases. We had met a man (not GENTLE-man) from Mattress Firm at the Kentucky State Fair so we started a bit leery as the person at the fair put the word Hard in Hard Sell! Think the work kind of cliched salesman and that was him. Yet with Steve he didn't try to oversell us and helped us make a solid decision. As I was finalizing the sale I noticed my wife checking out the furniture. We are from RI and when I think of these warehouse sales places I think low quality. Not here. Sherry found Klausner sofas, love seats and chairs. Not only were they at great prices but you had your choice of custom fabric. So we bought all three. We had also purchased a bed frame previously from a higher end mall store. Steve pulled out a book and had some great alternatives so we purchased a king frame for 500 less and 125 less in shipping! So we got the end tables too. Finally we saw this great side table for the kitchen. Quite unique. So we put that in the basket. All in all we got an amazing price on all these items. Delivery was low and the service was great. Steve worked with us for over 2 hours! Great job Steve. And do yourself a favor and check this place out!

We walked in and I already knew what I was looking for, a couch. We walked from the very front of the store all the way to the back wall. We passed at least 5 sales associates and not 1 spoke to us. Not only that, the couches we did see were lack luster. Customer service was lacking which may be why I didn't find what I was looking for. I was looking for a sleeper/sectional couch, but I could not find anything close. If they had something along those lines, I would have never known. After about 10-15 minutes of making our way through the sectionals we simply left. There were a ton of associates who seemed to be standing around chatting with each other. Unsure if there was a team meeting on the sales floor.

I most report today EVA the manager at Denver Mattress made it right. After researching the problem more and asking for additional pictures Denver Mattress approved getting a replacement mattress for our defective mattress. We appreciate Eva taking the time to do what was right and make the customer happy. Our new updated model Purple mattress will be delivered tomorrow. Thanks again for correcting the problem, we will now return to Denver Mattress for future needs.
