I love this store location. Store is always nice and clean. Great customer service from most staff in that store. Until my last visit on Sunday 11/26/2017 at around 12 noon-1:37 pm. I was in the CLEARANCE SECTION in the women department. Granted, I had already spent an HOUR in the department with my teenager (imagine that) Walked to the Electronic's to get the laptop that was on sale for $130 for my niece's birthday and was ready to check out. As the young lady was ringing me out, I noticed the sign for additional 20% off on clearance items for apparel. Mentioned it to the cashier and she didn't know what I was talking about so she instantly called someone over. A guy name Jason ( who was very feminine ) nothing against that at all. So he looked at me and of course I asked him about the sign. He looked at me again with a big smile and jokingly said how he was going to charge me per minute for having to walk over to the ladies department and look for the sign. So, as we were walking to the see the sign, he walks away from me and starts talking to some staff, I figured someone needed him so I kept walking and just took a picture of the sign for him with my phone. He never came back towards me to check on me, so I started to look for him, instantly saw him going towards the electronic's back room and headed towards him. Finally, caught up to him and i said " hello excuse me, here is the sign" He then turned around to me, never did he apologized for just leaving me from the register to look for the sign, he looks at me and says, ( OH well you have SALES ITEMS ON THE REGISTER, NOT CLEARANCE) i then said, NO, I have both sales and clearance sales on the register. He then said, no you don't! I looked at him awkwardly, and said "Honey i do know the difference between sales and clearance" he looked at me again with an unhappy facial expression and said to me, FINE, I WILL GIVE YOU THE 20% OFF, he then turns around and says out loud as he was walking away from me, and i'm following him, he says ( NEXT TIME DON'T BE RUDE) I could not believe it, i said " EXCUSE ME JASON, BUT WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME?? He turned around and REPEATED IT TO MY FACE, " I SAID NEXT TIME DON'T BE RUDE!!" I was shocked, so i asked him as we were both finally back at the register, i asked, how was i being rude to you?? He than said, " the part when you said, "HONEY I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SALE AND CLEARANCE, and he repeated to my face in front of his staff and other guests around us, watching the whole situation happening. So, of course i asked for a MANAGER ON DUTY, he looks at me and says I AM THE MANAGER... Than he went on saying " EXCUSE ME, BUT I DON'T TOLERATE RUDENESS FROM ANYONE OR DISRESPECT FROM ANYONE INCLUDING YOURSELF! Then he turns to the cashier and says " YOU KNOW WHAT, DON'T GIVE HER THE EXTRA 20% OFF, AND WALKS AWAY FROM ME!!!" Now who was being rude ladies and gents??? I was SHOCKED of his unprofessionalism and UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR!! WOW!!! What kind of training do they give these Store Managers now a days!!?? I worked RETAIL for a long time and never have I ever disrespected any of my customers to their face or around guests and staff, even if I knew the customer was DEAD WRONG and just RUDE... This person obviously was mad at the WORLD and had a HORRIBLE THANKSGIVING, the way he treated me as his guest in his store, as I was ABOUT TO SPENT DAMN NEAR $400 Dollars, guess what, I said never mind to the cashier, not your fault at all, but i REFUSE to spend MY HARD EARNED PENNY in this store today because of your NASTY NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL STORE MANAGER JASON'S ATTITUDE!. WOWOOW.. Called customer service, filed a COMPLAINT AND of course WENT TO THE NEXT CLOSES TARGET AND spent my money at Hybla Valley Target instead! NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN TARGET IN MY LIFE BEOFRE UNTIL YESTERDAY! Nor will i ever come back when he's on the clock to spend my HARD EARNED MONEY in his store again! EVER! RUDE JUST RUDE!! Where is his LEADERSHIP SKILLS!! Poor staff, if he can treat his customers this way, i feel SORRY FOR HIS STAFF!! read more
