Estimate was very reasonable and I liked that he explained all the warranties and steps they would take. I selected them and the crew arrived when promised. The whole job was completed in a day and they were very good about cleaning up and not damaging any landscaping. There was a small issue with the flashing around a vent pipe a few months later and they came out promptly and repaired it with no charge. It's good when a company stand behind their work. I would recommend Morgan Construction to anyone needing roofing work.

They put on a brand new roof in May 2025. By September 2025 that new roof is leaking in a different spot that has sustained no damage, weather or other. After calling them back they sent someone out to put some caulking material in the area which did nothing, It leaked the very next time it rained. They then told me if I wanted a long term solution I would need to replace the HVAC flue; the same HVAC flue that has been on the home for over 60 years. At no point during the pre-quote inspection, during the quote presentation, while working on the roof, or while collecting payment in full did anyone from Precision Roofing disclose that this was an obstacle that they could not completely seal off. Telling me this after I discovered the new roof leaking is ridiculous. Maybe it's something else, but to me it feels like you either took a job you couldn't complete or did poor work and are making excuses afterwards.
