He replaced at least 8 extra sheets of plywood as per quote if needed. He came the next day to collect payment which was done. He also mentioned a broken garage window which his crew broke by accident that he would fix. he removed gutters as requested but didnt fill holes in wood where gutters were secured so water would not enter home. upon presenting his bill he added an amount of $1680. for a second layer of shingles he claimed were on roof. roof was replaced 20 years ago and at that time I requested from roofer to remove shingles and not install over them which was done. I have exsisting pictures showing only 1 layer of shingles was installed at that time and old shingles removed. we went on vacation and when we returned no repairs were done either to window or filling gutter nail holes. he was paid promptly before leaving on vacation. leaving me to assume that you cannot rely on his word.. BUYER BEWARE !!!

Steve Kelley seemed confident in be able to accomplish this job no problem in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I've ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he'd make it right and refund me for the job which I didn't expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund... instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. We had to pay for the job and wasted materials again, but the bathroom looks amazing now and has been done properly with our new company. Photos to compare Kelley's job with the new proper job. They rebuilt all of the damaged areas and installed the new roof. The result was a structure that is better than than original. The men who did the work were pleasant to work with and took great care to clean the work area before leaving each day. The cost for the additional work was exceedingly fair. I called their office several times during last Spring and Summer and spoke to Donna to ask for someone to come out and take a look. I never received a call back. I then called other roofing contractors, who came out and told me that, in their opinion, the roof boot around each roof vent where Mr. B's did the work, had been done incorrectly, with the nails showing and starting to rust through. I had to pay $900 for the repairs, which should have been covered by Mr. B's under their 10 year craftmanship warranty. I cannot recommend Mr. B's Roofing and strongly suggest you look elsewhere for roof work.

We had one day with sunshine recently and had a snow storm coming the next day so when he called and said he could do it that day I was thrilled. At 800am (as advised) two trucks showed up and I had 8 people on my roof scraping away the old. In at 800am, out by 500pm. They scraped, replaced the skylights, and re-roofed, then cleaned up. Outstanding work. All of the workers were great. I had questions during the work and someone was always available to answer them. None of them seemed to rush, it was get it done, and get it done right. We've had two snowstorms and a lot of rain and not one drop in the house. I can finally start sleeping better!
