There were a couple of large bags of trash neatly tied up in our garage when they were done; they're heavy - but attests to the amount of work that Thai and his team put in! Tacking on an additional $300. He gave no reason for the up charge. It was a bait and switch. Recently I had a professional crew come in and do some unrelated work. They said, "Who did the flooring?​ They didn't remove the base boards or add any basing. They stuck the flooring directly to the concrete. Wow..." I told them nothing about the floor.
