My husband and I like the tacos. Salsa is good, but not spicy. Lorena provided excellent customer service in the drive thru.

Had a really great experience here! The food was fresh and flavorful, and everything came out quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming, and the place itself had a nice, clean vibe. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to and recommend to others. I have been here a few times and they absolutely can never make my burrito correctly. I would ask for no tomato for example, and my entire burrito is just tomato. They just can't get orders correct. read more

The husband and I ordered their grizzy burrito, and we were satisfied. I'm not sure if it's because we missed our mexican food, but the burrito was good. The only thing we wish they actually stuffed it completely. We're willing to give it another, but next time, we will be there in person. read more

While I was here the employee were very rude, we ate inside and when I went to pick up my plate and it was a roach and not only a roach there was a hair in my tacos and they didn't even wanna remake my tacos bc they were closing at 8 when it says they close at 10, I order 3 tacos and they come a lot a lot of onion and they were cold nothing new I have tried this place a few times wanting to like it bc my daughter likes it. The day we came in the manger was being very ugly to us she was also yelling at the employees while we were sitting there. My chips were very stale and disgusting I don't not recommend the place for anything i highly suggest you go somewhere else. We seen multiple roaches running in the kitchen. We also got our plate dirty very gross, chips were also not cooked well nor the tortillas. The employees were sitting on the floor on their phone while I was waiting for check out. The guy at the drive through looks like he on drugs covered in tattoos had an AirPod in and was standing at the window for like 5 min and we even honked and nothing. The guy at the window greeted us with hey wsp bro very unprofessional. read more

Taquerias Arandas - the tacos that we asked "NO onions" on. this has a prank or something - Mexican Near Me - Baytown, Texas

Honestly we used to eat here all the time because the food was delicious and it was something quick and easy that's close to home. We recently saw on Facebook that somebody found a roach in there breakfast taco and truthfully, it scared us off a little. We've never had any issues with this restaurant. The food is always quick to come out, delicious to eat, and the staff isn't half bad. Maybe we'll be back. Rumors are rumors. read more

Taquerias Arandas - Mexican Near Me - Baytown, Texas

The food that we had to gobble down quickly tasted alright. However, we didn't get much of an opportunity to look over the menu because we were told the kitchen was about to close when obviously their hours displayed on the door and Yelp app say other wise. It was uncomfortable having all the workers stand there watching us eat because they wanted us out of there. On the door they had pictures of desserts that looked absolutely delicious but that wasn't allowed to us either. We didn't get to have any of the cocktails from the menu neither so stuck with water. The food was luke warm possibly because it was already being put away. We had seen that they're sponsors of the Houston Astros but we couldn't even watch the game that was one because we were basic pressed to hurry up. It looked like a nice place to possibly eat but I guess we'll never know cause I doubt we will return. My husband have very late work schedules so I wasn't happy we couldn't even whine down and enjoy dinner together but had to eat and go, and not by choice! read more

Taquerias Arandas - This Taco cost me $3.27 at Taqueria Amanda's on Garth Road. I feel like I got cheated, where's the rest of my taco - Mexican Near Me - Baytown, Texas

The food here is great. Loved the chips and salsa. Lots of options to chose from. Done in experience was terrible. Set up more like a fast food place inside. We came with a group from work for lunch for a birthday. At first our waitress was attentive, but once we got our food. It's like we were no longer serviced. It's one big room so us can see everything and everyone. I even had to go up to the front and i asked him if we can get our check after waiting for a while and he said go sit down, she will come. Went back and waited and waited. Our whole group got up and went to the front after 20 mins of waiting just to pay. So we had to pay up front. read more

If I could give it a negative star I would. I have tried this place out on two different occasions, ordered different things each time I went for me and my husband and nothing was good at all. For reference, we ordered gorditas, burrito, chicken plate, and tacos. The food here has literally no flavor. read more

When we arrived mostly everyone was wearing Texan gear so we assumed it would be a good place to eat and watch the game. We asked the lady that took our order if we could change the tv station to the game. During the whole time during our visit they kept it on the same channel while the waitress staff stood behind the cash register watching the show. Food was good, came out at a reasonable time, and perfect temperature to eat. However, the service was very poor. Once our food was given to us no one came by to check on us. The restaurant had a total of 4 tables filled so it was not busy at all. We had to stop someone or wave someone to get our drinks refilled and to get a to go box. Good food, but service really needs to be adjusted. There were 4-5 ladies standing at the front just gossiping and watching the show. Too many ladies there for the service to be so poor. read more

We went today and had horrible customer service and terrible food. Nobody finished their plates because it tasted like it had been reheated and the meat was paper thin. The enchiladas tasted so generic and the tacos al carbon were not tasty at all. We won't be coming back. read more

I'm not a fan of Taqueria Arandas. For the most part, I think their food is just alright. I gave a star for the Desayuno Arandas alone because it's the best thing on their menu. It's chilaquiles (I like the red) with fajita. I have them change out the nasty cheese they serve it with and get queso fresco, instead. The Flautas are pretty good, too. read more

Taquerias Arandas - Desayuno Arandas with queso fresco - Mexican Near Me - Baytown, Texas

It looks like fast food, but you sit down instead. Boyfriend has been there before, so I'll start with his previous thoughts. The California burrito lasted him 3 meals, which is saying a lot. He said it was good, a few pieces of meat were not as tender, but overall he enjoyed it. He'd also had the fajitas, and said the chicken, beef and shrimp were all good. On to today...the waitresses are very sweet and attentive. The chips have some greasy ones, but if you avoid those you'll be happy. Salsa is good, but I wish it had a little more kick. I got taco meat nachos, which were more like a picadillo mix than taco meat. But it was goooood. The only downside was that they put way too much cheese on them. And, although they were supposed to come out with lettuce on them, hey didn't. No biggie, I ate them as they were. I used the bowl of chips instead of the ones beneath the nachos because they got a little soggy. He got the tacos al pastor. They were good, but he really enjoyed the rice and beans. That was probably the highlight for him. We also got the queso with taco meat added...it was good, nothing special but we'd order it again. read more

Here I go again, listening to my husband. The shrimp in red sauce, I forgot the name, was ok. The menudo was so bland I had to ad some of my own seasoning to it, made it a little better, and they didn't put the hominy in it. The tastiest part of the meal was the complimentary red sauce, green sauce and chips. Green sauce is kinda hot but pretty tasty. Hadn't been to this place in a looong time because of the service but the food use to be worth it. Probably will be an even longer time before I visit here if ever again. read more
