Great food and consistently friendly service. Our family loves their tacos and the Fresca drink!

Need to come back for green Chile enchiladas that are the special Saturdays. Wish there were healthier options. Ended up having a shredded chicken tamal that was good in flavor. Would have liked more meat. Ordered grilled veggies (variety of bell peppers, onions) on the side which were delicious but drenched in cooking oil.

The delivery was ordered ahead of time for a specific time as well. The tacos were picked up right at the order time and dropped off to me 7 minutes later. My order was DISGUSTING. Rice was hard and dry. The enchilada was smothered in melted shredded cheese. Nothing was inside of the taco or enchilada except plain, bland, ground beef. My hard shell taco was submerged in sour cream and melted shredded cheese that the enchilada was submerged in. They forgot my chips. I opened the Queso and there is a film of oil on top. I called the restaurant to tell them and they told me that's the way it's always served. They didn't offer to help me and they didn't apologize. I would steer clear of this location. Better off getting Taco Bell than nasty soggy flavorless oily food.

Taco Tuesday at Poncho's Tacos was so good! I'd never been before as it's a bit far from my house,…read morebut it was totally worth the drive. It's cash only, but they do have an ATM inside. The menu consists of your typical items like tacos, burritos, Panchos (nachos), tortas, and more. They also have a lunch special and a daily deal (3 tacos, rice, and beans for $12.50 but no mix and match proteins). Since it was taco tuesday, tacos were $2.50. Nate got three tacos (al pastor, asada, and tinga) and I got a wet burrito with asada. We also ordered a horchata to share and chips and salsa. They have some dine in space but were doing a lot of takeout orders while we were there. Our chips and salsa came out first and the rest of our food shortly after that. The tacos came without toppings since you can load them up with their salsa/toppings bar. The tacos were super stuffed with meat! The burrito was massive - we shared it and still had leftovers for the next day. I tried each of the tacos and they were all delicious. The meats were not dry and again the portions were generous. I really liked the burrito as it was full of meat, cheese, beans, rice, guacamole, lettuce... it had it all. I wish the fillings were mixed up a bit more but it was so tasty. Service was great - we were asked how our meal was and they cleared our table when we were done. I'm really glad we finally made it to Poncho's Tacos and will definitely keep them on my Taco Tuesday list for the future!

These are amazing. His former favorite taco place, El Cunado, are skimpy on filling and he didn't care for their pastor (his fav). At Panchos he is in HEAVEN! He LOVES the Al pastor tacos here and on taco Tuesday they are $2.50 each. We both also really like the Asada. I also got a small rice, but prob wouldn't order again. It was $2.50 for maybe 3/4 of a cup. The online pics show a bigger box, but that wasn't the serving I received. It is cash only so be prepared. If in a pinch, there is an atm onsite!

The original spot we wanted to go to was packed and we didn't want to wait, so we came here instead. Walking in the place is cutely decorated and has two levels. since it was kind of loud downstairs, we sat upstairs instead. The menus kind of slim but they do have a bunch of different taco options to choose from. my coworker went with a plain taco and I went with two of the French dip tacos. The tacos were good but for some reason I think there was bacon on it but I was so tired I didn't feel like sending it back. Plus, it was dark and I honestly couldn't tell, but I'm certain there was bacon. They do charge a 3% fee if you run your card, which I did because after two tacos and a pop, my bill was $18?!?! My coworker paid cash and she still got the service fee? It wasn't huge but really, what's happening here? Anyway, this place isn't bad but I don't know that I'd return in the future for a variety of reasons but I can see why people do love it here as it's a fun place to watch sports on TV and hang out with friends!

For meats, I picked the chorizo + black beans & the seasoned pulled chicken. I will say it was fun to build my own & pick all the toppings I wanted. The food quality was just ok. I was a bit disappointed by the flavor (was expecting more flavor and more tender meat). The toppings were ok, but didn't really blow me away either. The pineapple salsa was a bit overpowering & it all blended together a bit too much. I will say these were my choices - but I felt quality and taste could've been better. Not just from an "authentic street taco" perspective, but also for a "fusion" / new American taco joint perspective. I did try the "French dip" taco from the el jefe menu and it was great! The barbacoa was pretty good too. And the salsa + guac was really good. Ambiance was ok. It felt like it needed to be refreshed a bit inside & we were a bit cold by the door. Overall, I had an ok experience. Fun to build tacos from scratch, but was a bit disappointed by the food quality. Price was great though.
