The poboy included toasted bread stuffed with Korean BBQ beef on top of a layer of coleslaw. All of which were drizzled in what seemed to be spicy mayo. The fries were thick and seasoned nicely. A good amount of beef on a well toasted bread and the coleslaw was the perfect balance to the poboy. The overall portion was quite big for me to finish. The food came out pretty fast although I was the first one in line. The guy who took my order and also made the food was friendly. Overall, a quick and easy lunch. I don't remember the cost exactly but I remember thinking it was fair, especially considering how outrageous event pricing can get on refreshments. The Brazilian Limeade was perfect. The weather was cool but it could get a little warm in the sun, making the limeade very refreshing. It was very mellow, not too sweet, and not too tart. The Gaucho Fries were exactly what we wanted, some very tasty loaded fries with a Brazilian twist.
