The only thing to think about is how great the food is, it's like being in Mexico just safer.

We came for lunch with our family (party of five) on 10/15. We normally pick up breakfast tacos which are typically good. I had a crunchy taco which had very little flavor. My husband ordered the lunch special which was a chicken fajita taco which sadly disappointed as well. They do have tasty salsas. The restaurant is nothing fancy but the food on this visit was just disappointing. We will stick to their breakfast tacos in the future. The pictures we took were the best part of this meal. Popped by on a Saturday morning for breakfast. It was one of the few breakfast places open before 9 AM in the area. They're selling point is a lot of food for a little money. If you want quantity over quality, this is perfect. Decided to try three different tacos. Nothing spectacular. salsa were bland at best. I tried the Verde and the red sauce. If I could give zero stars I would, they served myself and my friend with coffee cups that were dirty that had lipstick on the outside of the mugs. I ordered the Chilaquiles Verdes and it was extremely spicy. I couldn't even eat it. The menu did not say that it was extra spicy. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Stop by for a quick breakfast early early morning, they open at 6 AM. Been here a few times and so far Service has been good. Food has been hot, quick and tasty. Lunch and dinner you get chips and salsa. Breakfast tend to skip that area. Coffee is good utensils cups, and plates are clean. Good presentation on food.. Vanessa is an excellent waitress, always smiling and quick to serve to respond and keep drinks full. Lunch during the week it gets pretty full with locals and construction workers but they do a heck of a job getting everyone seated, served and out the door. Today try Chilaquiles with green sauce, a.k.a. Verde. Serve quick, hot full of flavor added over easy eggs, and it hit the spot. The food is good. The service is good. The ambiance is very stark and typical. My only complaint is lunch was supposed to be $8.99 with a tea. It was $14.99. Maybe white males pay more. If I could leave no stars I would. Twice I've had issues with the manager. The first time I had a thick black hair in my taco. Then they made a mistake while ordering and when I call them back on the phone. The manager is so rude. I just wanted another taco, and the manager said no. I stopped going for months. Ordered dinner on Monday night, 3 orders of mini tacos, chicken fajita plate and nacho fries. In summary my family voted "Off the list" everything tasted re-heated / re-cooked. Bland, greasy and terrible stiff tortillas. This is my fifth time coming here and I need to update this review. This place is major hot or major not. I normally get asada taco for a quick bite. Today, Saturday,, December 2 the taco was inedible. The tortilla was thick and soggy. The asada meat was rubbery and tough. 2/5 times that my meal was bad. This place has the worst customer service instead of fixing the order they got wrong they told me to not come back to the restaurant. My grandpa cannot eat flour due medical conditions and they were upset because we asked to switch the order since they messed up and gave us flour instead of corn. Pretty decent taco shop in the neighborhood. Every one has a side when it come to red or green salsa , here they are both good. It feels family owned and all of the staff are very friendly. DO NOT EAT HERE! Manager is rude and not helpful. They will give you a receipt that has one charge and then charge you an additional fee without telling you because they are too cheap to cover the cost of running an establishment that accepts credit cards. Manager claims there are signs on the door, but you can't see the door if you order and pay over the phone and have the food delivered, and they don't tell you on the phone they have an additional fee. In this economy, we work too hard for our money to have establishments like this steal from us. The food isn't anything special, just standard tex-mex fare and the service is subpar. Spend your money at a different local business where the food and service are actually on point. Took one of my safety managers here for lunch. The place was clean, and the service was spot on. The salsa has a nice little kick. They offer well over sixty, yes, sixty items on their menu. I had the pastor plate and my coworker had the shrimp cocktail. We both enjoyed our meals. The pastor was a little salty for me, but it had a great flavor beyond that. The place is fairly small and it was continuously busy while we were there. Worthy of a bookmark and a try for sure. One great thing I saw on their menu was, they offer menudo daily !!! I first went here one morning when Bill Miller had a crazy line. I was like, you know what, I'm gonna go right here and get tacos. It's right next to Bill Miller. Their service is quick! Having Mexican food on my mind after a bad dental experience, I decided to try a restaurant that I have literally driven by hundreds of times. And, a short drive thru line was also tempting. First, the building was once owned and occupied by Bush's chicken, thereby making it suitable for curbside interactions. The menu was vast, but my lowering blood sugar hastened my decision in having chicken, vessels enchiladas. The order came pretty quick and I was quite impressed with the food. The tomatillo sauce was tangy, the enchiladas were filled with shredded chicken, the rice was flavorful and had a smokiness, and the refutes beans were solid. Even though a half of my mouth was still numb, I enjoyed a great dish of enchiladas and I'm disappointed that it took so long for me to eat there. I come here once in a while because I live around and they never dissapoint. I always grab my food to go, so I haven't experienced the dine in customer service, but from they're always great to me. Always smiling and open to answer any questions! I usually go around noon on weekdays and the food is always ready in less than 10 minutes, which is great to me. I usually get their chicken flautas and they're great! The plate is always full with beans, rice, guacamole, lettuce and sour cream. There have been a couple times when the beans tasted a little off and the guacamole tasted as if it had been left opened for too much time, but everything else has always been just fine. My brother and my dad usually get their nachos with beef and tacos (al pastor and asada), and they always clear their plates too :-) read more

My review is solely based on the lack of decent customer service. I ordered through the drive through, made it all the way home, and discovered part of my order was missing. I immediately called and they said they would make it right. I drove back and requested an extra taco because I did have to spend my time and gas to go back and they were only willing to give me what was missing. You're not doing me any favors by doing that. You're only giving me what I was owed. I try my best to super small businesses, especially Mexican/Hispanic owned, but I don't know if I will be back.
