I came here a few weeks ago, and I was craving a green apple milk tea. DO NOT GET THE GREEN APPLE MILK TEA. It tasted horribly and it was as green as if it had, I don't know, some green vegetable blended in it. It had a sour taste too, not the green apple kind of sour, but the kind of sour that cannot even be imagined. My point is, I don't know what was in this, or if a legit green apple had been blended and then mixed with tea and subsequently had ice and milk haphazardly dumped into it, but it was NOT good. I prefer my green apple to taste artificial and look artificial in cases such as these, and as a result, I was very disappointed by this experience. However, I give it 3 stars because I have gone other times and chosen other normal flavors, and they are good. Nothing special, but nothing undrinkable. read more

I have frequented this Tapex for so many years now that I've lost track of how many times I've come here. This has been one of my go-to boba shops ever since I was a child. The drinks are all very solid. I personally enjoy the traditional boba milk tea, boba green tea, or boba black tea. Drinks are easily customizable, and I usually get less sweet. The drinks are good for their price, but not the best that I had. I had the peach jelly drink, and it tasted really sweet; a little too sweet for my pallet. My friends had the Tap Coffee Milk Tea and the Icy Coffee Slush, both are bitter and actually decent considering they added tapioca flavor into it. read more

Went there for an afternoon snack on Valentines day and the place was packed! Service was quick and on point. Hot day in So. CA so everyone was getting a cool drink. Grace is so sweet and knows what we like so it was perfect! Try the fried tofu and green beans, they are amazing! The drinks are yummy whatever you choose. This is the second time going here and getting food and both times the workers have the biggest attitude. They don't even greet you and smile at you while taking your order. This location is hard to find if you're not a local. It's actually tucked away inside the plaza. Park near Starbucks and enter thru the walkway marked for the theater. It's just to right after walking straight. There's only one table inside but lots of seating outside but on a cold day it's not great. The teas are decent. Make sure the weather's nice so you can sit outside if not find another place because there's pretty much no indoor seating. read more

Ordered mango Topica , first time trying the flavor with Boba , I like mango smoothie a lot and when I got mine was so eager to drink. Just wanted to share with your management that my son, a freshman from CHS almost always goes to your store for some boba on Friday afternoons with his friends. Today, 3/17, he was short of 3 cents for his boba, but you guys denied him of it. Wow, are you guys really that greedy? 3 cents!! I could've given you a nickel next time I was at your store...and you would've been up by 2 cents! Great service and delicious drinks. Boba is super fresh and yummy. They do have a $5 minimum for credit/debit cards (apparently they get charged if it's under) but sometimes they let it slide if you're at like $4.50 (They let me). Quick workers and they fix any drink if it isn't exactly what you wanted (less sweet, more sweet, more hot, more or less ice). Love this place! read more

I rarely post reviews, but this is the worst TapEx branch I have ever been to. I ordered a popcorn chicken meal and all the sides were overlooked and flavorless while the chicken was undercooked. I ordered it as medium spicy level and it didn't even have any of the spice season on it. My box felt so heavy but it was loaded with rice and soggy veggies. There was literally only a handful of chicken especially compared to other branches. Since i got it for takeout I couldn't even make a direct complaint or get my money back. To top it off I felt so sick after eating what little I could from my order. The only good thing was the green tea included with the combo. read more

The $5 credit card minimum is annoying as well, since drinks are all under $5, although they usually let it slide if you bump your regular size up to a large size.
